2 Deutsch Release Notes Verbesserungen Kategorie Beschreibung Nummer Inbetriebnahme/Update SG Alle Ports für die lokale und externe Anbindung an das Smart Gateway sind frei konfigurierbar, wenn einer oder mehrere Ports im Netzwerk bereits durch andere Dienste oder Hardware des Kunden unveränderbar vorbelegt sind. Dadurch ist die volle Funktionsfähigkeit des Smart-Gateway-Systems gewährleistet. In Einzelfällen erzeugte der Import der In-Home-Bus-Konfiguration (.xml-datei) in das Smart Gateway eine Fehlermeldung. Dieses Problem wurde behoben. Wird an einem Smart Gateway ohne angeschlossenen In-Home-Bus versucht, Bus-Adressen zu reservieren, wird der Vorgang nach kurzer Prüfung mit einer entsprechenden Fehlermeldung abgebrochen. Wird die IP-Adresse am Smart Gateway geändert, erfolgt nach dem Speichern ein automatischer Systemneustart. Das Smart Gateway ist dann unter der neuen IP-Adresse erreichbar. Das Smart Gateway kann nun auch ohne angeschlossenen In-Home-Bus oder im vollständig konfigurierten Zustand zurückgesetzt (Auslieferungszustand bzw. letzter Aktualisierungsstand) werden. Wird in das Smart Gateway eine neue In-Home-Bus-Konfiguration importiert (z. B. Erweiterung der Anlage), bleiben nun die bisher gespeicherten Türrufbilder erhalten. Werden am Smart Gateway mehr In-Home-Bus-Adressen reserviert als physisch vorhanden sind, wird die maximal mögliche Anzahl an In-Home-Bus-Adressen reserviert und mit einer Statusmeldung bestätigt. So weiß der Anwender, wie viel Bus-Adressen vom Smart Gateway reserviert werden konnten. Freie In-Home-Bus- Adressen werden immer als solche erkannt. Eine Statusabfrage an einem Smart Gateway ist nun auch ohne angeschlossenen In-Home-Bus möglich. Wird das Smart Gateway mit aktiviertem DHCP an ein Netzwerk mit fehlerhaftem oder ohne DHCP-Server angeschlossen, läuft die Suche nach einer IP-Adresse so lange, bis es eine IP-Adresse zugewiesen bekommen hat. Jeder Systemneustart am Smart Gateway verläuft nun störungsfrei. Bei der manuellen Programmierung des Smart Gateways im In-Home-Bus wird nun die vergebene und verwendbare Bus-Adresse im Smart Gateway angezeigt. Dieses Problem wurde behoben. Erfolgt ein Türruf an ein Rufziel mit ausschließlich mobilen Endgeräten (iphone/ DP-1270 ipad) auf denen die Siedle App für Smart Gateway installiert ist, so werden die Türrufbilder jetzt auch dann im Smart Gateway gespeichert, wenn die Siedle App nur im Hintergrund aktiv ist, und der Türruf nicht angenommen wird. Erfolgt ein Türruf an ein Rufziel mit ausschließlich mobilen Endgeräten (iphone/ipad/ DP-1269 Notebook), werden die Türrufbilder jetzt auch dann im Smart Gateway gespeichert, wenn keines dieser mobilen Endgeräte eingeschaltet ist. Gleiches gilt für den Fall, dass weder die Siedle App, noch das virtuelle Haustelefon über ein mobiles Endgerät am Smart Gateway angemeldet ist, oder keine Netzwerkverbindung zum Smart Gateway besteht. Die Protokollierung im Smart Gateway bleibt auch nach einem Neustart erhalten DP-1224 und steht für Servicezwecke zur Verfügung. Das Smart Gateway ist nun auch über das Mobilfunknetz für die Siedle App für Smart Gateway erreichbar. Für den Betrieb sind jedoch verschiedene Konfigurationsänderungen am Netzwerk und am Smart Gateway notwendig. Zusätzlich muss hierfür eine ausreichende Upload-Geschwindigkeit (min. 1 Mbit/s) seitens der Internetverbindung bereitstehen und die Übertragung von SIP-Kommunikation über das Mobilfunknetz möglich sein. DP-1176 Der Betrieb von zwei oder mehreren Clients (Siedle App für Smart Gateway oder virtuelles Haustelefon) mit den gleichen Anmeldedaten ist nun am Smart Gateway nicht mehr möglich. Dadurch ist die volle Funktionsfähigkeit jedes Clients gewährleistet. Am Smart Gateway, der Siedle App für Smart Gateway und dem virtuellen Haustelefon, können nun Passwörter mit bis zu 16 Stellen verwendet werden. Das im Smart Gateway enthaltene Passwort-Sicherheitsregelwerk muss aber weiterhin eingehalten werden. Erfolgt ein Türruf von einer Video-Türstation an die Siedle App oder an das virtuelle Haustelefon, so wird das Videobild korrekt dargestellt. Der vereinzelt aufgetretene einmalige Durchlauf des Videobildes (abweichende horizontale Bild-Synchronisation) erfolgt nicht mehr. DP-1174/ DP-509 DP-685 DP-340 3

