(PIfE) / Januar/January 2013 Liebe Mitglieder, liebe Interessierte Wie in jedem Jahr möchten wir Euch vom Vorstand über die diesjährigen Aktivitäten des Institutes, über die Termine und die institutsinterne Entwicklung informieren. Zum Beginn Liebe Kolleginnen, liebe Kollegen, Unser Newsletter hat sich im Laufe der Jahre verändert. So haben wir vor 10 Jahren die Mehrsprachigkeit der Berichte eingeführt. In dem Wissen, dass nicht alle Mitglieder Englisch sprechen, wollten wir garantieren, dass wenigstens die Berichte aus den jeweiligen Ländern gelesen werden können. Nun scheint die jüngere Generation heranzuwachsen, die sich Englisch verständigt und besonders neugierig auf die Berichte aus den anderen Ländern ist. So kann es sein, dass wir in naher Zukunft den Newsletter nur noch in Englisch veröffentlichen. Da wir in der Übergangszeit sind, erscheinen manche Berichte zweisprachig und andere wieder nur in Englisch. Auch in diesem Jahr wird der Newsletter elektronisch verschickt. Per Post kriegen ihn nur diejenigen, die kein elektronisches Postfach haben. Wir berichten in diesem Newsletter über die besonderen Aktivitäten, die 2012 vom Institut aus stattgefunden haben sowie über die Arbeit des Vorstandes, der Mitgliedsländer und des Instituts. Am Ende des Newsletters findet Ihr den Kalender der PD-Aktivitäten für 2013, was ich zum Anlass nehme, Euch herzlich zum PD-Kongress in Kiew einzuladen, der vom 13. bis 15. September 2013 stattfindet. Separat erhaltet Ihr wie jedes Jahr eine Instituts- und Mitgliederliste, von denen wir hoffen, dass alle Daten noch aktuell sind. Auch in diesem Jahr bedanke ich mich im Namen des Vorstandes für das Engagement der Mitglieder, für die gute Zusammenarbeit und die Begegnungen. Wir freuen uns auch in diesem Jahr mit Euch an vielen Projekten zu arbeiten und hoffen auf ein gemeinsames, fruchtbares und erfolgreiches Jahr 2013! Dear members and interested readers With the new year approaching once again, the Board would like to inform you about the activities of the Institute this year, about appointments as well as the Institute s internal development. Dear Colleagues, To Begin Our Newsletter has changed over the years. The multilingual reports were introduced 10 years ago, because knowing that not all members spoke English, we wanted to guarantee that they could at least read the reports from their own countries. However, the younger generation has grown up communicating in English and is particularly curious about the reports from the other countries. So it could be that we will only publish the Newsletter in English in the near future. Since we are in the transition period, some reports have been published bilingually and others only in English. The Newsletter will again be sent out electronically this year. We will only send it by normal post to those who do not have an account. This Newsletter contains reports about the special activities that were initiated by the institute in 2012, as well as the work of the executive board, the member countries and their own respective institutes. A calendar of the PD activities for 2013 can be found at the end of the Newsletter and I use this occasion to warmly invite you to the PD convention in Kiev, which takes place from September 13 th till 15 th. As every year you will also be sent a list of all the institutes and their members, which we hope is completely up-todate. On behalf of the executive board I once again say thankyou for the engagement of the members and for the splendid cooperation and the meetings. 2 2 Special Events Wie immer ist der Anfang des Newsletters den Highlights des Jahres gewidmet war kein PIfE- Kongress vorgesehen, aber es hat zum ersten Mal ein Kongress in Kooperation mit drei Instituten aus den deutschsprachigen Ländern stattgefunden, den PIfE mit konzipiert hat. Es war der erste Psychodramakongress für die Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen, nannte sich Als Gott fliegen lernte und fand im September 2012 in St Johann, Österreich statt. Das Psychodrama ist in den europäischen Ländern unterschiedlich verbreitet und anerkannt. In Österreich zum Beispiel ist es als Therapieverfahren von den Krankenkassen anerkannt und seit einigen Jahren bietet der Sektion Psychodrama des ÖAGG (Österreichischer Arbeitskreis Gruppendynamik und Gruppenpsychotherapie) in Kooperation mit der Donau-Universität Krems einen Masterstudiengang in Psychodrama-Psychotherapie an. In diesem Kontext werden Dissertationen und Masterarbeiten geschrieben und veröffentlicht. Psychotherapie mit Kindern hat sich als eigenständiger Bereich dort weiterentwickelt und kann sich mit vielen Erfolgen sehen lassen. Unser gemeinsamer Kongress sollte eine Bühne werden, dies auch nach außen zu verbreiten und die KollegInnen aus den deutschsprachigen Ländern dazu einzuladen, aber auch im internationalen Setting bekannter zu machen. Dies ist uns erfolgreich gelungen. 160 TeilnehmerInnen sind nach St. Johan in der Nähe von Salzburg gereist. Die Beiträge bezogen sich auf den therapeutischen, aber auch den pädagogischen Bereich, sowie auf die Gruppenarbeit als auch das Einzelsetting. So wurde neben den Hauptvorträgen im Workshop von Monika Wicher zum Thema Spielst du heut mit mir? die Angst vor den anderen Kindern und die Überwindung ihrer Spielhemmung theoretisch erklärt und demonstriert und Joachim Becker stellte ein Zwiegespräch zwischen der Neurobiologie und dem Psychodrama vor. Im Plenum wurde, angewärmt von Gabi Biegler-Vitek, zum Spielen aufgefordert und den runden Abschluss leitete Norbert Neuretter mit einem Soziodrama an, das die Situation der heutigen Familien, in denen Kinder und Jugendlichen aufwachsen. zum Thema hatte. Hier waren das gesamte familiäre und strukturelle Netz wie Schule und andere Einrichtungen auf der Bühne versammelt. Bei einer Podiumsdiskussion als Kamingespräch, die Thomas Sageder moderiert hat, wurden die unterschiedlichen Entwicklungen in der Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz von ihren Vertretern nebeneinander verglichen und sehr wertschätzend ausgetauscht. In diesem Rahmen haben die Workshops stattgefunden, die von Vertretern aus den drei Ländern angeboten wurden. Sie zeigten, wie Kinder und Jugendliche einzeln und in Gruppen störungsspezifisch behandelt werden und welche Konzepte aus dem schulischen Bereich für die Bekämpfung von Mobbing oder das Lösen von Konflikten hilfreich sein können. Eine andere Art von Playbacktheater und ein netter Tanzabend sorgten für gute Unterhaltung und die hervorragende Special Events As always, the beginning of the Newsletter is dedicated to the highlights of the year. In 2012 no PIfE convention had been scheduled, however for the very first time a convention was held in cooperation with three institutes from the German-speaking countries, conceived by the PIfE. Called "As God learned to fly", it was the first Psychodrama congress to focus on work with children and adolescents and was held in September 2012 in St Johann, Austria. Psychodrama is established and appreciated differently throughout Europe. In Austria for example it is recognised by the health insurance companies as a therapy method, and for some years now the psychodrama section of the ÖAGG (Austrian study group for Group Dynamics and Group Psychotherapy) in cooperation with the Danube university of Krems offers a masters course in Psychodrama-Psychotherapy. Dissertations and theses have thus been written and published in the context of this study course. Psychotherapy with children has clearly developed there as an independent discipline with great success. Our colleagues from the German-speaking countries were invited to our mutual convention with the aim of providing a stage for promoting this discipline internationally. This proved a great success. 160 participants travelled to St. Johan near Salzburg. Some contributions concentrated on therapeutical areas and others on educational areas, some on group work and others on individual work. Thus alongside the main presentation in the workshop of Monika Wicher under the theme do you play with me today?, fear of other children and overcoming play-obstruction was theoretically explained and demonstrated, and Joachim Becker introduced a dialogue between neurobiology and psychodrama. The plenum, prompted by Gabi Biegler-Vitek, invited the congress to take to the stage and concluded with a sociodrama conducted by Norbert Neuretter, which had as it's theme the current situation of families in which children and adolescents grow up. Here the entire family and structural networks like school and other facilities were assembled on the stage. During an open-ended panel discussion, presented by Thomas Sageder, representatives of the work with children and youths/teenagers in Germany, Austria and Switzerland exchanged ideas and assessed the various developments in this discipline. The workshops offered by representatives from the three countries took place under this framework. They showed

