Die gesamte Anlage ist auf leicht versetzbaren Stahlfundamenten aufgebaut. 240 t/h plant with 50 t capacity mixed material storage mounted under the mixing section. The complete plant is mounted on re-useable steel foundations.

3 Der Asphaltmischanlagen-Typ ECO deckt die Mischleistungsbereiche von t/h ab. Das Anlagen Konzept unterliegt dem hohen BENNINGHOVEN Qualitätsniveau und zeichnet sich durch die hohe Effizienz aus. Das Hauptkriterium der ECO-Asphaltmischanlagen liegt in der Ausführung der Hauptkomponenten in ISO-Containermaß und steckbarer Verkabelung. Optional mit Füllerturm (Eigen- und Fremdfüller ) und Mischgutverladesilo in untergebauter oder nebenstehender Ausführung mit Seilwinde und Kübelbahn. Die Herstellung in ISO-Normgröße bietet perfekte Transportmöglichkeiten und reduziert die Aufbauzeit. 5 Filter Anlage in Kompaktbauweise mit Grob- und Feinfüller Trennung. Die Abreinigung erfolgt mittels Spülluft Gebläse. Das Radialgebläse ist energiesparend mit Frequenzumformer Technik ausgerüstet.