Eine IP-Kamera, die in das virtuelle Haustelefon oder die Siedle App für Smart Gateway eingebunden werden soll, muss folgende Mindestanforderungen erfüllen: MJPEG-Videoformat für die Übertragung des Videostreams. Die zu verwendende IP-Kamera muss den vom virtuellen Haustelefon / Siedle App für Smart Gateway angeforderten Videostream über die Anfrage-Variante/Request- Methode GET-Methode / HTTP GET über die bereits vom virtuellen Haustelefon / Siedle App für Smart Gateway aufgebauten Verbindung (http/tcp-verbindung) senden können. - Andere Formate/Varianten der Übertragung des Videostreams (MJPEG-Stroms) werden vom virtuellen Haustelefon / Siedle App für Smart Gateway nicht unterstützt. Wird eine Siedle App für Smart Gateway nacheinander von zwei verschiedenen Türstationen gerufen, so wird nun auch von der zweiten Türstation das Videobild korrekt dargestellt. Bei Unterbrechung der Netzwerkverbindung während eines aktiven Tür- oder Interngesprächs wird an der Siedle App für Smart Gateway die Meldung Gespräch beendet nicht mehr dauerhaft angezeigt. Wird das Symbol Licht schalten als Favorit auf der Startseite betätigt, wird es für die optische Rückmeldung kurzzeitig gelb dargestellt. Wird das Symbol in der Bedienleiste betätigt, erscheint keine optische Rückmeldung. Werden am Smart Gateway Funktionen (Bildspeicher, Türdirektruf, Kamera- Observation) umkonfiguriert, werden die Änderungen nun automatisch von der Siedle App für Smart Gateway übernommen und angezeigt. Die Suchfunktion in der Kontaktliste der Siedle App für Smart Gateway funktioniert nun verzögerungsfrei. Bei mehreren Türstationen in einem System, können diese individuell als Favorit auf die Startseite der Siedle App für Smart Gateway angelegt werden. Von jeder als Favorit angelegten Türstation kann nun ein gezielter Türdirektruf mit Videoverbindung ausgelöst werden. Diese Funktion ersetzt die bisherige Funktion Letzte Tür rufen, die nur singulär angewendet werden konnte. Wird im virtuellen Haustelefon der Bildspeicher geöffnet, werden die aktuellen Türrufbilder zuerst angezeigt. Die Siedle App zeigt jetzt bei gespeicherten Türrufbildern auch Datum und Uhrzeit der Aufnahme an. Ist das mobile Endgerät mit dem lokalen WLAN verbunden und am Smart Gateway angemeldet, wird während eines laufenden Mobilfunkgesprächs ein eingehender Türruf signalisiert (bei Video mit Bild). Zusätzlich kann der Türöffner ausgelöst und das Licht geschaltet werden. Wurden in der Siedle App ältere Türrufbilder gelöscht, und danach neue Türrufbilder gespeichert, wurden in seltenen Fällen die zuvor gelöschten Türrufbilder mit den neuen Türrufdaten wieder angezeigt. Dieser Fehler wurde behoben, sodass jetzt die korrekten Türrufbilder zu den neuen Türrufdaten angezeigt werden. Auf einem ios-fähigen Endgerät können nun verschiedene Siedle-Apps (z. B. Siedle App für Smart Gateway und Siedle App für Smart Gateway Mini) nebeneinander geöffnet bleiben und verwendet werden. Bei einem zeitgleich ausgelösten Türdirektruf wird das Videobild der Türstation an der Siedle App für Smart Gateway oder dem virtuellen Haustelefon dargestellt, welches systemseitig den Türdirektruf zugewiesen bekommen hat. 5 Verbesserungen Kategorie Beschreibung Nummer Siedle App/ Virtuelles Haustelefon (Fortsetzung) Die Bedienoberfläche des virtuellen Haustelefons wird nun an dem jeweils zur Verfügung stehenden Bildschirm angezeigt und in der Größe angepasst, wenn dort der Platz nicht mehr ausreichen sollte (z. B. bei mobilen Geräten die zeitweise mit einem zusätzlichen externen größeren Bildschirm betrieben werden). Die sporadisch aufgetretenen Bildausfälle bei der Siedle App für Smart Gateway wurden behoben. Ist an einem Endgerät, auf dem das virtuelle Haustelefon betrieben werden soll, kein Gerät für die Sprach-Ein- und Ausgabe vorhanden, erscheint hierfür nun die korrekte Fehlermeldung. Wird im Smart Gateway eine IP-Gruppe mit mehreren Siedle Apps für Smart Gateway und/oder virtuellen Haustelefonen gerufen, wird das Videobild der Türstation an allen Endgeräten verzögerungsfrei dargestellt. Mit jeder Neuinstallation/Aktualisierung bzw. Deinstallation des virtuellen Haustelefons an einem windowsbasierten Computer werden die Firewall-Regeln nur noch einmal