3 . Anwendung Das Sechsbeinstativ eignet sich zum Errichten von "Getrennten Blitzschutz Fangeinrichtungen"nach DIN EN 605- (VDE ). Beim Einsatz der kompletten Fangeinrichtung (Stativ, Rohrfangstange und Fangstange) ist das "Schutzwinkelverfahren" anzuwenden. Der Schutzwinkel ist abhängig von der Schutzklasse (Gefährdungspegel) und der Höhe der Fangeinrichtung über der Bezugsebene (siehe Fig. ).Die Werte können aus der DIN EN (VDE ,Tabelle ) entnommen werden (siehe auch Tabelle ). Gleichermaßen kann bei der Positionierung der Fangeinrichtung alternativ auch das Blitzkugelverfahren angewandt werden. 4 .. Sicherheitshinweise power-leitung Die Montagearbeiten zum Aufstellen des Sechsbeinstatives dürfen nur durch ein qualifiziertes, geschultes Blitzschutz-Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. Die Montage des Sechsbeinstatives ist grundsätzlich nur im Rahmen der in dieser Montageanleitung genannten Vorgaben und Bedingungen zulässig. Vor der Montage ist das Sechsbeinstativ auf ordnungsgemäßen Zustand zu kontrollieren. Sollte eine Beschädigung oder ein sonstiger Mangel festgestellt werden, darf das Stativ nicht montiert werden. Bei erkennbaren bzw. herannahenden Gewittertätigkeiten sind die Montagearbeiten aus Sicherheitsgründen zu unterbrechen. Das Hinzufügen von fabrikat- oder typfremder Komponenten sind unzulässig und führen zum Erlöschen des Gewährleistungsanspruches. Bei der Montage der Stative auf empfindlichen Untergründen wie z.b. Foliendachbahnen usw. ist darauf zu achten, dass keinerlei Beschädigungen entstehen. Bei den Montagearbeiten empfiehlt es sich festes Schuhwerk (z.b. Sicherheitsschuhe) zu tragen. Vor dem Errichten des Sechsbeinstativs mit entsprechender Fangstange 0 m oder m auf einem Gebäude oder einer sonstigen Konstruktion müssen zuerst die statischen Gegebenheiten (Statiker) überprüft werden. Entsprechend müssen die nachfolgenden Angaben zur Dachlast der jeweiligen Fangeinrichtung berücksichtigt werden: mit Fangstange 0m Art.-Nr (8 Betonsockel) Flächenlast: ca. 70 kg / Fläche,4 x,4m mit Fangstange m Art.-Nr (8 Betonsockel) Flächenlast: ca. 7 kg / Fläche,4 x,4m Beim Aufstellen des Sechsbeinstativs mit Fangstange 0 m oder m am Erdboden oder auf Gebäuden usw. ist auf einen ausreichenden Platzbedarf ( min. Mastlänge plus, m Strebenradius) zu achten! Bitte wenden Sie sich bei anwendungstechnischen Fragen an das für Sie zuständige Vertriebsteam oder den Aussendienst-Mitarbeiter in Ihrer Region. 5 . Montage Sechsbeinstativ. Zusammenschrauben Im Auslieferungszustand (Transportlage) ist das Sechsbeinstativ zusammengelegt und fest verschraubt. Zum Aufstellen des Sechsbeinstativs müssen die vier äußeren Standfüsse ausgeklappt und in Aufstellposition gebracht werden (siehe Fig. und Fig., Seite 6). Zunächst muss die vorderste Festellschraube Nr. des jeweiligen Standfusses aufgeschraubt und entnommen werden. Danach wird die Feststellschraube Nr. des jeweiligen Standfusses gelockert, so dass der jeweilige Standfuss in Aufstellposition herausgedreht werden kann. Der jeweilige Standfuss wird bis zur Vierkantbohrung (siehe Fig. z.b. Pos. 4) herausgedreht. Die Vierkantbohrung des jeweiligen Standfusses muss dabei deckungsgleich mit der Vierkantbohrung (z.b. Pos. 4) der Grundplatte übereinstimmen. Danach wird die jeweilige Feststellschraube Nr. von unten durch die Grundplatte sowie durch den Standfuss eingeführt und von oben mit der Sechskant-Sicherungsmutter M0 und Scheibe für M0 festgeschraubt (siehe Fig. ). 6 . Montagevorbereitung, Platzierung der Betonsockel Nach dem Zusammenschrauben des Sechsbeinstativs erfolgt die Platzierung der Betonsockel. In Abhängigkeit der jeweiligen Gesamtlänge der Fangstange 0 m oder m und den möglichen Windlastbeeinflussungen müssen an jedem Standfuss des Sechsbeinstativs die entsprechende Anzahl von Betonsockel montiert werden. Die Montageabstände bzw. die örtliche Platzierung der Betonsockel resultieren aus dem Montageradius des Sechsbeinstativs (siehe Fig. ). R =00 mm Fig. 6

