2 stark und robust powerful and sturdy Einsatz IFE Vibrationsförderrinnen mit Unwuchtmotoren dienen zur Austragung aus Bunkern und zur Förderung von Schüttgütern. Besonders vorteilhaft werden sie zur Förderung von Materialien über größere Strecken eingesetzt; sie eignen sich weiters zum Transport von Materialien mit geringem Schüttgewicht, sowie überall dort, wo eine Änderung der Förderleistung während des Betriebes nicht notwendig ist. Beispiele: Austragung aus Bunkern, Beschickung von Stetigförderern, automatischer Spänetransport von Hobel-, Fräs- und Drehmaschinen udgl., Befüllen von Transportbehältern. Aufbau Förderrinne in Schweißkonstruktion, angetrieben durch zwei IFE-Unwuchtmotore. Einbau wahlweise mittels elastischer Aufstell- oder Aufhängeelemente. Netzanschluß über IFE-Anschlußgerät. Standardausführung Förderrinnen mit ebenem Boden, 2 Unwuchtmotore seitlich, unterhalb der Förderbahn, Rinnenwerkstoff St 37, Rinnenabmessungen nach ISO-Standard. They are most profitably used to transport materials over relatively long distances, and are also useful for transporting low-density materials, as well as anywhere where a change of throughput during operation is not necessary. Construction: Welded conveyer trough, powered by two IFE unbalance motors. Installation either with elastic support or suspension units. Mains connection with IFE mains connection units. Special models: Unbalance motors at the sides above the trough; special plated steel, rubber, plastic or ceramic trough coating; trough covering rigid or vibrating with the trough. Trough with built-in outlet flaps (operated automatically or by hand). Examples: Emptying of bins, feeding of continuous conveyors, automatic transport of shaving from planing, milling and turning machines etc., filling of transport containers.