3 3 österreichische Küche für das leibliche Wohl aller Anwesenden. Insgesamt war es eine erfolgreiche Premiere für die Psychodramaarbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen. Es war erst der Auftakt, der zur Profilierung dieses Bereiches einlädt und hoffentlich auch führt. Der nächste Kongress dazu wird von PIFE und Szenen organisiert und soll vom September 2014 in Berlin stattfinden. Wir hoffen sehr, dass es uns gelingen wird, mehr von unseren PIfE Landesverbänden neugierig auf diesen Kongress in Berlin zu machen und zur Teilnahme zu bewegen. Auf der internationalen Bühne haben wir eine FEPTO-Arbeitsgruppe Psychodrama with children and adolescents gegründet, die sich zweimal im Jahr trifft. Ein zweiter größerer Event in 2012 war zum zweiten Mal die gruppendynamische Großgruppe in Kiew. In einer Parkanlage fand das Seminar mit über 60 TeilnehmerInnen statt. Vier Ausbildungsgruppen mit ihren Trainern haben sich dem Prozess gestellt. Es war ein Seminar, in dem die Auszubildenden sich selbstbewusst zeigten, die Kulturen der verschiedenen Ausbildungsgruppen erkennbar wurden und verglichen werden durften, ohne sich gegenseitig abzuwerten. Carl Otto Velmerig, Monika Maaßen, beide aus Deutschland, Peter Snir aus Ungarn und Hilde Gött arbeiteten zum ersten Mal zusammen. Die ukrainischen KollegInnen haben in dieser Woche die Geschichte des Psychodramas in der Ukraine in einer sehr kreativen Inszenierung erarbeitet. Die Elemente der Soziometrie, des Soziodramas, das Rollenspiel und moderne Techniken wie Videofilm und Collagen schmückten ihre Aufführung. Sie gaben eine Kostprobe von dem, was uns in diesem Jahr in Kiew erwarten wird. Denn unser internationaler PIfE- Kongress wird dieses Jahr in Kiew stattfinden. Der Vorstand freut sich darauf und lädt alle ein, in Kiew dabei zu sein, um vom 13. bis 15. September 2013 miteinander an dem Thema Zugehörigkeit zu arbeiten und zu feiern. A different kind of playback-theatre and an enjoyable dance evening provided good entertainment and the excellent Austrian cooking ensured the physical well-being of all those present. Altogether it was a successful premiere for psychodrama arbeit with children and adolescents. It was a preliminary congress which will hopefully encourage expansion and development in this discipline. The next convention on this theme will be organized by the PIFE and Szenen, and should take place from 12th-14th September 2014 in Berlin. We very much hope that more of our (PIfE) international members become curious about this subject and come to Berlin to lead to participate in the convention. On the international stage we have set up a FEPTO working group called "Psychodrama with Children and Adolescents", which meets twice a year Another large event to take place in 2012 was the second group-dynamic large group seminar in Kiev, which took place in a park with more than 60 participants. Four education groups with their trainers directed the proceedings. It was a seminar where the trainees were extremely selfconfident, where the cultures of the different education groups were recognisable and where they could be compared in a positive way. Carl Otto Velmerig and Monika Maaßen, both from Germany, Peter Snir from Hungary and Hilde Gött worked together for the first time. During the week our Ukrainian colleagues put on a very creative production portraying the history of psychodrama in the Ukraine. Elements of sociometry, sociodrama, role play and modern techniques such as video film and collage adorned the performances. They gave a foretaste of what awaits us later this year in Kiev, as our international PIfE convention will take place in Kiev later this year. The executive board is eagerly looking foward to the congress where the theme will be "Belonging" and we invite everyone to come to work and celebrate together in Kiev from September 13th to 15th, Hilde Gött Vorstandsbericht war ein eher ruhiges Jahr. Viele kleine Aufgaben warteten darauf, bearbeitet zu werden. Die Verteilung dessen, was im geschäftsführenden Vorstand und was im Gesamtvorstand besprochen werden sollte, wurde ansatzweise aufgegriffen. Diese Diskussionen sind in drei Skype-Sitzungen Executive Board Report was a rather quiet year. Many small tasks needed to be worked on. An agenda was made of matters to be discussed by the managing executive board and matters to be discussed by the combined executive board. These discussions took place during three Skype meetings of the complete

4 4 des Gesamtvorstands und zwei Skype-Sitzungen sowie einem Treffen des geschäftsführenden Vorstands besprochen worden. Besondere Aktivitäten, die durch PIfE mit initiiert wurden, wie das gruppendynamische Großgruppenseminar in Kiew und der erste Kongress zur Psychodramaarbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen in St. Johann im Pongau, wurden bereits am Anfang des Newsletters vorgestellt. FEPTO Meeting Fred Dorn und Hilde Gött haben am FEPTO-Treffen 2012 in Oslo, Norwegen teilgenommen. Hilde Gött hatte bereits bei der FEPTO-Konferenz zum Thema Empowerment and Resilienz im Gedenken an die Opfer des Terroranschlages in Oslo und Utøya einen Workshop mit Yaacov Naor angeboten. In Workshops und Vorträgen ging es in der Konferenz u.a. um die Strukturen, die nach dem Anschlag notwendig waren, um das nationale Trauma aufzufangen und zu bearbeiten. Es kamen auch die gemachten Erfahrungen der betroffenen KollegInnen zur Sprache. Es ist bewundernswert, wie klar und kompetent die KollegInnen in dieser schwierigen Situation agierten, denn es ist sicherlich nicht einfach, selbst betroffen zu sein und zeitgleich andere Menschen Struktur gebend und unterstützend aufzufangen. Das Ambiente der Heimvolkshochschule Romerike Folkehøgskole, am See gelegen mit Theatersaal, Musik- und Kunsträumen, die mit ihren Requisiten uns als Psychodramatiker ständig anregten, war sehr gut ausgesucht, auch wenn es der Ort etwas außerhalb von Oslo gelegen war. Die Stimmung und der Austausch sowohl bei der Konferenz als auch beim FEPTO-Treffen waren gut. Das Playback-Spiel und eine Ibsen-Aufführung waren thematisch wunderbar gewählt und voller Humor und bezogen das Publikum mit ein. Unsere PIfE- KollegInnen Eduardó Verdú und Melinda Meyer haben als Vertreter des Organisationskomitées die TeilnehmerInnen mit Leichtigkeit, Charme und Humor durch diese Tage begleitet. Dieses Treffen war 2012 zweifellos ein Highlight auf der europäischen Psychodramabühne. Vertretung bei Kongressen Bei den Moreno Days in Talinn wurde PIfE von Yaacov Naor und Claudia Mühlbauer vertreten. Hilde Gött vertrat den PIfE-Vorstand beim ersten Psychodramakongress für die Arbeit mit Kindern und Jugendlichen. Bernd Fichtenhofer nahm für PIfE am nationalen Psychodramakongress in Cluj/ Rumänien teil. Website Fred Dorn hat im Auftrag des Vorstandes die neue Website geschaltet. Sie ist weiterhin in deutscher und englischer Sprache aufrufbar. Das auf Anregung von Mitgliedern eröffnete Gästebuch wird jedoch bisher nicht genutzt. Ausbildungen in verschiedenen Ländern Gemäß den sich aus unserer Satzung ergebenden Aufgaben stand in den letzten zwei Jahren wieder die personelle und executive board and two Skype meetings and a normal meeting of the managing executive board. FEPTO Meeting Fred Dorn and Hilde Gött attended the 2012 FEPTO meeting in Oslo, Norway. Hilde Gött, assisted by Yaacov Naor, had already offered a workshop during the FEPTO meeting on the theme "Empowerment and Resilience" in memory of victims of the terrorist attack in Oslo and Utøya. One theme of the workshops and lectures during the meeting centred on the structures which were necessary after the attack in order to understand and treat the national trauma. The individual experiences of the affected colleagues were also discussed. It is astonishing how clearly and competently the colleagues acted in this difficult situation, as it is surely not easy to be personally affected and to simultaneously help other people to find supporting structures. The ambience of the local adult education centre "Romerike Folkehøgskole", built by the lake with auditorium, music rooms and art rooms, whose features permanently stimulated us as psychodramatists, was wonderful, even though it is situated a little outside Oslo. The atmosphere and the exchanges were good, both at the conference and at the FEPTO meeting. The themes of the Playback-Game and an Ibsen performance were wonderfully chosen, full of humour and completely enthralled the audience. As representatives of the organisation committee, our PIfE colleagues Eduardó Verdú and Melinda Meyer assisted and supported the participants throughout the meeting with a lightness, charm and humour. This meeting was undoubtedly a highlight of the european psychodrama stage in Representation at Conventions At the Moreno Days in Talinn the PIfE was represented by Yaacov Naor and Claudia Mühlbauer. Hilde Gött represented the PIfE executive board at the first psychodrama congress on work with children and adolescents. Bernd Fichtenhofer represented the PIfE at the national Psychodrama Congress in Cluj/Romania. Website Fred Dorn has updated the new website, as directed by the executive board. It is available in both German and English language versions. The Guest book, opened on the request of members, has still not been used. Our Website can be viewed at Education and Training in the Individual Countries In accordance with our and rules and statutes, personnel and financial support of psychodrama training and education in our member countries was again part of our agenda during the last two years. The individual projects are listed below:

