Das Absauggerät FES-200 W3 wurde speziell für die besonderen Anforderungen beim Fügen von chrom-nickelhaltigen Werkstoffen entwickelt und ist durch die Zertifizierung des Institutes für Arbeitsschutz mit der W3-Zulassung für alle Schweißarbeiten oder verwandte Verfahren mit Emissionen von KMR / 1,2 Stoffen * geeignet. Wolframelektroden E3 Tungsten electrodes E3 Die Elektroden E3 (Dotierung: seltene Erden) entwickelt von ABICOR BINZEL garantieren beste Ergebnisse beim WIG-Schweißen auch ohne Radioaktivität. Im Vergleich zu den thorierten Elektroden ist diese Elektrodentyp wesentlich weniger umweltbelastend und nicht radioaktiv. Die thoriumfreien Elektroden sind fast im gesamten Leistungsbereich bei Gleichstrom- (DC) und im Wechselstromschweißen (AC) von un- und hochlegierten Stählen, Aluminium-, Titan-, Nickel-, Kupfer- und Magnesiumlegierungen einsetzbar und entsprechen den Normen DIN EN ISO 6848 sowie AWS A5:12:2009. Bedingt durch ihre hervorragenden Zündeigenschaften sind sie auch für automatisierte Prozesse geeignet. Durch die niedrigere Elektrodentemperatur erhöht sich die Strombelastbarkeit und die Lebensdauer gegenüber thorierten Elektroden. They are universal and suitable for all applications in almost the whole range of DC and AC welding for non-alloyed and high-alloyed steel, alu minium, titanium, nickel, copper and magnesium alloys according to DIN EN ISO 6848 and AWS A5:12:2009. Because of their great ignition properties they are also suitable for automated welding. Due to the low electrode temperature, they offer an increased current carrying capacity and longer service life than thoriated electrodes.
