3 luminium-unterkonstruktion (LU-UK) für vorgehängte, hinterlüftete Fassade (VHF) Die bietet eine Reihe von Wandabstandhaltern und Profilen für die LU-UK für VHF an. Sämtliche Wandabstandhalter, die TPFix, sind als Medium- und Large-Elemente verfügbar sowie mit einer integrierten, thermischen Trennung versehen. Sämtliche Produkte sind ab Lager verfügbar. 1. Vorteile der LU TP Unterkonstruktion für vorgehängte, hinterlüftete Fassade Gestalterische Vorteile Durch die große uswahl an unterschiedlichen Produkten für die Unterkonstruktion sind der Gestaltung einer VHF nahezu keine Grenzen gesetzt. Kostensicherheit Die LU TP Unterkonstruktionsprodukte für VHF erweisen sich stets als sehr wirtschaftlich. Investoren bevorzugen diese Produkte für repräsentative Objekte, deren Vermietbarkeit oder Rentabilität sichergestellt sein muss. Langlebigkeit Durch den Einsatz von stranggepressten luminiumprofilen und -produkten weisen die LU TP Produkte eine geringe Schadensanfälligkeit auf. Die Gebäudesubstanz wird nachhaltig geschützt. Ökologie Umweltpolitische Ziele werden sowohl bei Neubauten als auch bei Sanierungsmaßnahmen durch den Einsatz der luminium-unterkonstruktion erfüllt. Die messbare Reduzierung von Heizenergie minimiert den Kohlendioxid-usstoß (CO2-Reduktion), der als einer der größten Verursacher ökologischer Belastung gilt. Recycelbarkeit aller Einzelkomponenten Die Recycelbarkeit von Baustoffen und Bauteilen ist ein zentraler Punkt des nachhaltigen Bauens und gewinnt zunehmend an Bedeutung. Die LU-UK für VHF der LU TP gewährleisten eine Trennung der Komponenten in die einzelnen Bestandteile und eine mögliche Rückführung in die jeweils individuellen Wertstoffkreisläufe. Wärmeschutz Die LU-UK für VHF der LU TP kann für unterschiedliche energetische nforderungen mit einer individuell bemessenen Dämmung eingesetzt werden. Dabei ist jede gewünschte Dämmstoffdicke einsetzbar. Sommerliche, hohe Temperaturen im Innern werden optimal ausgeglichen. 3

4 Schallschutz VHF haben einen überaus positiven Einfluss auf die schalldämmende Wirkung der ußenwand. In bhängigkeit von Dämmschichtdicke, Masse der Bekleidung und dem nteil offener Fugen kann das Schalldämmmaß um bis zu 14 db reduziert werden. Feuchte- und Tauwasserschutz Konstruktiv bewirkt die VHF einen von innen nach außen abnehmenden Dampfdiffusionswiderstand. Der Taupunkt liegt in der Hinterlüftungsebene und nicht in der Wärmedämmung. Bau- oder Nutzungsfeuchte werden durch den Hinterlüftungsraum abgeführt. Regenschutz Die Fassade gilt als das Bauteil mit der größten Schadensanfälligkeit. Durch ständigen Witterungseinfluss können Feuchteschäden und Risse entstehen. Die VHF zählt normativ zur Beanspruchungsgruppe III nach DIN und ist schlagregendicht. Der Hinterlüftungsraum zwischen Dämmung und Bekleidung (Witterungsschutz) führt Feuchtigkeit zügig ab. Somit ist es möglich, vorgehängte hinter lüftete Fassaden mit offenen Horizontalfugen auszuführen, ohne dass der Regenschutz verringert wird. Blitzschutz Durch Verwendung einer luminium-unterkonstruktion können die sonst üblichen Blitzableitungen entfallen und eine elektromagnetische Schirmung des Gebäudes kann hergestellt werden. Brandschutz Durch die freie Wahl der Systemkomponenten einer VHF lassen sich brandschutztechnische nforderungen der Kategorien nichtbrennbar oder schwer entflammbar baurechtskonform erfüllen. 4

5 2. Montage des Wandhalters TPFix Mittels der gestanzten Klemmfeder ist ein exaktes usrichten der Profile möglich. Damit können mit dem TPFix Unebenheiten von bis zu 4 cm ausgeglichen werden. Die Klemmfedern halten das Profil solange in Position bis es mit selbstschneidenden Schrauben in seiner endgültigen Position dauerhaft fixiert wird. Durch die Verschraubung des TPFix-Wandabstandselements mit den Profilen in den Rundlöchern entsteht ein Fixpunkt, der die Gewichtslasten der Fassade ins Mauerwerk abträgt. Werden die selbstschneidenden Schrauben in die Langlöcher fixiert, ist eine Bewegung, die ufgrund der thermischen Längenänderung der Profile entsteht, möglich. Die Winddruck und Windsoglasten werden zudem kraftschlüssig ins Mauerwerk abgeleitet. Weiterhin ist bei der Montage darauf zu achten, dass die Profile nur geschoßhoch eingesetzt werden. Je Profil ist lediglich ein Festpunkt vorzusehen ansonsten sind Gleitpunkte auszubilden. 5

7 Sound insulation The presence of an air gap and insulation results in sound reduction index performane improvement of up to 14 db. Protection against moisture and condensation Due to the structure of the back ventilated rainscreen façade, the vapour diffusion resistance decreases from the inside to the outside. ny moisture from condensation or accumulated during construction is channelled away through the ventialed space. Rain protection The facade is the structural component which is most likely to be damaged. Due to the constant influence of the weather, moisture damage and cracks will emerge over the years. Back ventilated rainscreen facades, belong to the load group III according to DIN and are water resistant. The ventilation space between the insulation and lining (weather-resistance barrier) quickly voids dampness. Hung, ventilated facades can, therefore, be constructed with open, horizontal seams without decreasing the protection against rain. Lightning protection By applying an aluminium rainscreen support system, conventional lightning rods can be omitted and an electromagnetic shielding of the building can be achieved. Fire protection Due to the wide choice regarding the system components of back ventilated rainscreen façade, the fire protection requirements non-inflammable or hardly inflammable can be met according to country specific building legislation. 2. Fitting of the TPFix bracket It is possible to align the profiles accurately using the punched clamping spring. The TPFix can compensate unevenness of up to 4 cm. The clamping springs hold the profile in place until it is fixed permanently in its final position with self-tapping screws. Screwing the TPFix bracket element with the profiles into the round holes creates a fixed point which dissipates the weight loads of the cladding into the masonry. Movement due to thermal longitudinal expansion of the profiles is possible if the self-tapping screws are fixed in the slots. The wind pressure and wind suction loads are also transferred non-positively into the masonry. Extra care must be taken during installation to ensure that the profiles are only used storey high. Only one fixed point should be provided per profile otherwise sliding points must be created. 7