5 5 finanzielle Unterstützung der Psychodrama-Ausbildung in unseren Mitgliedsländern auf unserer Agenda. Die einzelnen Projekte werden im Folgenden aufgeführt: In Weißrussland: - Zurzeit findet eine kombinierte Grund- und Oberstufen-Ausbildung unter der Leitung von Fred Dorn und Ljudmila Litvinenko aus der Ukraine und der Co-Leitung Aurelija Rakstyte aus Litauen statt. Dies geschieht in einem Ausbildungszentrum der Caritas Minsk-Mogiljew, mit der PIfE einen Kooperationsvertrag geschlossen hat. In einem gemeinsamen, wesentlich von der Aktion Mensch finanzierten Projekt kann für 14 Sozialarbeiterinnen, Psychologinnen und Pädagoginnen die Grundstufenausbildung realisiert werden. Die Gruppensupervision für die Oberstufe hat bereits begonnen und wurde von Hilde Gött übernommen. In Polen: - die erste Oberstufe in polnischer Eigenregie unter der Leitung von Anna Bielanska und Jarek Gliscinski in Warschau hat im November abgeschlossen und fängt nun die Supervision mit Hilde Gött an. Einzelsupervision und Supervision für die delegierten Supervisoren wird von Eduardó Verdú gegeben. In Rumänien: - hat die Supervision für die Oberstufe und für die delegierten Supervisoren bei Bernd Fichtenhofer stattgefunden. In der Ukraine: - wird eine Oberstufe von Anna Bielanska aus Polen geleitet. - haben einige Seminare mit Ildikó Mävers, Yaacov Naor, Fred Dorn sowie das gruppendynamische Großgruppenseminar stattgefunden. Natürlich gab es weitere Aktivitäten, aber an dieser Stelle seien nur die Gruppen und Aktivitäten erwähnt, die von PIfE aktiv und finanziell gefördert wurden. Darüber hinaus sind wir sehr stolz, dass es in einigen Ländern Ausbildungsgruppen gibt, die in Eigenregie von Kollegen und Kolleginnen aus den jeweiligen Mitgliedsländern geleitet werden. So gibt es inzwischen viele Ausbildungsgruppen in Rumänien, in Polen und in der Ukraine, die sich selbst tragen und von PIfE nur noch in Form von Supervision für die Oberstufe und für die LeiterInnen bzw. für die delegierten Supervisoren unterstützt werden. Geplante Aktivitäten Für die nähere Zukunft sind folgende Aktivitäten geplant: In der Ukraine: - ein gruppendynamisches Training als Großgruppe - eine neue Oberstufe unter der Leitung von Anna Bielanska aus Polen - Supervision der Oberstufe und der kommissarischen Supervisoren. In Litauen: - Supervision für die neuen Ausbildungsleiter In Belarus: - Currently a combined basic and advanced education course is taking place under the leadership of Fred Dorn and Ljudmila Litvinenko from the Ukraine and with co-leader Aurelija Rakstyte from Lithuania. This is taking place in an education centre of the Caritas Minsk Mogiljew, as the PIfE has a cooperation contract with this organisation. In a mutual project, essentially financed by "Aktion Mensch", a basic education course is taking place for 14 social workers, psychologists and educationalists. The group supervision for the advanced course has already started and is being given by Hilde Gött. In Poland: - Under the leadership of Anna Bielanska and Jaroslaw Gliszczynski, the first advanced course conducted by psychodramatists from the Polish institute was completed in Warsaw in November. Hilde Gött will now start the supervision. Individual supervision and supervision for the delegated supervisors will be given by Eduardó Verdú. In Romania: - the supervision for the advanced course and for the temporary supervisors was given by Bernd Fichtenhofer. In the Ukraine: - an advanced course under the leadership of Anna Bielanska from Poland. - seminars conducted by Ildikó Mävers, Yaacov Naor, and Fred Dorn and also the group-dynamic large group seminar. Of course many other activities took place, but here we have only mentioned those which were actively and financially promoted by the PIfE. We are very proud that more countries are now giving training courses conducted by colleagues from their own respective institutes. So many of the education groups in Romania, in Poland and in the Ukraine are now selfsupporting, only receiving help from the PIfE in the form of supervision for the advanced course and for the leaders or the delegated supervisors. Planned Activities The following activities are planned for the near future: In the Ukraine: - A group-dynamic training as large group - A new advanced course under the leadership of Anna Bielanska from Poland - Supervision for the advanced course and the temporary Supervisors. In Lithuania: - Supervision for the new training officers In Belarus: - Completion of the combined education course

6 6 In Weißrussland: - Abschluss der kombinierten Ausbildungsgruppe unter der Leitung von Fred Dorn und Ljudmila Litvinenko - die dazugehörende Supervision für die Oberstufe - Realisierung eines Projekts im Rahmen des Förderprogramms Belarus der deutschen Bundesregierung zur Weiterbildung und Begleitung von Angehörigen und Sozialarbeiterinnen in der Behindertenarbeit. In diesem Projekt bieten die Teilnehmerinnen der Oberstufe zweitägige Seminare mit den Betroffenen an. In Polen: - eine neue Oberstufe unter polnischer Leitung - die Supervision für Ausbildungskandidaten der neuen Oberstufe unter polnischer Leitung und Supervision für deren Leitung In Rumänien - Supervision für Leiter und kommissarische Supervisoren An dieser Stelle möchten wir allen Kolleginnen und Kollegen danken, die mit viel Engagement und persönlichem Einsatz die Pionierarbeit im Ausland leisten. Wir hoffen, dass wir auf diese Unterstützung auch weiterhin zählen dürfen. Wir wissen, diese Arbeit ist nicht im finanziellen Sinne profitabel, aber sie erzeugt eine große emotionale Befriedigung und inneren Reichtum. Wir bedanken uns auch für jegliche Art von Mitarbeit, Unterstützung und Engagement, sei es in der Arbeit im Verein, bei der Durchführung einzelner Seminare, im Einspringen für Kollegen, durch Einsatz bei der Gestaltung des Institutslebens oder auch bei Konflikten. All das war uns eine große Unterstützung! Wir hoffen sehr, dass diese Atmosphäre des gemeinsamen miteinander Arbeitens auch im Jahre 2013 anhält, denn sie wirkt auf uns identiätsstiftend und motiviert. Die Weihnachtsfeiertage, der Jahreswechsel, eine Zeit, in der das normale Geschäft still steht und scheinbar keine Bedeutung hat, liegen hinter uns. Manches hat sich vielleicht geklärt, anderes duldet aber keinen längeren Aufschub. Fast haben die zwei Wochen Stillstand nur etwas angehalten, was eigentlich keinen längeren Verzug duldet. So jedenfalls geht es mir mit meinen Aufgaben als Schatzmeister unseres Vereins. Meine Aufgabe besteht ja nicht allein darin, Mitgliedsbeiträge von den einzelnen Landesverbänden und unseren Mitgliedern einzusammeln ein bisweilen recht mühsames Geschäft -, sondern auch, weitere Geldquellen aufzuspüren und anzuzapfen, mit denen wir unsere Aufgaben, so wie sie in unserer Satzung festgelegt sind, erfüllen können: New Year wishes of the Treasurer The new year has just begun - with a review of the past and a view of what this year may bring us. The Christmas holidays, the last days of the year, a time when the normal business stands still and apparently has no meaning, lie behind us. Much has perhaps clarified, but other things should not be postponed any more. Maybe the two weeks have postponed matters that should be delayed no longer. At least that's how I feel about my duties as treasurer of our institute. It is not only my job to collect membership fees from the national branches and our members - a sometimes very difficult business - but also to detect other sources of funding to tap into and thus to fulfil the tasks as they are fixed in our statute: Learning to cope with heterogenity Learning to handle diversity Learning to organize changing situtations.