gesetzt bzw. wieder vollständig entfernt. Wird im virtuellen Haustelefon das Menü Einstellungen geöffnet, wird nun immer das erste Untermenü Anmeldung angezeigt. Ist im virtuellen Haustelefon die Einstellung Programmverhalten Bus-Software Haustelefon befindet sich immer im Vordergrund aktiv, wird der aufgerufene Bild-Speichern-Dialog nun nicht mehr hinter dem Hauptfenster angezeigt. Das virtuelle Haustelefon kann in einem Netzwerk auf verschiedenen windowsbasierten Computern mit dem Betriebssystem Windows 7 gleichzeitig betrieben werden. Die vereinzelt aufgetretene Fehlermeldung mit Programmabbruch erfolgt nun nicht mehr. Andere Windows-Betriebssysteme waren nicht betroffen. Ein minimiert dargestelltes virtuelles Haustelefon wird durch Doppelklick auf das Desktopsymbol wieder maximiert und wird auf dem Bildschirm im Vordergrund dargestellt. Wird nach dem Start des virtuellen Haustelefons in den Bildspeicher gewechselt, werden die Türrufbilder störungsfrei dargestellt. Befindet sich das virtuelle Haustelefon hinter einem anderen Programmfenster, wird ein eingehender Ruf nun im Vordergrund angezeigt. Wird die Bus-Kameraobservation im In-Home-Bus bereits durch einen Teilnehmer belegt, oder ist aufgrund einer technischen Störung nicht möglich, erscheint beim Aufruf dieser Funktion am virtuellen Haustelefon eine entsprechende Fehlermeldung, dass die Bus-Kameraobservation nicht möglich ist. B xxx und xxx), funktioniert die Lokalisierung des Smart Gateways mit der Finder-Funktion nur innerhalb des gleichen Subnetzes. Diese Einschränkung ist bei allen Netzwerken technisch bedingt. In einem solchen Anwendungs fall muss die IP-Adresse des Smart Gateways bekannt sein und manuell in die Clients (Siedle App für Smart Gateway und virtuelles Haustelefon) eingegeben werden. Der Hinweis zur Produktregistrierung wird trotz Aktivierung der Funktion DP-1112 Hinweis nicht mehr anzeigen weiterhin angezeigt. In seltenen Fällen kann das Smart Gateway den Systemneustart nach einem DP-1065 Systemupdate nicht ordnungsgemäß durchführen. In diesem Fall ist die Reset-Taste einmalig zu betätigen. WICHTIG: Wird die Reset-Taste aber innerhalb von 10 Sekunden erneut betätigt, startet das Smart Gateway mit dem vorherigen Stand des Betriebssystems. Regelbetrieb SG Siedle App/ Virtuelles Haustelefon In seltenen Fällen ist eine Anmeldung am Smart Gateway nicht mehr möglich und DP-1316 zeitgleich leuchtet die Kontrollleuchte für den In-Home-Bus nicht mehr. In einem solchen Fall muss das Smart Gateway neu gestartet werden, da es möglicherweise nicht oder nur eingeschränkt betriebsbereit ist. Bei der Siedle App für Smart Gateway werden gelöschte Funktionssymbole nach IOSAPP-296 dem Löschvorgang weiter angezeigt, bis ein Wechsel in ein anderes Menü erfolgt ist. Danach befinden sich die gelöschten Funktionssymbole nicht mehr auf der Startseite. Davon betroffen ist die Funktion Licht letzte Türe schalten. Bei der Siedle App für Smart Gateway kommt es bei der Suche in der Kontaktliste IOSAPP-288 am ipad Air 2 zu Überlagerung des Lupensymbols und des Buttons Abbrechen. Wird die Siedle App für Smart Gateway auf einem iphone 6+ verwendet und das IOSAPP-287 Smartphone in die horizontale Ansicht gedreht, so wird die Siedle-App weiterhin im Hochformat angezeigt. Die systemseitigen Anzeigesymbole (Empfangsstärke, Zeit, Ladezustand) werden aber an den korrekten Positionen im Querformat angezeigt. Wird die Siedle App für Smart Gateway und das Smart Gateway in einem VLAN IOSAPP-265 (virtuelles LAN mit eigenem IP-Adressebereich) betrieben, so kann die Siedle-App auf einem ipad Air 2 nicht mehr am Smart Gateway angemeldet werden. Die Siedle App zeigt entgangene Türrufe und Internrufe nicht in der Mitteilungszentrale an. Die Anzeige erfolgt nur während eines aktiven Rufes. IOSAPP-152 Das virtuelle Haustelefon beendet bei einem eingehenden Ruf den Energiesparmodus auf dem Endgerät, auf dem es installiert ist, noch nicht. Der eingehende Ruf DP-1341 kann daher nicht angezeigt werden. An den betroffenen Endgeräten muss der Energiesparmodus deaktiviert werden. Wurde am virtuellen Haustelefon die niedrigste Lautstärke eingestellt, ist die Audio- DP-1314 Signalisierung für einen eingehenden Türruf abgeschaltet, ohne dass dies