7 Bei den Betonsockeln, die auf den oberen Standfussverankerungen zu platzieren sind, muss die an der Unterseite des jeweiligen Betonsockel liegende Betonnase (Durchsteckschutz) ausgeschlagen werden (siehe Fig. 4). 8 . Auf-/ Einsetzen des Sechsbeinstativs auf die Betonsockel Nach der Ausrichtung und Platzierung der Betonsockel kann das Sechsbeinstaiv nun auf die untersten sechs Betonsockel aufgesetzt werden (siehe Fig.5) R =00 mm Fig. 5 8

9 Nach dem Aufsetzen des Sechsbeinstativs müssen die untersten Betonsockeln mit der Verankerung der sechs Standfüsse mit je einem Befestigungskeil verkeilt werden (siehe Fig. 6). Danach werden die restlichen Betonsockeln (max. 8 Betonsockel / Stück je Standfuss) über die Verankerungen der Standfüsse gestapelt. 10 4. Zusammenbau der Fangstange Im Auslieferungszustand ist die Fangstange (Länge 0 / m) in drei Einzelteilen zerlegt beigepackt (siehe Fig. 7). Die drei Einzelteile bestehend aus: Unteres Rohrteil, Pos. A Rohr Al, 60 x 5, Länge 5000 mm x Sechskantschraube, M8 x 0 Mittleres Rohrteil, Pos. B Rohr Al, 40 x 5, Länge 500 mm / 000 mm Obere Fangeinrichtung, Pos. C Rohrfangstange Al, /6/0 mm, Länge 500 mm Hinweis: Zum Auslegen und für den Zusammenbau der Einzelteile wird eine gerade Montagefläche empfohlen! Ringschraube, M8 x 40. Mittleres Rohrteil, Pos. B mit der unteren Seite in den Adapter von Pos. A einführen und mittels der beiden Sechskantschrauben M8 x 0 festschrauben; 5 Nm. Obere Rohrfangstange, Pos. 11 5. Aufstellen der kompletten Fangstange Hinweis: Um ein sichers Aufstellen der Fangstange zu gewährleisten wird der Einsatz von mindestens zwei bis drei Personen empfohlen. Unteres Rohrteil, Pos. A an die Aufnahme heranführen und mit dem unteren Teil (verjüngter Stutzen) in die Aufnahme einführen. Die beiden Arretierungsschrauben M0 x (Sechskantschrauben müssen dabei aufgeschraubt sein (siehe Fig. 8). Nach dem Einstecken und Ausrichten des unteren Rohrteils müssen die beiden Arretierungsschrauben M0 x wieder zugeschraubt werden (siehe Fig. 8). Es ist ein Anzugsdrehmoment von 5 Nm zu beachten! Montage der drei Vierkantverstrebungen Zur Stabilisierung der kompletten Fangstange müssen die Vierkantverstrebungen in der erforderlichen Montagelänge angepasst und an den entsprechenden Befestigungselementen der Standfüsse angeschraubt werden. Die drei Befestigungselemente müssen sich bei Senkrechtstellung genau deckungsgleich auf der Markierung des jeweiligen Standfusses befinden. Zum Verstellen müssen die Feststellschrauben M0 (mit Kontermuttern) aufgeschraubt werden. Beim Festschrauben ist ein Anzugsdrehmoment von 5 Nm zu beachten (siehe Fig. 9). Die drei Vierkantverstrebungen sind bereits im oberen Bereich vom Rohrteil Pos. A an den Ösen des festmontierten Befestigungsrings vormontiert. 13 5.. Längeneinstellungen an den drei Vierkantverstrebungen Eine Vierkantverstrebung (gesamt: Stück) besteht aus zwei ineinander gesteckten Vierkantrohren. Diese ermöglichen eine variable Längenanpassung jeder einzelnen Verstrebung (siehe Fig. 0). Zum Verlängern oder Kürzen der entsprechenden Verstrebung müssen die beiden Sechskantschrauben M8, Sechskant-Sicherungsmutter M8 mit Scheibe aufgeschraubt und aus den beiden Vierkantrohren entnommen werden. Entsprechend kann danach das innere Vierkantrohr (5 x 5 mm) aus dem äußeren Vierkantrohr (0 x 0 mm) auf die erforderliche Länge herausgezogen werden. Beim Zusammeschrauben müssen die entsprechenden Bohrungen der beiden Vierkantrohre deckungsgleich übereinander stehen. Beim Zusammenschrauben ist ein Anzugsdrehmoment von 5 Nm zu beachten (siehe Fig. 0). Vierkantverstrebungen am Sechsbeinstativ festschrauben Nach der Längeneinstellung müssen die drei Vierkantverstrebungen am Befestigungselement des jeweiligen Standfusses angeschraubt werden (siehe Fig. ). Die jeweilige Vierkantverstrebung wird mit der Seite der Ringschraube M8 an die Lasche (Öse) des Befestigungselementes herangeführt und mittels der Sechskantschraube M0 x 5, Scheibe und Sechskantmutter M0 angeschraubt. 