2 Wichtige Hinweise für die sichere und korrekte Handhabung dieses Produkts Important information on handling this product safely and correctly Lesen Sie diese Montageanleitung aufmerksam, bevor Sie mit dem Arbeiten beginnen. Read the instruction manual carefully before you start work. 1) Schaum Ü und Kleber Ö niemals der Sonne oder Wärmequellen aussetzen! 1) Never expose foam Ü and glue Ö to the sun or to heat sources! 2) Dichtringe Ñ immer vor Fittings montieren! => ist später nicht mehr möglich! 2) Always fit sealing rings Ñ before fittings! => they cannot be fitted afterwards! 3) Sorgen Sie immer für saubere Rohre und fettfreie Klebeflächen an beiden Schalen. 3) Always make sure the pipes are clean with grease-free adhesion surfaces on both shells. 4) Tragen Sie Schutzbrille und Handschuhe beim kleben und arbeiten mit Schaum. 4) Wear safety goggles and gloves when gluing and working with foam. 3 1. Bei allen drei Rohren Isolation gleichmässig entfernen max. 200 mm Remove insulation on all three pipe ends equally max. 200 mm 2. Schiebehülse für Pressfitting montieren Install sliding sleeve for pressfitting 3. Dichtungsringe montieren (3 Stk.) Install sealing rings (3 pcs.) Hinweis: Dichtungslamellen müssen nach Aussen gerichtet sein Note: sealing ridges have to point outwards Tel Art. Nr Seite / 8

4 4. Rohr mit Expander aufweiten (gem. Montageanleitung des Verpresswerkzeuges) Expand pipe with expander (see operating instruction of the press tool) 5. Fittinge und Rohre zusammenführen Insert fittings 6. Verpressen gem. Montageanleitung des Verpresswerkzeuges Compress the fittings (see operating instruction of the press tool) 7. Untere Schalenhälfte (ohne Stopfenlöcher) einpassen / Dichtringe positionieren Fit lower half-shell (without plug holes) / position the sealing rings Tel Art. Nr Seite 4 / 8

5 8 Positionierung der Dichtringe am ganzen Umfang sicherstellen Assure fitting accuracy on the entire circumference 9. Klebeflächen beider Schalen reinigen, damit sie frei von Schmutz und Fett sind Clean the adhesion surfaces of both shells so that they are free of dirt and grease 10. Obere Schale (mit Stopfenlöchern) zwecks Positionierung der Dichtringe auflegen und wieder entfernen Apply upper shell (with plug holes) for the purpose of positioning of the sealing rings, then remove. 11. Klebeflächen der unteren Schale (ohne Stopfenlöcher) lückenlos mit Schnellkleber bestreichen Apply an uninterrupted line of glue to the gluing surface of the lower shell. Tel Art. Nr Seite 5 / 8

6 12. Obere Schale (mit Stopfenlöcher) auflegen und andrücken Fit the upper shell (with plug holes) 13. Spannklammern montieren Jeweils an den Schalenenden zuerst, anschliessend an längster Seite Fit clamps At shell endings first, afterwards at longest side 14. Die zwei tiefstgelegenen Stopfenlöcher grosszügig mit Kleber bestreichen und mit Stopfen verschliessen. (Drehen bis Anschlag 90 = bis 2. Raste) Apply plenty of glue on the two lowest plug holes and close with plug. (Turn to stop position 90 = until second stop postion) Tel Art. Nr Seite 6 / 8

7 Minuten Kleber-Aushärtezeit verstreichen lassen 20 Min. Allow 20 minutes for the glue to harden 16. Schaumkomponenten mischen (zwingend beiliegende Packung Nr. 5 verwenden) Hinweis: Sicherheitsvorschriften beachten! Mix foam components (use only enclosed foamset No 5) Note: Observe safety instruction in the foam set. 17. Schaumflasche gut schütteln gem. Anleitung Schaumset Shake bottle well (see instruction in the foam set) 18. Inhalt der Schaumflasche durch das Stopfenloch einfüllen Fill content of foam bottle into the plug hole Tel Art. 8 19. Einfüllöffnung grosszügig mit Schnellkleber bestreichen (Dichtrille füllen) Hinweis: Einfüllöffnung muss sauber sein! Fit glue on charging hole (fill sealing groove) Note: charging hole has to be clean! 20. Höchstgelegenen Stopfen auf Entlüftungsstellung drehen (ca. 45, erste Raste) Turn highest plug to venting position (45, first stop position) 21. Max. 4 Minuten nach Einfüllen des Schaums, Stopfen bis zum Anschlag (90 ) weiterdrehen. Zange verwenden, falls Stopfen angeklebt ist Turn plug to the stop position (90 ) max. 4 minutes after filling in the foam. Use a plier if plug is stuck 22. Die Montage ist mit Punkt 21 abgeschlossen Point 21 completes the installation Tel Art. Nr Seite 8 / 8
