Die Silos sind einzeln, mit hochwertigen Isoliermaterialien gegen Wärmeverlust und Wärmeübertragung isoliert. Das Silodesign erlaubt es zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt ohne großen Aufwand eine zusätzliche Silokammer mit 50 t Inhalt anzuhängen. Die Fundamente können stationär oder auf Stahlfundamenten ausgeführt werden. Der Kübel wird mittels eines 2-Seil-Systems über eine frequenzgeregelte Winde auf Bodennähe installiert sicher betrieben. Die Auslaufklappen sind umweltfreundlich in elektrisch beheizter Ausführung. Der Auslaufkonus kann ebenfalls isoliert ausgeführt werden. Das Auslaufklappen-Design ermöglicht eine rasche und saubere Verladung. 6 Satelliten-Silo-Anlage Diese Silo-Installationen werden hauptsächlich in Städten aufgebaut, wo Asphalt-Mischanlagen nicht mehr die Anforderungen der Umwelt-Auflagen erfüllen können. Der Asphalt wird meist des Nachts von den außerhalb gelegenen Anlagen angeliefert und in einen Bodenaufgabetrichter abgekippt. Von hier aus wird der Asphalt über einen beheizten Schrägkratzförderer in einen Pufferbehälter transportiert und anschließend in den Verteilerkübel aufgegeben. Der Kübel beschickt dann je nach Anforderung eines der 6 Silos mit je 100 t Inhalt. Hinzu kommt, dass die außen angesiedelten Anlagen zusätzliche Auslastung finden. Die beheizten, isolierten Silos sind als Langzeitsilos ausgeführt und mit speziellen luftdichten Einfülldeckeln und Auslaufklappen versehen. Die Satelliten- Anlage durch ihre Konzeption mit verschiedenen Silos ermöglicht verschiedene Rezepturen zu lagern und eine hohe Umschlagshäufigkeit ist gewährt. Die Auslaufklappen sind elektrisch beheizt und werden durch 2 Luftzylinder betätigt. Jede Silokammer ist mit Max.-Füllstandsmeldern ausgestattet. Unterhalb des Mischers ist eine Kleckerklappe installiert, um ein sauberes Befüllen des Kübels zu gewährleisten.
