Darüber hinaus erfüllen wir in kurzer Zeit bei Objekten ab 200 m² Sonderwünsche, Sonderfarben, Sonderdessins. Zusätzlich sind mehr als 112 Positionen unseres umfangreichen Rollenprogramms problemlos auf SL-Module übersetzbar. Für alle Qualitäten der neuen SL-Module gilt natürlich unser maximaler Qualitätsanspruch: modernste Fertigungstechnik und ausgewählte Konstruktionsdaten garantieren optimale Eignung im stark frequentierten Objekt. Auswahl bester Markenfasern in abgestimmten Titermischungen, texturiert, fixiert, mit trilobalem Faserquerschnitt, garantieren allerbestes Wiedererholvermögen und optimale Werte in Bezug auf Anschmutzverhalten bei nahezu 0% Polabrieb. Eins noch: Mit dem ausdrücklichen Verzicht auf Avivagen und Polapplikationen, auf PVC- oder Polyolefin-Rücken, leisten wir unseren Beitrag zu einer besseren Umwelt, stellen wir sicher, dass bei unseren Produkten überwiegend in Deutschland produziert gesundheitsschädliche Einflüsse ausgeschaltet sind. ARGUMENTS Bei späterer Renovierung oder Umgestaltung von Teilbereichen flexibler Arbeitsplätze entfällt eine zeit- und kostenaufwendige Demontage sowie Lärm und staubintensive Estrichbearbeitung. Ohne tagelange Stilllegung von Gebäudeteilen werden SL-Fliesen Schritt für Schritt, Quadratmeter für Quadratmeter aufgenommen und durch neue Module ersetzt. Geschäftsabläufe werden kaum beeinflusst. Elektronische Vernetzungen von Arbeitsplätzen machen flexible Zugänge über Flat Cable, Kabelkanäle, Hohlraumböden oder Doppel- (Cassetten-) böden notwendig. Bei ergänzenden oder zu verändernden Kabelführungen ist ein schneller Zugang gefragt und wird über flexible, aufnehmbare Teppich-Module leicht lösbar. Der schwere Bitumenrücken der SL-Module erzielt optimale Isolierung und eine spürbare Verbesserung des Trittschallschutzes und des Raumschalls. Ein unproblematischer Austausch beschädigter Teilbereiche, bzw. eine auch farbliche Neugestaltung von Sektionen ist langfristig erheblich kostengünstiger. Die höheren Erstanschaffungskosten werden durch niedrigere Kosten der Erstverlegung und wesentlich reduziertere Kosten bei späterer Renovierung aufgefangen. Aus der Kompatibilität festverlegter Rollenware mit qualitäts- und farbgleichen SL-Modulen in variablen Teilbereichen (z. B. in Gängen, über Kabelkanälen oder auf Treppen) resultiert eine optimale Raumlogistik. Die nahezu unbegrenzten Gestaltungsformen mit verschiedenfarbigen SL-Modulen ermöglichen eine neue Bodenarchitektur. In renovating or new design of modern flexible working spaces, time and cost intensive dismantling, noise and dust-intensive pavement redevelopment is a no go. Without long-term shut-down of building sections, SL-tiles can be replaced step by step square meter by square meter. The work flow is hardly affected. Easy access to flat cables, cable-trays, hollow-ground or double flooring constructions is possible, due to these easy replaceable carpet tiles. New or different cable trays can be relayed in no time. The heavy bitumen-backing of SL-tiles gives a perfect isolation and noticeable improvement of sound absorption in every room. An easy exchange of damaged tiles or a new colour design for building sections can be done very cost effective. The higher costs of the basic equipment are compensated, due to cheaper laying costs and reduced costs for future renovations. Due to the intercompatibility of glued wall to wall carpets with same quality and same coloured SL-tiles in certain sections like hallways, on hollow trays or stairs, a perfect room logistic can be attained. 40 VERLEGEANLEITUNG FÜR SL-FLIESEN LAYING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SL-TILES LAGERUNG SL-Fliesen in Originalverpackung sollten grundsätzlich nicht höher als 10 Kartons gestapelt werden. Die Fliesen sind mindestens 24 Stunden vorher in dem zu verlegenden Raum ausgepackt zu lagern, damit sie sich akklimatisieren können. Die Raumtemperatur sollte mindestens 15 C, die relative Luftfeuchtigkeit höchstens 75% betragen. UNTERBÖDEN Die Unterböden sind generell so vorzubereiten, dass die Anforderung VOB Teil C ATV DIN Bodenbelagsarbeiten uneingeschränkt erfüllt ist. Dies gilt auch für die Haushaltsfeuchte für Zementestrich mit max. 2% und Anhydrithestrich mit max. 0,5% nach der CM-Methode. Das Ergebnis der Estrichprüfung ist zu protokollieren. VERLEGELINIE Ermitteln Sie die Verlegelinie so, dass eine ausreichend große Randfliese (mind. 10 cm) entsteht. Die Linie wird mittels Schnurschlag aufgezeigt. Die Verlegerichtung ist von der Raumaufteilung abhängig. Sind