robomove ROBOmoveTM is the Qdesign software solution to offline virtually simulate and post process any 3/5 axes CAM system tool path (APT or ISO) into an industrial articulated robot programming language. ROBOmoveTM allows to manage the robot six axes and all additional external axes like rotating/sliding tables as working piece movers or linear track to move directly the robot. The large amount of robot wrist torsion management strategies allow user to maximize robot workspace, to avoid collisions and to optimize robot motion. External axes can be easily managed: from initial set up to positioning or robot synchronized mode usage. ROBOmoveTM includes a virtual work cycle 3D animation, the operating robot working area informations, the collisions check and detection. The virtual simulation scene features: robot, spindle, tool, working piece, fixtures and any significant plant component. ROBOmove ist eine speziell entwickelte, äußerst leistungsfähige Software für die Steuerung von 3/5 Achsen CAM (Werkzeugbahnsystemen). ROBOmove ermöglicht die Ansteuerung der 6 Achsen des Roboters sowie zusätzlich die Steuerung der linearen Verfahrung des Roboters auf einem externen Gleissystem und zusätzlich stationärer, drehbarer oder verschiebbarer Arbeitstische. Die Software ermöglicht eine optimale Nutzung des Roboters hinsichtlich der Roboterbewegungen und garantiert maximale Kollisionssicherheit. Externe Achsen können leicht verwaltet werden.