7 7 Fremdheit ertragen lernen Vielfalt bewältigen lernen Veränderungen organisieren lernen. Diese Lernziele, formuliert von den Gründungsvätern und müttern unseres Vereins vor mehr als 20 Jahren, sind weiterhin aktuell, auch wenn die Rahmenbedingungen sich seither vollkommen verändert haben. Der Eiserne Vorhang, der zur Zeit der Institutsgründung noch bestand, ist längst gefallen, Länder des ehemaligen Ostblocks und der ehemaligen Sowjetunion gehören inzwischen zur Europäischen Gemeinschaft. Unser Verein ist in diesen Ländern aktiv, es gibt Landesverbände in Polen, Litauen, der Ukraine, Rumänien. In Belarus ist ein Landesverband im Entstehen. Dies eröffnet Bewegungsfreiheit und neue Gestaltungsspielräume, wirft aber auch Fragen auf der Zugehörigkeit und Identität, nachdem der viel zu schlichte Gegensatz von Ost und West längst der Vergangenheit angehört. Insofern trifft das Motto unseres Kongresses im September in Kiew How to belong? genau dieses Problem der Identität und Zugehörigkeit. So ist mein erster Wunsch, dass möglichst viele unsere Mitglieder und ebenso unserer Freunde und Förderer sich im September auf den Weg nach Kiew machen, um sich Klarheit über ihre Zugehörigkeit zu verschaffen im Europa des 21. Jahrhunderts, im eigenen Land, im Freundeskreis und in der Familie aber eben auch in PIfE. Hier geht es sicher auch erst einmal darum, Fremdheit zwischen uns und untereinander wahrzunehmen, sie weniger als bedrohlich und hinderlich, sondern vielmehr als Chance zu begreifen, die eigene Zugehörigkeit zu erweitern und neu zu definieren. Das ist der Beitrag, den wir als Psychodramatiker/innen leisten wollen, um das Haus Europa wohnlich zu gestalten. Dazu müssen wir uns vermehrt der Mittel bedienen, die unserem Institut zur Zeit seiner Gründung noch nicht zur Verfügung standen, wie z.b. der Austausch über das Internet und die aktive Pflege und Wahrnehmung unseres Internetauftritts: den wir gerade erst neu gestaltet haben. Mein zweiter Wunsch ist also, dass es uns gelingt, die Zusammenarbeit und den Zusammenhalt im Institut zu fördern, die Vielfalt, die es bestimmt und auszeichnet, zu nutzen, zu fördern, lebendig zu erhalten. Und natürlich muss das alles auch organisiert sein. Veränderungen vollziehen sich ohne unser Zutun wir können sie aber auch als Psychodramatiker/Innen aktiv gestalten und fördern, d.h., wir selbst können Ideen entwickeln, konkrete Probleme und Aufgaben wahrnehmen und definieren, Lösungsstrategien erarbeiten. Dies allerdings braucht Geld, um diese Ideen Wirklichkeit werden zu lassen. Dh, wir müssen uns auch jenseits unserer Mitgliedsbeiträge Geldquellen erschließen. Diese sind z.b. die Aktion Mensch in Deutschland, die in Belarus in einem Basis-Struktur-Projekt des PIfE in Zusammenarbeit mit der Caritas Minsk die Ausbildung von 14 Sozialarbeiterinnen zu Psychodramaassistentinnen fördert. Eine weitere Projektfinanzierung in Belarus wird durch das Förderprogramm der deutschen Bundesregierung gewährleistet, das damit praktische psychodramatische Arbeit vor Ort ermöglicht. Derzeit versuchen wir im These learning objectives, formulated by the founding fathers and mothers of our society more than 20 years ago are still valid, even if the environment has since then completely changed. The Iron Curtain, which still existed at the time of the founding of PIfE has long since fallen, former Eastern Bloc countries and parts of the former Soviet Union are now part of the European Community. Our institute is active in these countries, there are national associations in Poland, Lithuania, Ukraine, Romania. In Belarus, a national association is emerging. This provides freedom of movement and a new scope, but also raises questions of belonging and identity, even though much of the opposition between East and West belongs to the past. The motto of our congress in September in Kiev mirrors this problem of identity and belonging "How to belong?". So it is my first wish that as many of our members as possible - and also our friends and supporters find their way in September to Kiev, to gain clarity on their membership, their belongings their place in the 21st Century, at home, with friends and family - but also in the PIfE. First of all this is a question of how to perceive alienation between our cultures and countries, between each other, to see this not as threatening and as an obstacle, but rather as an opportunity to expand and to redefine our belongings. This is the contribution we want to make as psychodramatists to the "House of Europe" to help make it more habitable and to fill it with life. For this purpose we have to make more use of resources our institute could not rely on at the time of its founding, such as the use of the Internet, and active perception of our website: just recently restored. My second wish is that we are able to promote the cooperation and cohesion in our Institute, be proud of our cultural diversity, promote it and to keep it alive. And of course all has to be well organized. Changes are taking place without our influence - but we can participate actively as psychodramatists and make use of our influence, we can even develop our own ideas, define and cope with concrete problems and challenges, developing solution strategies. But to make these ideas come true, it takes money. ie, we have to find other sources apart from our membership fees. These are e.g. the "Aktion Mensch" in Germany, which in Belarus fosters a basic structure-project in collaboration with Caritas PIfE Minsk to train 14 socialworkers and psychologists to become psychodrama assistants. Another project financing work in Belarus is guaranteed by the support program of the German government, which thus enables psychodramatic practical work on the ground. Currently we are trying to launch the Grundtvig program, a learning partnership project between Germany, Romania and Lithuania, which deals with the problem of so-called Euro-orphans, children and adolescents in Eastern Europe, whose parents went to the West in order to find wages and bread - paying the price of leaving their children behind alone. Thus my third wish is that we change ourselves to increase our collaboration and to give it more structure. I have

