The automatic Dosper evo mixes, doses and dispenses liquid A-silicones for mould production. The new model assures a significantly improved work process and completes with its new design the range of the new generation of Dreve laboratory devices. Das erste additionsvernetzende Silikon mit bisher unerreichten mechanischen Eigenschaften: Biopor AB Xtreme besitzt eine hohe Reißfestigkeit, Reißdehnung sowie Weiterreißfestigkeit und ist somit ideal für die Fertigung von grazilen aber robusten, dauerelastischen Silikon-Otoplastiken geeignet. Biopor AB Xtreme kann sowohl für die traditionellen als auch für die automatisierten Fertigungsprozesse, wie z. B. den FotoCast - Prozess, verwendet werden. Die Aushärtung des Materials erfolgt im Polymax bei 40 C. Dies erlaubt auch die Anwendung von Hydrokolloid-Negativformen. Biopor AB Xtreme can be used in traditional manufacturing as well as Rapid Manufacturing like e. g. the FotoCast -Process. Curing of the material is done in the Polymax at 40 C. This also allows the usage of hydrocolloid negative moulds.
