3 Geräte im Überblick Units at a Glance Ackermann Line Line Diese HF Gerätelinie passt sich automatisch den Bedürfnissen seines Anwenders an. Ackermann bringt somit eine Gerätelinie auf den Markt, bei welcher kein aufwendiges Anpassen der Einstellungen vor einem chirurgischen Eingriff mehr notwendig ist. Die Gerätelinie ist direkt nach dem Anschließen und Einstellen des Instruments operationsbereit. Aufgrund der zahlreichen Funktionen müssen die jeweiligen Einstellungen weniger vom Operateur kontrolliert werden, da das System selbst zu Beginn sicher stellt, dass die Ausgabeseinstellungen erhalten bleiben. Das Gerät ist für die offene als auch laparoskopische und endoskopische Chirurgie geeignet und erlaubt das Arbeiten in flüssiger Umgebung für die mono- und bipolare TUR Resektion. Entsprechend der jeweiligen Version kann ebenfalls ein Argon Modul integriert sein zum Durchführen von Argon-Schneiden und -Koagulieren für die offene und laparoskopische Chirurgie. Ebenfalls ist je Version VesSeal für die Versiegelung großer Blutgemäße möglich. Durch diese Produktinnovation wird eine effektivere und ergebnisorientiertere Performance angestrebt ist ein HF-Gerät, welches auch den anspruchsvollsten Anforderungen medizinischer Fachkräfte gerecht wird. Es vereint in sich die Vorteile der Diathermie, Argonanwendung, Koagulation und der Versiegelung großer Blutgefäße (bis zu 7 mm) - alles in lediglich einem Gerät. Ausgestattet ist das Gerät mit zwei monopolaren Anschlüssen, einem bipolaren Anschluss und einem VesSeal Modus Anschluss. Dies ermöglicht das Operieren mit einer Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Instrumente für zahlreiche Anwendungsgebiete. Bei diesem Generator lassen sich voreingerichtete Operationsmodi auswählen als auch benutzerdefinierte Einstellungen für verschiedenste Eingriffe auf 9 Speicherplätzen hinterlegen ist ausgestattet mit automatischen Leistungsanpassung, um die höchstmögliche Effektivität einer Operation zu erreichen. Hierbei ermöglichen die Funktion des Autotests und das Neutralelektroden- Monitor-System fortwährend maximierte Sicherheit im Laufe des chirurgischen Eingriffs. Dieses Gerät ermöglicht die Durchführung monopolarer wie bipolarer chirurgischer Eingriffe und ist zusätzlich mit weiteren Funktionen speziell für die Urologie, Arthroskopie und Endoskopie ausgerüstet besitzt ein Steuerungssystem zur automatischen Leistungsanpassung, welches zur Effektivitäts-Optimierung operativer Eingriffe dient. Zusätzlich verhelfen das Neutralelektroden- Monitor-System und die Autotest Funktion zu mehr Sicherheit. Gleichzeitig ist die Verwendung des neuen Multifunktionsfußschaters ( Multiswitch ) arbeitserleichternd, da dieser die Änderung der vorhandenen Einstellungen durch lediglich einen Tastendruck auf den Multiswitch-Knopf am Fußschalter ermöglicht Line untersützt monopolare Cutting Modi und verschiedene Level zur Hämostase, wie auch sanfte und forcierte Koagulationfunktionen. Des weiteren sind alle für das Kabel zuletzt angewendeten Einstellungen abrufbar als auch ergänzend jedem Instrument angepasste Operationsparameter. Es ist möglich mehrere Instrumente des selben Typs im Wechsel mit demselben Kabel zu verwenden. Wird ein Kabel ausgetauscht und durch eines für den gleichartigen Typ Instrument ersetzt (Siehe hierzu S. 6-11), sind auch hier die letzten verwendeten Einstellungen abrufbar. Werden ein Kabel an ein anderes Gerät angeschlossen, sind keine Informationen zu den letzten Instrumenteneinstellungen mehr vorhanden, da diese sich nun bereits auf dem zuvor verwendeten Gerät befinden. Jedoch ist es möglich Einstellungen durch das Speichern auf einem USB-Stick von einem Gerät auf ein zweites zu übertragen. Das Zubehör ist kompatibel mit folgenden Geräten: X (kompl. -tauglich), , X (ohne Instrumentenerkennung) Das System ist unsere Lösung für einen längeren Lebenszyklus der Instrumente und dient zur Steigerung der Sicherheitsgegebenheiten wie auch Optimierung des Zeitmanagements, während eines chirurgischen Eingriffs. Das Ackermann VesSeal System ermöglicht die dauerhafte natürliche Versiegelung großer (7 mm) Blutgefäßen und Gewebeteile für die endoskopische und offene Chirurgie. Die Kombination aus hoher Temperatur und mechanischem Druck bewirkt ein Einschrumpfen des Kollagen- Gewebes, welches anschließend als dauerhafter Versiegler wirkt. Es besteht ein niedrigeres Risiko von Blutungen, da der Zustand des Gewebes während des Eingriffs stetig per Monitor überwacht werden. Akustische Signale weisen zudem auf das optimale Versiegelungsniveau hin und stoppen gezielt den Stromfluss. Das Risiko der Beschädigung benachbarten Gewebes wird minimiert. VesSeal ist zeit- und kostenorientiert und mit allen notwendigen Sicherheits- Features ausgerüstet. The combo of high temperature and mechanical pressure causes the shrinkage of collagen tissues which become a durable sealer. There risk of bleeding is smaller since the parameters of the tissue during the process of sealing are monitored at all times. Sound messages inform about achieving an optimal level of sealing and stops the current flow automatically. The risk of damaging adjacent tissues is minimized.