So richtet sich mein dritter Wunsch darauf, dass wir uns selbst verändern indem wir unsere Zusammenarbeit intensivieren und strukturieren. Mir schwebt vor, dass wir auch auf der organisatorischen Ebene enger zusammenarbeiten, wir tatsächlich als ein europäisches Institut auftreten, mit gemeinsamen Zielen, Aktivitäten und Programmen und als solches auch nach außen erkennbar sind. Unsere Satzung fordert für die einzelnen Landesverbände eine größtmögliche Autonomie ein, deren Realisierung selbst Bestandteil unseres Auftrags ist. Mein Ziel ist deshalb, diese Autonomie zu fördern dies durchaus auch finanziell aus dem Budget von PIfE mit der Perspektive allerdings einer wachsenden Unabhängigkeit. Unabhängigkeit und Eigenständigkeit der einzelnen Landesverbände tragen dazu bei, dass auf Augenhöhe gemeinsam wahr genommene Projekte realisiert und finanziert werden. Ein erster Schritt dazu ist die Abstimmung der Jahresbudgets unserer Mitgliedsländer, soweit sie unsere gemeinsame Arbeit betreffen um Schwerpunkte zu setzen, Projekte zu entwickeln und zu realisieren, ihre Finanzierung zu sichern um damit als europäisches Institut für Psychodrama auch von anderen wahr- und in Anspruch genommen zu werden. in mind that we work more closely together on the organizational level, so that we actually perform as a European institute with common objectives, activities and programs, and that this can be recognised from outside the institute. Our statute calls for the national branches to act at a maximum of autonomy the realization of which is itself an integral part of our mission. My aim is therefore to promote this autonomy - with financial support from the PIfE - with the prospect of a growing independence. Independence and autonomy of the national branches are basic so that common projects are perceived at the same level and commonly implemented and funded. A first step is the coordination of the annual budget of our member countries as far as they relate to our common work thus to set priorities, to develop creative and innovative solutions to secure their funding - in order to be recognized, utilised and respected as a European Institute of Psychodrama. Группа коллег это одновременно и актеры и зрительный зал. В любую минуту готовые выйти и сыграть нужную протагонисту роль. During the period since our last report we have studied a lot of method subtleties in guiding a psychodramatic group for self-development. Under the supervision of our coach Ludmila Litvinenko we have practised the role of leaders during the sessions. To be a leader in our groups is a double responsibility and great professional experience for all of us. The processes that take place in a group are a living theatre indeed. The stage is an ordinary classroom. A group of colleagues are both actors and viewers. And they are ready to volunteer and perform the necessary role for the protagonist. Group solidarity is essential, and mutual support is of great significance.

Thanks to seminars dedicated to particular topics, we had a chance to see the importance of learning under the supervision of other specialists and coaches. In organized group plays every participant reveals his or her potential and abilities, which again unites all of us in the process of learning. What is more, it shows new ways of mastering a psychodramatic method. We gave our first Play-Back theatre performances. A creative union with Ludmila Litvinenko helped us feel the energy of spontaneity. The impressions of the theatre made our emotions much brighter. Our first spectators were the first-year learners. We acted out different scenes from their lives. And it was very important for us to feel a bond with our audience. That was one of the following forms of self-awareness and psychotherapeutic assistance for those who study psychodramatic method. We met in our spare time to rehearse on our own during the whole year. We tried to go into the subtleties of our interaction. Shared world-views of the actors helps contribute to the proper reflection of the audience s emotions. В организованных групповых играх раскрываются потенциальные возможности каждого участника, это еще раз объединяет всех в совместном процессе обучения. Благодаря творческому союзу с Людмилой Литвиненко, мы зарядились энергией жанра спонтанности. Это придало нашим эмоциям наполненность яркими впечатлениями. Первыми зрителями были участники обучающиеся на первого этапе. Мы разыгрывали различные сцены из их жизни. И для нас важно было почувствовать связь между нами и зрителями. Это была одна из следующих форм самопознания и психотерапевтической помощи для изучающих метод психодрамы. В течении всего года мы встречались между сессиями в свободное от работы время, репетировали самостоятельно. Вникали в тонкости взаимодействия между нами. Единство мироощущения между актерами в игре, способствует очень грамотному отражению эмоций зрительного зала. В городе Минске ежегодно 19 мая проводится праздник «Ночь в музее». Наше желание принять участие в нем и заявить о своем существование, вызвало в каждом из нас состояние куража Это были самые яркие и незабываемые впечатления от выступления. Восторг зрителей и неподдельный интерес к театру спонтанности, укрепил в каждом из нас веру в силу и магию психодрамы. Every year on May 19 Minsk celebrates a holiday Museum night. We felt like participating in it and making ourselves known. As a result we got the brightest and most unforgettable impressions of the performance. The audience was delighted and extreemly interested in spontaneity theatre, which proved once again the power and magic of psychodrama. Together with Fred Dorn we took part in Second International scientific conference Alternative rehabilitation methods for challenged children and adults organized by Russian State Social University in Minsk. Participants of our group made their reports and gave master classes in psychodrama. To social sphere specialists we also presented Play-Back theatre as an alternative form to organize challenged people and involve them in creative activities through interaction Many people are afraid of performing in front of the public, they get nervous as they imagine the viewers listening to them. In a spontaneity theatre, each person has a chance to reveal him- or herself, to overcome their barriers, to meet their inner self, to hold a dialog. We were invited to meet psychologists in Molodechno. Discussing the problem of the youth s computer dependency we showed how psychodramatic method works and how it is possible to solve the problem involving the students in creative activities by organizing a school psychodramatic circle. The fourth Festival of informal teaching was held in the International Centre for Education and Encounter "Johannes Rau" (IBB) in Minsk. We willingly took part in its work. We gave a master class in psychodrama and showed the work of psychodramatic specialists, using Play-Back theatre technology. Many participants of the Festival were interested in the method and how it was possible to use psy-

Нас пригласили на встречу с психологами города Молодечно. В совместном обсуждении, по проблеме компьютерной зависимости молодежи, мы показали формы работы с ипользованием метода психодрамы и возможности решения проблемы, путем вовлечения школьников с творческий союз на основе организации в школе психодраматического кружка. В Международном образовательном центре имени Йоханесса Рау в городе Минске, прошел IV Фестиваль неформального образования. Мы с интересом приняли участие в его работе. Провели мастер-класс по психродраме и показали работу специалистов с психодраматичекой подготовкой используя технологии Плей-бек театра. Многие присутствующие специалисты были заинтересованы методом, как на основе психодраматической подготовки можно работать терапевтически в любой аудитории. Через импровизационную игру актеров, зритель выходит на раскрытие своего внутреннего мира и получает психологическую помощь и поддержку. This year we had two meetings on supervision with Hilde Gött. There we looked into very important details concerning the technology of psychotherapeutic leading of the protagonist. Hilde Gött skillfully presented the basics of practical work with a group on different stages of its development. She also pointed out the importance of professional qualifications while applying the most effective techniques in difficult situations. Thanks to her, we understood how personal difficulties of a leader hinder the psychotherapy and serve as an obstacle to solving the client s problems. В этом году состоялось две встречи по супервизии с Хильдой Гётт. Профессионально проработали очень важные моменты, касающиеся технологии психотерапевтического ведения протагониста. Хильда Гётт грамотно представила нам основу практической работы с группой на разных этапах её развития. Germany PIfE Germany Unfortunatly, PIfE Germany did not provide us with any information. Lietuva EOS Groups Lithuania EOS Groups Our EOS Groups are coming slowly to the psychodrama world. Currently we are only two persons running the organization. In the last two years we were looking for our role and field of work. And as experience showed, we stayed more connected with the field of Education. In this year we did numbers of seminars mostly in schools, progymnasiums, gymnasiums. EOS group organization members Various halls we work at In total we did about 120 seminars. That was a challenge. Usually these were one-day seminars. Some of them were half day, some - several days long. Mostly we were working with pedagogues, parents, teenagers, residential care

