Als Installationsquelle für das Software-Update ist IMAGEFILE voreingestellt. Wählen Sie den Pfad bzw. das gewünschte Update-File aus und bestätigen Sie die Auswahl über ÖFFNEN. DX41 (nur bei GALILEOS): Manchmal ist sie auskonfiguriert >dann wird sie mit einem roten Balken gekennzeichnet. Manchmal erscheinen die Soll- und Ist- Versionen als identisch > dann ist das gekennzeichnet durch einen grünen Balken! Dieser Vorgang kann bis zu 15 Minuten dauern. Auch kann es sein, dass die BOF piepst, ebenso können Fehlermeldungen am Gerät erscheinen. Bitte unternehmen Sie nichts. Nach dem Update wird das Gerät dann neu gestartet. 8 D

Alle sonstigen laufenden Programme sind zu schließen. Starten der Installation Die Sirona Reconstruction Server-CD startet nach dem Einlegen normalerweise automatisch. Sollte dies nicht der Fall sein, so lässt sich das Setup durch Ausführen der Datei Autorun.exe im Hauptverzeichnis der CD starten. Installationssprache Das Installationsprogramm überprüft die Sprachversion des installierten Betriebssystems und schaltet automatisch auf eine der möglichen Installationssprachen um. Dies muss nicht die Sprache sein, in der die SIDEXIS Software installiert werden soll. Ist die Sprachversion des Betriebssystems nicht als Installationssprache vorhanden, wird die englische Installationssprache verwendet. Diese kann man durch Klicken auf die jeweilige Sprache in der unteren Leiste auf dem Startbildschirm umstellen. Sirona Reconstruction Server Der Sirona Reconstruction Server wird mit englischsprachigem Betriebssystem ausgeliefert. Beschrieben wird hier die Installation nach dem Umstellen auf die aktuelle Landessprache. D

Starten Sie nach dem Neustart des Rechners die Installation erneut. Es öffnet sich der Installationsassistent für den "Sirona Control Server". 22 3 Update eines GALILEOS/ORTHOPHOS XG 3D Systems Sirona Dental Systems GmbH 3.7 Update der Grafikkartentreiber Installationsanleitung zum Software-Update GALILEOS 3.7 Update der Grafikkartentreiber Update der Grafikkartentreiber Aktualisierung des Grafikkartentreibers, falls die GALAXIS Fenster nur weiß dargestellt werden. In einigen Fällen ist es notwendig, die Grafikkartentreiber der benutzten Rechner zu aktualisieren. Dieses war unter anderem bei NVidia Quadro FX Karten notwendig. Des Weiteren ist teilweise ein Absturz von GALAXIS aufgetreten. Auch in diesem Fall sollte der Treiber aktualisiert werden. 3.8 Gerät kalibrieren Gerät kalibrieren VORSICHT Vor der Kalibrierung das Gerät ausschalten. Nach Ausschalten des Gerätes mit dem Hauptschalter muss ca. 2 Minuten gewartet werden, bis das Gerät wieder eingeschaltet werden darf. Die Kalibrierung des Gerätes und die erneute Festlegung der Referenzwerte für die Konstanzmessung ist ausführlich im Service- Handbuch beschrieben. 20 D

Bezug der Dateien via Sirona Webseite. Surfen zur Sirona Webseite in den Händlerbereich. Dort finden Sie unter Downloads einen Link zur gepackten Datei Update. zip. Laden Sie diese Datei herunter, entpacken Sie diese und speichern Sie die Dateien auf eine DVD, USB-Stick oder Ähnliches. 2. Update Kit. Das Update Kit enthält die aktuellen Softwareversionen auf CDs. 3. Das Update enthält ein Readme, folgen Sie den Anweisungen aus der Readme-Datei um das Update durchzuführen. aéìíëåü 4.1 Installation überprüfen Installation überprüfen Erklärung Mit dem Programm "XGNetDeploy" kann man, in einer formatierten Liste, die Softwarestände überprüfen. Aufruf 1. Starten Sie das Programm "XGNetDeploy" über Start - Programme - SIDEXIS - SIDEXIS Manager. 2. Wählen Sie in der Menüleiste "Datei" den Menüpunkt "Aufträge..." an Die formatierte Liste erscheint 3. Vergleichen Sie diese Liste mit der Tabelle in der Readme. Nach erfolgreichem Update müssen die Tabellen übereinstimmen. D

Installation 1. Laden Sie die von der SICAT Webseite die aktuelle Datei der GALILEOS Implant Datenbank für GALILEOS Implant V1.6 und V1.7 (aktuelle Version bei Druck der Unterlage ). 2. Entpacken Sie die Datei. 3. Speichern Sie die entpackte Datei auf eine DVD, USB-Stick oder Ähnliches. 4. Starten Sie durch Doppelklick auf die entpackte Datei die Installation. Das Programm XGNetDeploy startet 5. Wählen Sie den Punkt Aktualisierung ausführen an und bestätigen Sie aufkommene Meldungen. Die GALILEOS Implant Datenbank wird aktualisiert. 22 D

You can do this from any workstation. Starting the installation The Sirona Reconstruction Server CD usually starts automatically after it is inserted in the drive. This does not necessarily have to be the language in which the SIDEXIS software is to be installed. If the language version of the operating system is not available as an installation language, English will automatically be used as the installation language. Sirona Reconstruction Server The Sirona Reconstruction Server is delivered with an English operating system. Delete any data containers containing no image data. 3.7 Update of graphics card drivers Update of graphics card drivers If the GALAXIS window is displayed completely white, the graphics card driver must be updated. In some cases, it is necessary to update the graphics card drivers of the computers used. This was necessary i.a. for NVidia Quadro FX cards. Furthermore, GALAXIS also crashed in some cases. The driver should also be updated if this happens. 3.8 Calibrating the unit Calibrating the unit CAUTION Always switch the unit off prior to calibration. After switching the unit off with the main switch, you must wait for approx. 2 minutes before switching it back on. The calibration of the unit and the redefinition of the reference values for the constancy measurement are described in detail in the Service Manual. 20 D

Obtain the files from the Sirona website. Surf to the dealer area of the Sirona website. You will find a link to the packed file " Update. zip" under the downloads there. Download this file, unpack it and save the unpacked files to a DVD, a USB stick or some similar storage medium. 2. Update kit. The update kit contains the current software versions on CD. 3. The update contains a Read Me, follow the instructions from the ReadMe file in order to run the update. 4.1 Checking the installation Checking the installation Explanation Using the "XGNetDeploy" program, you can check the software versions in a formatted list. båöäáëü Call method 1. Start the "XGNetDeploy" program via start - programs - SIDEXIS - SIDEXIS Manager. 2. Select the "Tasks " menu option on the "File" menu bar. The formatted list is displayed 3. Compare this list with the table in the ReadMe file. If the update has been executed succesfully, the tables should correspond. D