optisch signalisiert wird. Ein eingehender Ruf könnte dadurch verpasst werden. Wird das virtuelle Haustelefon auf einem Computer mit der eingestellten Systemsprache Englisch installiert, erscheint es nach dem Start mit einer deutsch- DP-1290 sprachigen Bedienoberfläche. Bei vereinzelten windowsbasierten Touchpanels mit installiertem virtuellen Haustelefon kann ein Benutzerwechsel zu einer Fehldarstellung (weißer Bildschirm) DP-1281 führen. Eingehende Türrufe werden aber korrekt dargestellt. Bei vereinzelten windowsbasierten Touchpanels mit installiertem virtuellen Haus telefon DP-1180 werden die Symbole der Untermenüs im Menü Einstellungen weiterhin als aktiv (gelb markiert) dargestellt, auch wenn in ein anderes Untermenü gewechselt wurde. Änderungen an den Grundeinstellungen im Smart Gateway werden von der DP-1082 Siedle App nur zeitverzögert angepasst. Das virtuelle Haustelefon muss neu gestartet werden. Nach jeder Änderung am Smart Gateway sollten alle IP-Teilnehmer neu gestartet werden. Ist das virtuelle Haustelefon aktiv, während das Smart Gateway aktualisiert wird, DP-1074 erscheint der Hinweis Verbindungsfehler. Das virtuelle Haustelefon muss ebenfalls aktualisiert werden, wenn das Smart Gateway aktualisiert wird. 6

This guarantees the full functionality of the Smart Gateway system. In individual cases, importing the In-Home bus configuration (xml file) into the Smart Gateway generated an error message. This problem has been remedied. If an attempt is made to reserve bus addresses on a Smart Gateway or connected In-Home bus, the operation is aborted with a corresponding error message after a brief test. If the IP address is changed on the Smart Gateway, an automatic system reboot occurs after the saving operation. The Smart Gateway can then be accessed at the new IP address. The Smart Gateway can also be reset without a connected In-Home bus or in the fully configured state (as-delivered state or state of last update). If a new In-Home bus configuration is imported into the Smart Gateway (e.g. system extension), the previously stored door call images are now retained. If more In-Home bus addresses are reserved on the Smart Gateway than are physically present, the maximum possible number of In-Home bus addresses is reserved and confirmed with a status message. The user thus knows how many bus addresses it has been possible to reserve by the Smart Gateway. Free In-Home bus addresses are always recognized as such. A status query on a Smart Gateway is now also possible without a connected In-Home bus. If the Smart Gateway with activated DHCP is connected to a network with a defective or no DHCP server, the search for an IP address continues until the Smart Gateway has been allocated an IP address. Every system reboot on the Smart Gateway now runs smoothly. When the Smart Gateway in the In-Home bus is being programmed manually, the assigned and usable bus addresses are now displayed in the Smart Gateway. Logging remains in the Smart Gateway even after a reboot and is available for DP-1224 service purposes. If the symbol Switch on light is pressed on the starting page as a favourite, it is briefly displayed in yellow as optical feedback. If the symbol is pressed in the control bar, no optical feedback appears. If functions (image memory, direct door call, camera observation) are reconfigured, the changes are not applied automatically and displayed by the Siedle App for Smart Gateway. The search function in the contacts list of the Siedle App for Smart Gateway now functions without any delay. If several door stations exist in one system, they can be saved individually as favourites on the starting page of the Siedle App for Smart Gateway. A targeted direct door call with video connection can now be triggered by every door station saved as a favourite. This function replaces the previous function Call last door, which it was only possible to use uniquely. If an image memory is opened in the virtual in-house telephone, the current door call images are displayed first. The Siedle App now also displays date and time of the recording for stored door call images. If the mobile device is connected with the local WiFi network and registered on the Smart Gateway, an incoming