12 12 homes, social workers. Most common topics were conflicts, aggression, group and class management, communication with children, stress management. But we are pleased, we introduce psychodrama into any training topic as a tool for training and seminars. Should it be warming up, role reversal, role interview or any other technique, you will find more and more psychodrama in action at our organized seminars. The best effect can be seen in the work with the children and teenagers. Maybe because they have not yet developed complex resistance mechanisms, they are more open to experience. Or maybe psychodrama still seems bit frightening to adults. As they say, better to speak... our office at the moment Seminar location - wood, method - psychodrama, topic strengthening the organization In the year 2012 we travelled at least km across Lithuania, reaching quite distant places, going through various weather conditions. Further we would like to mention some of the events and seminars that are related to psychodrama even more closely January. This month we did a number of seminars, but one we would particularly like to mention. This was in Klaipėda for the Non-formal education teachers. They are the ones leading various clubs and activities for children in the city of Klaipėda. It was very useful for them to experience psychodrama and to prepare them for more workwith children later in their practice. The topic we were analysing was how we talk to children. The seminar was successful, but very difficult at the start. Four months later we were invited back again for a continuation March. This month we started two psychodrama groups for children and teenagers in a countryside institution for children in the town of Paparčiai. The children are really traumatized as they lost their parents. So we took the psychodrama group really slowly, building trust and helping children to express various topics in a safe way, even topics such as sexual abuse. These two groups lasted for four months till the end of June. Every week we also met the workers of this institution, where we instructed them on the work with children. The sculpture in action

13 April. This month was a challenge for us to do the two days seminars for Vilnius region psychologists about psychodrama applications in schools. In this case we decided to restrict the seminar to an experience of psychodrama, letting the participants evaluate for themselves how psychodrama may be applied May. This month was special for us as we decided to make one workshop "Psychodrama in Education" into the biggest event for psychologists in Lithuania. In May there was a Congress of Lithuanian Psychologists. The place - Klaipėda's University. Our workshop was fully booked out with more than 26 participants (the hall could not take more). This month was also interesting as we joined the new group of psychodramatists interested in the work with children and teenagers. The meeting was in Vienna, Austria, the birth place of psychodrama. Of course we visited important places for psychodrama history like Maysedergasse where the first psychodrama event happened in 1921, Augarten, where J.L. Moreno was watching children playing, and the burial place of J.L. Moreno. This was not easy to do, as it is not marked. You have to know in advance where to look. But if you want, you will find September-December. The summer was for resting and visiting some psychodrama events as participants. But in September we started two twodays seminars for one Ministry of Social security and Labour Department of Child Rights and Adoption. We used psychodrama here with the goal of strengthening the teamwork of this institution. This was clearly successful, as we were invited to do another three-days seminar in November-December. Clearly, psychodrama achieves things. This was the year of In the year 2013 we plan to continue our work, start longer introduction courses about psychodrama, as well as assist the PIfE more. As you read our report we will probably be on the road travelling to another seminar.

Lithuanian Psychodrama Association 2012 (LPA) Important and memorable year for Lithuania Psychodrama Association. In 2012 June in Oslo (Norway) the 20th annual General Assembly took place, in which the Lithuanian Psychodrama Association was adopted by the Federation of European Psychodrama Training Organisations FEPTO and became a member. Lithuania was represented by LPA president Daiva Rudokaitė and treasurer Aurelia Rakštytė. This is both a delight and an even greater responsibility. We sincerely appreciate our Fepto Godfather Horatiu Nil Albini and Hilde Gött trusting in our association and writing a recommendation m. birželio d. In 2012 May LPA participated in the Lithuanian Congress of Psychology, and represented the Society of Psychodrama, prepared a poster to promote the psychodrama method and society activities in Lithuania. LPdD dalyvavo Lietuvos Psichologų sąjungos kongrese, kuriame atstovavo psichodramos draugiją, parengė stendinį pranešimą, supažindinantį su psichodramos metodu ir draugijos veikla Lietuvoje. 2012m birželio mėn. 11 bazinio lygio psichodramos studenčių, vadovaujamų dr. Albinos Kepalaitės ir Rasos Pietarienės, sėkmingai baigė I etapą- baznį psichodramos lygį. Spalio mėnesį naujus bazinio lygio mokymus Lietuvoje pradėjo 13 būsimų psichodramistų, kuriems vadovauja mokytoja dr. Albina Kepalaitė ir koterapeutė Daiva Rudokaitė. Šiuo metu Aurelija Rakštytė yra baltarusių I-o lygio grupės Minske koterapeutė kartu su vadovu Fred Dorn. Trys LPdD nariai šiais metais pradėjo studijuoti CP programoje Latvijos Moreno institute ( Inara Erdmanis) metais vyko ir vyksta savęs pažinimo grupės, seminarai, kuriuos veda Lietuvos psichodramatistai. Spalio mėnesį draugija organizavo kasmetines psichodramos dirbtuves visiems, kurie nori susipažinti su psichodrama. Skiriame didelį dėmesį psichodramos sklaidai įvairiomis visuomenės informavimo priemonėmis- TV, radijas, spauda. Šiuo metu draugijos atstovai dalyvauja iniciatyvinėje grupėje Seime, kuri rengia psichoterapijos įstatymą Lietuvoje. In October the new basic-level training group began, with 13 future psychodramatists, led by the teacher Dr. Albina Kepalaitė and co therapist Daiva Rudokaitė. Currently Aurelija Rakštytė is co therapist in the belarusian basic-level group in Minsk with teacher Fred Dorn. This year three LPA members began studying in the CP program (CP education) at the Latvian Moreno Institute (Inara Erdmanis). There were several self-experience groups and seminars lead by Lithuanian psychodramatists this year. In October, the LPA organized an annual psychodrama workshop for everybody who wants to get to know more about psychodrama. We pay much attention to spreading psychodrama using different media. In August the Association attended the 7th Baltic Moreno Days 2012 Peoples' Stories in Tallinn (Estonia). Cur-

