4 Einführung / Welcome Diese Anleitung beschreibt Ihnen das verwendete Datenmodell des Programms AGDP. Dabei ist es für eine Analyse sinnvoll die grundsätzliche Google Datenstruktur zu verstehen. Bitte verstehen Sie, dass die Beschreibung des Google Datenmodells keine 100% richtige Interpretation ist, sondern sich nur auf eine Basisaussage bezieht, um entsprechende Analysen besser vornehmen zu können. Wie haben uns bemüht eine 2-sprachige Anleitung zu schreiben, die hoffentlich einfach zu lesen und zu verstehen ist. Jede Seite ist in 3 Zeilen aufgeteilt. In der ersten Zeile erscheint der deutsche Text, in der zweiten die jeweils für beide Sprachen geltenden Bilder und der englische Text in der dritten. Als visuelle Hilfe ist der deutsche Text unterlegt mit Hellgrau und der englische Text mit Dunkelgrau. This manual describes the data model of the AGDP program. It is useful for an analysis to understand the basic Google data structure. Please understand that the description of the Google data model is not a 100% correct interpretation, but refers only to a basic statement in order to make appropriate analyzes better. We have tried to write a 2-language guide, which is hopefully easy to read and understand. Each page is divided into 3 rows. 6 Google Drive Grundlagen / Basics Sie müssen sich den Google Drive als Damenhandtasche vorstellen! Ein großes schwarzes Loch (die Damen unter Ihnen entschuldigen vielmals diese Analogie), indem Sie je nach Datenkapazität (Größe der Handtasche), Dateien hochladen oder Verzeichnisse erstellen. Google verwendet ein flaches Datenmodell, soll heißen keine statischen Strukturen, sondern nur Dateien, die referenziert werden. Aufgrund dieser Referenzen werden die Benutzerprogrammen erstellt um die Daten in sinnvoller und benutzerfreundlicher Umgebung logisch zugreifbar zu machen. Google uses a "flat" data concept, not a static structure, but only files that are referenced. 7 AGDP Grundlagen / Basics AGDP liest alle Dateien und Verzeichnisse Ihres Google Drives (Achtung! Das spezielle Verzeichnis Google Fotos gehört nicht dazu) und schreibt die Information in eine.csv Datei. Das besondere von AGDP ist, das es während dem Auslesen, alle Dateien und Verzeichnisse mit den entsprechenden, vergebenen Rechten ausliest und auch die Personen oder Gruppen mit denen Sie Dateien und Verzeichnisse geteilt haben in eine einzelne, neue Zeile listet. Hier eine Übersicht über alle Felder die ausgelesen werden: Dateiname, Dateityp, Besitzer, geteilt mit, Rolle, URL und Verzeichnis z.b. Sollten Sie also eine Datei oder Verzeichnis mit 4 Personen geteilt haben und entsprechende Rechte vergeben haben, listet Ihnen AGDP diese Information in 4 separaten Zeilen auf! Je mehr Sie Dateien / Verzeichnisse mit anderen geteilt habe, je mehr Zeilen haben Sie in Ihrer Auswertung! Dies gilt besonders für die Option ALL da hier schon gerne einmal Tausende von Zeilen generiert werden. AGDP reads all files and directories of your Google Drive (note that the special directory "Google Photos" is not read out) and writes the information to a.csv file. The special feature of AGDP is that it reads out all files and directories with the appropriate assigned rights during the readout, and also lists the persons or groups with which you shared files and directories into a single, new line. Here is an overview of all fields to be read: File Name, File Type, Owner, shared with, Role, URL and Parent e.g. if you have shared a file or directory with 4 people and assigned appropriate rights, AGDP will list this information in 4 separate lines! The more you share files / directories with others, the more lines you have in your evaluation! This is especially true for the "ALL" option because thousands of lines maybe generated.