15 5.. Verspannen der drei Vierkantverstrebungen Zum Verspannen der jeweiligen Vierkantverstrebung muss die Kontermutter M8 (Sechskantmutter) der Ringschraube aufgeschraubt werden (siehe Fig. ). Danach wird die jeweilige Vierkantstrebe mit Rechtsdrehung handfest gespannt. Nach dem Spannen der Vierkantstrebe muss die jeweilige Kontermutter M8 wieder gegen die Vierkantstrebe gekontert werden (siehe Fig. ). Zum Verstellen muss die Feststellschraube M0 (Kontermutter) aufgeschraubt werden. Nach dem Verstellen des Befestigungselemtes muss die Feststellschraube M0 (mit Kontermutter, M0) wieder fest geschraubt werden. Es ist ein Anzugsdrehmoment von 5 Nm zu beachten Verstellrichtung Fig. 5

16 6. Anpassung der Fangstange bei Dach- und / oder Geländeneigungen bis zu einem Neigungswinkel von 0 Die kugelgelagerte Gelenkaufnahme ist zwischen den beiden Grundplatten des Sechsbeinstativs fest montiert siehe Fig., Seite 6). Mit der Gelenkaufnahme können Dach- und / oder Geländeneigungen bis zu 0 ausgeglichen werden. Zum Einstellen des erforderlichen Neigungswinkels (max.0 ) müssen die zwölf Feststellschrauben (je Standfuss x Sechskant-Sicherungsmutter, M0) gelockert bzw. ein wenig aufgeschraubt werden. Durch das Aufschrauben (Lockern) der zwölf Feststellschrauben wird der Anpressdruck auf die kugelgelagerte Gelenkaufnahme reduziert. Entsprechend kann die Gelenkaufnahme in die erforderliche Richtung und mit dem entsprechenden Neigungswinkel gedreht bzw. eingestellt werden (siehe Fig. ). Vierkantverstrebungen In Abhänigkeit eines erforderlichen Neigungswinkels der Fangstange (Aufnahme) müssen die Befestigungselemente an den drei Standfüssen sowie die daran angeschraubten Vierkantverstrebungen entsprechend eingestellt bzw. nachgestellt werden. Die hierfür erforderlichen Montageschritte sind im Detail unter den Punkten 5., Seite und 5.., 5.. und 5.. auf den Seiten -5 beschrieben. 7. Ableitung Der Anschluss der Ableitung erfolgt über das Klemmteil (00 ka (0/50μs)) am Sechsbeinstativ und ist unter Einhaltung des erforderlichen Trennungsabstandes mit der nächstgelegenen Fangeinrichtung oder Erdungsanlage zu verbinden. Beim Anschluss der Ableitung über das Klemmteil ist ein Anzugsdrehmoment von 5 Nm einzuhalten (siehe Fig. 4). 18 8. Windbeanspruchung / Windlast Bei der Errichtung / Dimensionierung von Fangeinrichtungen ist die Windlast oder auch Windkraft entsprechend Eurocode zu berücksichtigen. Das jeweilige Produkt ist für eine maximale Biegebeanspruchung als auch für ein entsprechendes Kippmoment dimensioniert. Für die Bestimmung der Windkraft sind Standort- sowie Umgebungsparameter ausschlaggebend. Neben der Grundwindgeschwindigkeit und Geländekategorie sind auch die Standorthöhe und die Objekthöhe für die Bewertung wichtig. Durch Kombination der unterschiedlichen Faktoren erhält man die Böenwindgeschwindigkeit, welche als Basis für die Auslegung von Fangeinrichtungen sowie Installationen zu verwenden ist. Die Böenwindgeschwindigkeit ist somit in Abhängigkeit von dem jeweiligen Objekt zu bestimmen. Informationen hierzu finden Sie in den jeweiligen Produktkatalogen. Hinweis: Windlastberechnungen basierend auf dem Eurocode sind auf Grund länderspezifischer Definitionen unterschiedlich. Die in der Tabelle aufgeführten Werte wurden auf Grundlage der nationalen Anhänge für Deutschland ermittelt. Länderspezifische Unterschiede sind zwingend zu berücksichtigen. 