Each year the Association organizes seminars conduc-ted by lecturers of the PIFE:. This year it was Christoph Hutter and Hilde Gött (both from Germany). Daiva Rudokaitė, President of the Lithuanian Psychodrama Association Daiva and Hilde Norway Norwegian Moreno Institute 2012 FEPTO-Meeting Oslo Henrik Ibsen, spontaneity, creativity made 2012 an extraordinary year for the Moreno Institute in Norway. Hosting the annual FEPTO-meeting in cooperation with NIKUT was an inspiring and time demanding event. We named the meeting Psychodrama and the life lie, and invited psychodramatists to play with the characters in the Wild Duck and our national symbol Henrik Ibsen. Drive, spontaneity and persistence triumphed over the national strike close to the opening day, and delegates from all over Europe joined us at our summer residence, and celebrated Psychodrama. We had a lovely week, working with international and national colleagues. Ahead of the meeting we also arranged a conference offering workshops lead by respected international and national psychodramatists. Under the title Psychodrama and resilience Norwegian psychodramatists offered inspiration, input and fun. Gro Slettemark has retired from the Institute. We thank her warmly for her enthusiastic participation over two decades. Carina Holandsli has replaced her as a leading teacher, and we welcome her with our hearts. Gerd Nerdal Moen is our Administrative leader and also a teacher. Eduardo Verdu is our scholarly leader and leading teacher. Arne Husjord is the third leading teacher. The Moreno Institute has examined 4 psychodrama leaders this year, and 6 psychodrama assistants. Inara Erdmanis, Unni Bang Carlsen and Torill Johnsen have filled the role as examiners. We thank them for idealistic and fair work. Romerike Folkehøgskole Currently there are three ongoing student groups at the Institute; Two at leader level and one at CP level. W dalszym ciągu psychodrama cieszy się powodzeniem np. w roku 2012 było 5 grup szkoleniowych: 2 w Warszawie, 2 w Krakowie, 1 w Lublinie. 3. Pierwszy raz grupę 2 stopnia prowadzili i ukończyli Polacy A. Bielańska i Jarosław Gliszczyński (Warszawa). Następną grupę 2 stopnia prowadzi obecnie A. Bielańska. Agnieszka Bartkowska- Kurek z Wiesławą Piątek-Janicką będą prowadzić następną grupę. W ramach kursów psychoterapii w Krakowie i w Gliwicach są prowadzone następne 4 grupy szkoleniowe czyli razem w Polsce jest obecnie 9 grup 1 stopnia i 1 grupa 2 stopnia. 4. PIP oferuje też około seminariów rocznie o różnej tematyce prowadzonych przez Polaków jak i kolegów z zagranicy. Poland Psychodrama in Poland Third test in December 2011 second level was completed by 11 people who passed the test. The examining board included Hilde Gött, Sonia Beloch and Anna Bielańska. 2. Psychodrama is still popular for example in 2012 there were 5 training groups: 2 in Warsaw, 2 in Kraków, 1 in Lublin. 3. For the first time a 2nd level group was trained and completed by Poles A. Bielańska and Jarosław Gliszczyński (Warszawa). The current 2nd level group is conducted by A. Bielańska. Agnieszka Bartkowska-Kurek with Wiesława Piątek-Janicka will train the following group. Additional 4 groups are trained within psychotherapy courses in Kraków and in Gliwice, which makes in total 9 first level groups and 1 upper level group. 4. PIP also offers between 10 and 12 seminars every year, on various subjects and conducted by Poles as well as colleagues from other countries. Polish leaders include Jarosław Gliszczyński, Agnieszka Bartkowska- Kurek, Wiesława Piątek-Janicka, Janina Ceglarek and Anna Bielańska. Our foreign colleagues include, among others, Yaacov Naor, Elżbieta Schjetne, Maurizio Gassaou, Judith Maschke, Eduardo Verdu, Christopher Hutter, Judith Teszary. 5. Another one of PIP activities is running short psychodramatic workshops (60h) within psychotherapy courses in Sopot and Wrocław. All these activities are led by therapists or trainers from our Institute. Upper Level Group Warsaw 5. Jeszcze inna aktywnością PIP jest prowadzenie krótkich warsztatów psychodramatycznych (60h) w ramach kursów psychoterapii w Sopocie i Wrocławiu. Wszystkie te aktywności są prowadzone przez terapeutów lub trenerów Instytutu. 6. Konferencję 2011 w Krakowie oceniamy jako trudną organizacyjnie z różnych względów oraz zauważamy kilka błędów w naszym działaniu. Niemniej jednak wydaje się, iż część merytoryczna 6. Regarding the 2011 Conference in Kraków, we assess it as organizationally complex for various reasons and take note of several shortcomings on our side. However, it was extremely interesting and inspiring we had 150 participants from 11 countries. Three biggest foreign groups were the Norwegian, Ukrainian and German ones. We were happy to have colleagues from Belarus, who, for the first time, managed to take part in a PIfE conference. 7. After the Conference, at the general board meeting of PIP the new board was chosen: Anna Bielańska, Jarosłąw Gliszczyński, Igor Hanuszkiwicz, Ariadna Romejko-Borowiec, Jacek Syguda i Katarzyna Niklas-Wołoszyn.(zdjecia). A working group has been set up within our Institute concerned with application of psychodrama in

A hard issue PIP faced was the unexpected separation of 2 colleagues from the Institute and their decision of setting up their own organization. PIP considers joint activity and integration of psychodramatic community one of its core values therefore it does not accept the attitude of these colleagues as well as the way in which the separation was carried through. 8. Powstała wewnątrz naszego Instytutu grupa robocza z tematem zastosowania psychodramy w instytucjach biznesowych w konsultacji z Eduardem Verdu. 9. Superwizję dla superwizorów delegowanych (4 osoby) prowadzi Eduardo Verdu. 10. Trudną sprawą dla PIP było niespodziewane oddzielenie się 2 koleżanek od Instytutu i decyzja o założeniu własnej organizacji szkoleniowej. PIP jako jedną ze swoich wartości uznaje wspólne działanie i integrację w społeczności psychodramatycznej - w związku z tym nie akceptuje postawy koleżanek ani sposobu w jaki to oddzielenie nastąpiło. These professionals and friends animate the space and the psychodrama stages so that it can manifest again.

