Die Co-Extrusionsschicht aus Kunststoff-Neuware hat 3 Effekte: Sie ermöglicht die langlebige, wetterfeste Verklebung des 0,2 mm dicken Aluminiumbandes, sie vereinfacht und sichert den Produktionsprozess und sie gibt dem Profil äußerlich das Aussehen eines gängigen, herkömmlichen Fensters. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass WPC nur schwer schweißbar ist, gewährleistet ein neues, speziell entwickeltes und auf das Profil und Material abgestimmtes System für die Eckverbindung ein einfaches, zuverlässiges und dichtes Fügen der Profile zu einem hochwertigen Komplettfenster und -türensystem.

2 Since the beginning of the WPC-Congress in Cologne 2005 we pursue the development of Wood- Polymer-Composite products from an interessting new material to a mature material that has found many applications world-wide with impressing growth rates. We were always convinced that if it succeeded to open the the field of technical profiles it would boost the range of applications one more time.