23 . Application The six-legged stand is suitable for installing isolated air-terminations according to the IEC 605- standard. To position the complete air-termination system (stand, tubular air-termination rod and air-termination rod), the protective angle method must be used. The protective angle depends on the class of LPS (lightning protection level) and the height of the air-termination system above the reference plane (see Fig. ). The relevant values can be found in Table of the IEC 605- standard (see also Table ). As an alternative, the rolling sphere method can be used to position the air-termination system. 24 .. Safety instructions power-leitung Only qualified and trained lightning protection specialists are allowed to install the six-legged stand. The six-legged stand may only be installed under the conditions shown and referred to in these installation instructions. Prior to installation, the six-legged stand must be examined for good order and condition. If damage or any other defect is found, it must not be installed. For safety reasons, installation work must be stopped as soon as a thunderstorm approaches/is noticed. The installation of components from other manufacturers or of other types is impermissible and will void warranty. When installing the six-legged stand on sensitive surfaces such as roof sheetings, it must be ensured that these surfaces are not damaged. It is recommended to wear sturdy shoes (e.g. safety shoes) during installation work. Before installing the six-legged stand in conjunction with the relevant air-termination rod (0 m or m) on a building or another structure, the static conditions must be checked by a structural engineer. 25 . Installation of the six-legged stand. Screwing the six-legged stand together In its as-delivered condition (transport position), the six-legged stand is folded and firmly tightened. Unfold the four outer stands and move them to their installation position to install the six-legged stand (see Fig. and Fig., page 6). At first, untighten locking screw No. of the relevant stand and remove it. Then, untighten locking screw No. of the relevant stand and turn the stands into their installation position up to the square hole (see Fig., e.g. Pos. 4). Ensure that the square hole of the relevant stand and the square hole (e.g. Pos. 4) of the base plate are congruent. 26 . Installation preparation, positioning the concrete bases After the six-legged stand has been screwed together, the concrete bases are positioned. Depending on the relevant total length of the air-termination rod (0 m or m) and possible wind loads, the relevant number of concrete bases must be installed at each stand of the six-legged stand. The installation distances or local positioning of the concrete bases depend on the installation radius of the six-legged stand (see Fig. ). R =00 mm Fig. 6

27 If concrete bases are positioned on the upper stand anchor, the concrete fin (insertion stop) at the lower end of the relevant concrete base must be removed (see Fig. 4). Note: In order to additionally protect the roof sheeting, it is recommended to install the concrete bases on support plates (Part. 29 Then, the lowest concrete bases must be locked with the anchor of the six stands by a wedge (see Fig. 6). The remaining 8 concrete bases (max. 8 concrete bases / concrete bases per stand) are stacked over the anchors of the stands. 30 4. Assembly of the air-termination rod In its as-delivered condition, the air-termination rod (length 0/ m) consists of the following three individual parts (see Fig. 7): Lower tube part, Pos. 31 5. Erection of the complete air-termination rod Note: At least two to three persons are required to ensure that the air-termination rod is safely erected. Position the lower tube part (Pos. A ) over the adapter and insert the lower part (tapered end) into the adapter. Ensure that the two locking screws M0x (hexagon screws) are loosened (see Fig. 8). Mounting the three square braces To