18 18 condusă de Hilde Gött (Germania), iar alta de Klára Gallus şi Kamilla Sarkady (Ungaria), iar acum în cadrul acestei conferinţe doi din cei trei invitaţi speciali au fost Bernd Fichtenhofer (Germania) şi Gábor Pintér (Ungaria) marcând şi recunoscând astfel începutul maturizării psihodramei în România. Aşadar, putem cu emoţie să observăm cum cei doi germeni se nasc, copilăresc şi ajung la maturitate, reuninduse astfel, în semn de recunoştinţă cele două principii femininul şi masculinul, într-un echilibru firesc ce surprinde întregul. Astfel, în tot acest răstimp s-au copt în anumite personalităţi ale psihodramei românesti capacităţi de a purta impulsul în mod esenţial şi creator. Şi atunci oare, nu începând cu această etapă putem să ne deschidem unor noi provocări prin abordări de tipul Etică şi Putere, în psihodrama românească? La aceste întrebări, putem găsi răspunsuri prin mărturiile unor profesionişti şi prieteni din perspectiva celor trăite pe scena conferinţei de la Cluj-Napoca : Organizarea conferinţei a însemnat o excelentă muncă de echipă. M-a bucurat acest fapt mai ales când am văzut cât de mulţi s-au anunţat cu ateliere din noua generaţie de absolvenţi, după aceea când am văzut cât de mulţi participanţi am avut în ciuda situaţiei financiare grele. După o deschidere splendidă pe tema propusă de noi, oferită de actori care au înviat bufoni din operele lui Shakespeare, şi o sesiune de warm-up pe măsură, am putut vedea cât de natural s-au desfăşurat lucrările, cât de bună a fost atmosfera pe parcursul lucrărilor şi, bineînţeles, la cocktail şi banchet. Prelegerile şi atelierele oferite au atins deosebit de multe aspecte ale temelor propuse, am avut parte de conţinuturi incitante, cu acel belşug pe care abordarea psihodramatică o poate conferi. Întâlnirile ne-au deschis într-adevăr perspective, ne-au îmbogăţit, aşa cum ne-am dorit ca organizatori şi participanţi. A fost minunat să trăim forţa comunităţii psihodramatice existente la noi în ţară, dar şi conexiunile noastre cu ceea ce se întâmplă pe plan internaţional. It was 21 years ago that two psychodrama groups were formed in Romania one of them led by Hilde Gött (Germany), and another by Klára Gallus and Kamilla Sarkady (Hungary), and now during this conference, two of the three special guests were Bernd Fichtenhofer (Germany) and Gábor Pintér (Hungary), thus marking and recognizing the signs of psychodrama coming to maturity in Romania. Thus, we may observe with deep emotion, how the two germs are born, pass through childhood and come to maturity, reuniting this way, as a sign of gratitude, the two principles, feminine and masculine, in a natural equilibrium containing the whole. All this time, the ability of carrying the impulse essentially and creatively has ripened in some Romanian psychodramatic personalities. Consequently, starting with this period, can we open ourselves to new challenges by approaches like Ethics and Power, in Romanian Psychodrama? We can find a few answers to these questions by reading the reports of some professionals and friends, written from the perspective of what they experienced during the conference in Cluj-Napoca. Organizing the conference meant an excellent team work. This made me happy, especially when I saw how many people from the new generation of graduates announced their participation with workshops, and then when I saw how many participants we had, despite the difficult financial situation. After a splendid opening based on the theme we proposed, offered by actors that revived the buffoons in Shakespeare s works, and a warm-up as good as the opening, we could see how natural the things developed, how nice the atmosphere was all along the working sessions and of course at the cocktail and banquet. The lectures and workshops presented covered many aspects of the themes proposed; we witnessed exciting contents with that kind of richness that only the psychodramatic approach can provide. The meetings opened new perspectives for us, enriched us, just like we wanted as organizers and participants. It was amazing to live the force of the psychodramatic community in our country, and our connections with what happens at an international scale. (Éva Varró, President of the Romanian J.L. Moreno Psychodrama Society) În legătură cu cele trei sesiuni suculente de work-shop ale zilei de sâmbătă, pot spune că alegerea a fost foarte dificilă, deoarece au existat şase opţiuni valoroase care s-au desfăşurat în acelaşi timp. Am ales să lucrez cu Monika Ścibak şi Bernd Fichtenhofer şi apoi cu Gábor Pintér. În grupul de lucru, Monika şi Bernd mi-au dat posibilitatea să privesc la momentele mele de nebunie, ce mască port eu?, de ce?ce beneficii am din asta? pentru ce?, şi la cum îi percep eu pe alţii ca nebuni, cum reacţionez?. Din toate exerciţiile şi momentele de reflecţie, am putut să desprind două din rolurile mele cele mai bine dezvoltate şi am hotărât cum să lucrez cu aceste roluri de acum înainte. În ciuda antagoniei formale a termenilor din titlu - Etică şi putere regele, înţeleptul şi nebunul, este evident că aceste tipologii pot fi văzute ca feţe ale aceleiaşi monede, coexistând în echilibru sau în conflict în interiorul unei singure persoane. Când spun asta, prin minte îmi trec scene din filmul Crash (2004), regizor Paul Huggins. Tema work-shopului pe care l-am susţinut Chiar trebuie să moară vrăjitoarea basmul în psihodramă atinge acest subiect. Magia, farmecul vrăjii ne oferă posibilitatea de a experimenta comportamente diferite, de a ne permite să fim şi altceva decât ceea ce suntem noi în realitate, de a ne conştientiza şi accepta ambivalenţa, ceea ce ne salvează. Conferinţa Etică şi putere mi-a oferit ocazia de a verifica şi pune în practică această idee prin acest work-shop. Totodată, în acest cadru mi-am asumat pentru prima dată rolul de conducător de work-shop, ceea ce m-a îmbogăţit personal. (Alina Jitaru, psihoterapeut - psihodramatician) Etica şi Puterea. Mi-am spus şi eu că ar face bine să meargă împreună şi n-am simţit nevoia să argumentez. Este obişnuit să înţelegem azi pericolele abuzului sau, dimpotrivă, ale absenţei puterii, şi orice punere de problemă în termeni de putere suscită preocupări etice. Experienţa de rol ne face să simţim cât de dificil este să atingem un echilibru între aceste forţe şi apoi cât de fragil şi instabil este acest echilibru. Conferinţa, prin lucrările comunicate şi workshop-uri, a fost o ocazie extraordinară de confruntare cu propria autoritate morală şi, în acelaşi timp, cu marea încercare a izolării pe care o evocă trioul metaforic regeînţelept-nebun. Am explorat cum e să am un regat, cum e să deţin cheia şi cum e să pierd totul. Am aflat că regatul nu-i numai al meu şi că e o nebunie să cred că există o singură cheie potrivită. Am trăit o mare bucurie să pot fi în acelaşi timp rege- înţelept-nebun, şi nu neapărat în acestă ordine. Regele Lear: Mă faci nebun, adică? Like every year, the Romanian National Psychodrama Conference of the two psychodrama associations SPJLM and ARPsiC was an opportunity for me to learn, to share, grow, develop new ideas, meet dear friends and establish new contacts. For the three excellent workshops of the day, the choice was very difficult as there were six valuable options taking place at the same time. I chose to work with Monika Ścibak and Bernd Fichtenhofer and then with Gábor Pintér. In the work group, Monika and Bernd gave me the opportunity to look at my moments of madness, the mask I am wearing, why, which are my benefits and how I perceive others madness, how I react. Of all the exercises and moments of reflections I could isolate two of my new very well developed roles and I decided how to work with those roles from now on. (Irina Stefănescu, trainer for organizational development, psychodramatist, young sociodramatist and founder of the Romanian Sociodrama Center) I was attracted from the very beginning by the themes of this conference. Despite the formal antagonism of the terms in the title Ethics and Power the King, the Wise and the Fool, it is obvious that these typologies can be seen as facets of the same coin, coexisting in equilibrium or conflict inside one single person. When I say that, some scenes from Crash (2004), the movie directed by Paul Huggins, come into my mind. The theme of the workshop I conducted together with Graţiela Grigorescu Does the Witch really have to die? The fairytale in psychodrama approaches this subject. The magic, the spell offer the possibility of experimenting different behaviors, of allowing ourselves to be something different from what we are in reality, of realizing and accepting our ambivalence, which saves us. The conference Ethics and Power gave me the opportunity to verify and put into practice this idea through the workshop. Moreover, in this context I assumed for the first time the role of workshop conductor, and that enriched me. (Alina Jitaru, psychotherapist, psychodramatist) Ethics and Power. I also said to myself that these two go together well and I didn t feel the need to argue for this in any way. It is important nowadays to understand the dangers of abuse of power and to thouroughly understand what the lack of power can mean. Any approach in terms of power launches ethical questions. The role-experience makes us feel how difficult it is to come to an equilibrium between these forces and how fragile and unstable this equilibrium is. The conference, by the lectures and the workshops presented, was an extraordinary occasion of confronting one s own moral authority and at the same time the great challenge of isolation evoked by the metaphorical trio the Wise-the King the Fool. I explored how it is to rule a kingdom, to hold the key and to lose everything. I found that the kingdom is not only mine and that it is insane to think that the right key is only one key. I felt great joy to be at the same time the King-the Wise-the Fool, and not necessarily in this order. (Adela Mihaela Ţăranu, psychotherapist, psychodramatist)

Horaţiu Nil Albini, as he himself declared, was inspired in his confession, by the famous dialogue between the King and the Fool in Shakespeare s play King Lear: Fool: You d better take my cap. Lear: Are you calling me a fool, boy? Fool: Well, you ve given away all your other rightful titles. The title of fool is the only one left. Şi iată şi mărturisirea lui Horaţiu: Ce-ar fi dacă ne-am trezi, fără să ştim dacă suntem goi sau îmbrăcaţi, regi sau nebuni, dacă bufonii sunt cei care ne urmează sau cei pe care îi urmăm? O şansă pe care ne-o oferă conferinţa. Odată ridicată cortina invadăm scena, niciodată goală, căci e plină de pasiunea şi dragostea noastră pentru psihodramă, pe care nu puţini o numesc nebunie. Cele trei roluri se întâlnesc într-un dans subtil, fiecare luând de la celălalt însemnele emblematice fără să-şi anuleze însă privilegiile, fie că e vorba de deschiderea regală, de înţeleptul grup mare sau de bufoneriile playback-ului. Şi toate se împletesc într-o trimitere ironică către socialul omniprezent, în care yes men-ii preşedintelui sunt înlocuiţi cu no-man-ul regal, ale cărui observaţii nu sunt altceva decât nebunia latentă a raţiunii. Ca în final să putem avea revelaţia mesajului scris pe un bilet alb, care conţine tot ce am înţeles, sau poate că nu. Pentru mine nimic nu este mai periculos decât să fii regele regilor, mai greşit decât să îţi doreşti să fii înţeleptul înţelepţilor şi mai frumos decât să încerci să fii nebunul nebunilor. Mai strâng încă în mână biletul. A chance offered to us by the conference. Once the curtain is raised, we invade the stage, never empty, as it is full of our passion and love for psychodrama - some, not few, call it madness. The three roles meet in a subtle dance, each taking from one another the emblematical marks, but without cancelling their own specific privileges, be it the royal opening, the wise large group or the playback buffooneries. 21 21 Украина Перший Всеукраїнський фестиваль психодрами 1 Всеукраинский фестиваль психодрамы состоялся октября 2012 года в Киеве, Украина. Это первое в истории психодрамы в Украине событие такого рода, ставшее возможным благодаря сотрудничеству Ассоциации психодрамы Киев и секции психодрамы Украинского союза психотерапевтов. В фестивале приняли участие 55 ведущих из 21 города Украины, представлявшие разные поколения трех основных психодраматических школ, которые есть в стране (PIfE, ÖAGG, FEPTO), В фестивале приняло участие около 300 человек, для более половины из них это была первая встреча с методом. Были представлены мастер-классы в таких разделах: «Психодрама для психологов», «Психодрама для развития личности», «Психодрама в организации и бизненсе», «Решай проблемы играя», «Психодрама на тему», «Психодрама для семьи», «Спонтанный запрос».