keine besonderen Anforderungen hinsichtlich der Verlegerichtung zu beachten, gilt die Ausführung nach DIN Boden belagsarbeiten. OBERFLÄCHENBILD Beim Verlegen ist darauf zu achten, dass die überstehende Florkante von Velours fliesen beim Einlegen der nächsten Fliese nicht abknickt oder eingeklemmt wird, damit ein geschlossenes Oberflächenbild entsteht. Die Strichrichtung ist durch Pfeile auf der Fliesenrückseite gekennzeichnet. FIXIERUNG Um ein gutes Flachliegeverhalten zu gewährleisten, sollten die Fliesen mittels einer geeigneten Fixierung (z.b. T 425 Tackifier der Fa. Henkel) verlegt werden, um diese gegen Schub- und Scherkräfte zu sichern. Vor dem Einlegen der Fliesen sollte die Fixierung angetrocknet sein, um späteres Auswechseln mühelos zu ermöglichen. Keine Universal-Fixierung verwenden! Wird eine ableitfähige Verlegung STORAGE SL-tiles in original packing should in principle not be stockpiled higher than 10 cartons. They should be unpacked at room temperature at least 24 hours before the final processing in order to become acclimatised. The room temperature should at least be at 15 C, the relative humidity not exceeding 75 %. SUBFLOORS Generally the subfloors should be prepared in that way that they meet the demands according to VOB part C ATV DIN without any restrictions. This is also valid for the household humidity of the cement plaster floor with max. 2 % and the anhydride plaster floor with max. 0,5 % according to the CM-method. The result of the plaster floor has to be recorded in writing. LAYING DIRECTION Determine the laying direction in that way that a sufficiently big edge tile (at least 10 cm) comes about. The line is marked by knocking a cord into the floor. The laying direction depends on the room division. If there are no special requests as to the laying direction, DIN has to be followed. SURFACE APPEARANCE When laying the carpet it has to be attended that the pile edge of the jutting out velour tile does not snap off or jam when inserting the next tile in order to guaranty an uniform surface appearance. The production direction is marked with arrows at the back of the tile. FIXATION In order to ensure a satisfactory flat laying behaviour, the tiles should be laid by means of a suited fixation (i.e. Tackifier of Messrs. Henkel) in order to protect them against shearing loads and gravities. Before inserting the tiles, the fixation should begin to dry in order to make a later change effortlessly possible. Do not use an universal fixation! Should a conductive laying be prescribed, it has to be handled with a conductive fixation (i.e. T 422 Takifier conductive of Messrs. Henkel). SCHACHBRETTLAGE 1 Die Raumaufteilung wird von der Tür aus beginnend durch eine parallel zur Hauptwand liegende, mit Kreide aufgezeichnete Linie vorgenommen. PARALLELLAGE 2 Von der Tür aus beginnend erfolgt die Raumaufteilung parallel zur Hauptwand. Von der Türlinie aus wird dann jeweils mit einer ganzen Fliese etwa bis zur Raummitte der Ausgangspunkt für das Verlegen bestimmt. An dieser Fliese werden die nächsten Fliesen stufenförmig und fugendicht angelegt. DIAGONALLAGE 3 Von der Tür aus beginnend erfolgt die Raumaufteilung parallel zur Hauptwand. Von der Türlinie aus beginnend werden hier jedoch bis auf etwa eine halbe Raumlänge einige Fliesen ausgelegt, um den Ausgangspunkt zu bestimmen. Daran werden die weiteren Fliesen fugendicht angelegt. ENGLISCHE LAGE 4 Bei dieser Methode werden nach vorheriger Raumaufteilung die Fliesen zur jeweils daneben liegenden Fliesenreihe versetzt angeordnet. So entstehen keine Kreuzfugen. Die unterschiedliche Schattenwirkung bei Veloursfliesen ergibt interessante Musterungen. RANDFLIESEN 5 Die einzuschneidende wird kantengleich auf die zuletzt ausgelegte Fliese aufgelegt. Darauf wird eine zweite Fliese so ausgelegt, dass die genau an die Wand stößt. Die unten liegende Fliese wird dann an der Kante der darauf liegenden Fliese mit dem Messer entlang eines Lineals durchschnitten CHESSBOARD LAYING 1 The room is divided beginning from the door with the help of a line drawn with a chalk parallel to the main wall. ENGLISH LAYING 4 After having divided the room firstly, tiles are staggered each to the neighbouring tile line thus avoiding the existence of cross joints. The different effects in shading of these velour tiles result in an interesting pattern. EDGE TILES 5 The tile which has to be cut will be put on equal-edged to the aforelaid tile. On that a second tile will be laid that way that it adjoins exactly to the wall.