ensure stability of the complete air-termination rod, the square braces must be adapted to the required mounting length and tightened to the relevant fixing elements of the stands. The three fixing elements must be congruent with the mark on the relevant stand when the square brace is in a vertical position. The M0 locking screws (with lock nuts) must be unscrewed to adjust the position. A tightening torque of 5 Nm must be used to tighten the screws again (see Fig. 9). In the upper area of the tube part (Pos. A ), the three square braces are already pre-mounted at the eyes of the fixed fixing ring (see Fig. 9). 33 5.. Length adjustment at the three square braces A square brace ( square braces in total) consists of two square tubes which are inserted into one another. This allows variable length adjustment of each brace (see Fig. 0). To extend or shorten the relevant brace, the two M8 hexagon screws and M8 hexagon lock nuts with washer must be loosened and removed from the two square tubes. After that, the inner square tube (5 x 5 mm) can be pulled out of the outer s quare tube (0 x 0 mm) until the required length is reached. When tightening the screws, the relevant boreholes of the two square tubes must be congruent. 34 5.. Screwing the square braces to the six-legged stand After adjusting the length, the three square braces must be screwed to the fixing element of the relevant stand (see Fig. ). 35 5.. Fixing the three square braces To fix the relevant square brace, the M8 lock nut (hexagon nut) of the ring screw is loosened (see Fig. ). After that, the relevant square brace is fixed by hand by turning it clockwise. After fixing the square brace, the relevant M8 lock nut must be locked against the square brace again (see Fig. ). Adaptation of the air-termination rod in case of roof and/or terrain inclinations up to 0 The ball bearing mounted adapter is firmly fixed between the two base plates of the six-legged stand (see Fig., page 6) and allows to compensate roof and/or terrain inclinations up to 0. To adjust the required inclination angle (max. 0 ), the twelve locking screws (x M0 hexagon lock nut per stand) are loosened and slightly unscrewed to reduce the contact pressure on the ball bearing mounted adapter. Square braces Depending on the required inclination angle of the air-termination rod (adapter), the fixing elements at the three stands and the square braces attached to them must be adjusted/readjusted accordingly. The necessary installation steps are described in 5., page and 5.., 5.. and 5.. on pages to Down conductor The down conductor is connected to the six-legged stand via a clamp (00 ka (0/50 µs)). It must be connected to the nearest air-termination or earth-termination system while maintaining the required separation distance. When connecting the down conductor via the clamp, a tightening torque of 5 Nm must be observed (see Fig. 4). 38 8. Wind load When installing/dimensioning air-termination systems, the wind load or wind power according to Eurocode must be observed. The relevant product is dimensioned for the maximum bending stress and the relevant tilting moment. The determination of the wind power depends on locational and environmental parameters. In addition to the base speed and terrain category, the height of the location and object are also important. The combination of the different factors results in the gust wind speed which must be used as a basis for dimensioning and installing air-termination systems. Consequently, the determination of the gust wind speed depends on the relevant object. More detailed information on this topic can be found in the relevant product catalogue. Note: Wind load calculations based on Eurocode differ due to country-specific definitions. The values given in Table were determined based on the national Annexes for Germany.