door call will be indicated (with an image in the case of video) during an active mobile telephone call. In addition, the door release can be triggered and the light switched on. When older door call pictures were deleted in the Siedle App and new door call pictures were stored afterwards, on rare occasions the old deleted pictures were shown again with the new door call data. This error has been remedied so that now the correct door call images are displayed for the new door call data. On an ios-capable device, it is now possible for different Siedle apps (e.g. Siedle App for Smart Gateway and Siedle App for Smart Gateway Mini) to remain opened and be used next to each other. If a direct door call is triggered at the same time, the video image of the door station is displayed on the Siedle App for Smart Gateway or the virtual in-house telephone that has been allocated the direct door call by the system. The user interface of the virtual in-house telephone is now displayed on the specific screen that is available and adjusted in size if the space there is no longer sufficient (e.g. in the case of mobile devices that are occasionally operated with an additional larger external monitor). The picture losses that occurred sporadically in the Siedle App for Smart Gateway have now been rectified. This restriction applies to all networks due to technical reasons. In such an application, the IP address of the Smart Gateway must be known and entered manually into the clients (Siedle App for Smart Gateway and virtual in-house telephone). In the Siedle App for Smart Gateway, deleted function symbols continue to be displayed after a deletion until a change to another menu has taken place. Afterwards, the deleted function symbols are no longer present on the start page. The function Switch on light for last door is affected by this. In the Siedle App for Smart Gateway, during a search in the contact list on the ipad Air 2, there is overlapping of the magnifying glass symbol and the Abort button. If the Siedle App for Smart Gateway is used on an iphone 6+ and the smartphone is rotated into the landscape position, the Siedle App continues to be displayed in portrait format. The system-related display symbols (signal strength, time, charge level), however, are shown in the correct positions in landscape format. If the Siedle App for Smart Gateway and the Smart Gateway are operated in a VLAN (virtual LAN with its own IP address range), it is no longer possible to log in the Siedle App to the Smart Gateway on an ipad Air 2. The Siedle App does not show missed door calls and internal calls in the message centre. A display only appears during an active call. On receipt of an incoming call, the virtual in-house telephone does not yet terminate the energy-saving mode on the device on which it is installed. Consequently, the incoming call cannot be displayed. Energy-saving mode must be disabled on the affected devices. If the lowest volume has been set on the virtual in-house telephone, the audio signalling for an incoming door call is switched off, without this being signalled optically. An incoming call could be missed as a result. If the virtual in-house telephone is installed on a computer with the system language set to the English, it appears with a user interface in German after it is booted up. On individual Windows-based touch panels with a virtual in-house telephone installed, a change in user may result in a display error (white screen). Incoming calls, however, are correctly displayed. In individual Windows-based touch panels with a virtual in-house telephone installed, the symbols of the submenus on the Settings menu continue to be displayed as active (yellow marking) even when the user has changed to a different menu. Changes to the basic settings in the Smart Gateway are subject to a time delay before being updated by the Siedle App. The virtual in-house telephone has to be rebooted. All IP users should be rebooted after every change made to the Smart Gateway. If the virtual in-house telephone is active while the Smart Gateway is being updated, the message Connection error appears. The virtual in-house telephone has to be updated as well if the Smart Gateway is updated.
