Mit ihr werden sowohl alle Anschlüsse an Rohrinstallationen in Gebäuden, als auch Durchgangs- und T - Verbindungen hergestellt. Die Anschlussverbindungen sind für Heizwasserleitungen bestimmt. The CASAFLEX connection unit is a connection element specially designed for CASAFLEX district heating pipes. It is used to establish all connections to pipe installations in buildings and shafts as well as for transition and T-connections. The connections are intended for use with hot water pipes.

3 mm Markierung am Mantelrohrende = 50mm Marking at casing pipe end = 50mm Mantel entlang der Markierung einsägen. Sägetiefe = Sägeblatthöhe. ACHTUNG: Innenrohre und Überwachungsadern nicht beschädigen! Saw casingpipe along marking. depth=depth of saw blade. ATTENTION: Do not damage service-pipes or monitoring wires! 5 6 Mantelrohr mit Messer axial einschneiden. PE-Mantel abschälen. Cut casing pipe axial with knife. Peel off the PE jacket. Mantel und Streckgitter abschälen Achtung: Streckgitter ist scharfkantig! Innenrohre mit Messer freilegen Überwachungsadern mit Messer freilegen Seperate casing and expanded metal Attention: sharp-edged expanded-metal Lay open service pipes with knife Lay open monitoring wires with knife

4 4 7 8 Innenrohre mit Edelstahldrahtbürste sorgfältig metallisch blank bürsten Achtung: Rohroberfläche ist Dichtfläche! Clean the outer surface of the servicepipes using a stainless steel brush Attention: pipe surface =seal surface Innenrohre auf der einander zugewandten Seite mit verdrilltem Schleifleinen sorgfältig metallisch blank reinigen Clean the outer surface of the servicepipes between the pipes using a drilled abrasive paper mm Sägeschnitt mit Feile entgraten Die Pressplatte über die Innenrohre schieben, dabei die Rohre mit dem Holzkeil spreizen. Die Aussparungen müssen zum Rohrende weisen. Remove burrs from pipe end inside and outside using a halfround file Pull pressure plate over the servicepipes using the wooden wedge as a spread. The wards have to point to the pipe end.

5 Druckringe auf die Innenrohre aufschrauben; der größere Durchmesser zeigt zur Druckplatte Screw the pressure rings up to the service pipes; the greater diameter points towards the pressure plate Die Stützringe in die Innenrohre einschrauben. Der zylindrische Ansatz muß mit dem Wellrohrende abschließen. Screw the core piece into the servicepipe up to the end of the thread. The thread must end flush with the inner pipe ,5 mm Anschlußstücke über die Stützringe schieben; die Druckringe werden soweit verdreht, daß zwischen Anschlußstück und Druckring ein Spalt von 0,5 mm verbleibt. Push the connecting end right up against the core piece. The distance between the connecting end and the pressure ring must be approx. 0,5mm. Screw the pressure ring in or out until you reach this setting. Anschlußstücke wieder abnehmen. Die Druckringe in die Aussparungen der Preßplatte drücken. Druckringe und Stützringe hierbei nicht mehr verdrehen. Remove connecting ends and push the pressure rings into the wards of the pressure plate. The core piece and the pressure ring must not be rotated doing this.

6 Grapitringe auf die Rohrenden aufschieben. Place the graphite packing ring onto the pipe end. Anschlußstücke wieder aufsetzen. Refit the connecting ends mm Konusplatte über die Anschlußstücke schieben; der größere Durchmesser zeigt dabei zum Rohr. Push the cone plate over the connecting ends; the greater diameter has to point towards the pipe. OIL Schrauben einsetzen und schrittweise umlaufend festziehen. Druckplatte und Konusplatte müssen auf Block liegen. Schrauben mit säurefreiem Öl schmieren! Fit the allen head bolts and tighten them gradually in a clockwise pattern. Insert the bolts with a non acid based grease!

7 Falls erforderlich: Überwachungsadern verbinden. Endkappe aufsetzen und mit Schlauchschellen befestigen. Fertig! Ready! If required: Connect monitoring wires. Fit protective cap and fix it with clamps.
