37 Serie / 810LV-805LV-820LV-820LV-830LV Keramik-Abutment: Ceramic abutments: Wird ein individuelles Abutment gefertigt, kann der Aufbau, entsprechend der anatomischen Gegebenheit, angepasst werden. Zur Bearbeitung von keramischen Aufbauten, sind Diamant-Werkzeuge in einwandfreiem Zustand, unter Wasserkühlung und geringem Druck zu verwenden. Die Mindestwanddicke von 0,5 mm darf nicht unterschritten werden, Grate und Kanten sind zu vermeiden. Es ist möglich, das Abutment direkt zu verblenden, dies muss vor dem Verkleben auf die Titanbasis erfolgen. Die Verblendung erfolgt mit geeigneten Verblendmaterialien. Die Herstellerangaben, sind dabei zu beachten. Titanbasis und Keramik-Abutment, vorbereiten zum Verkleben: Die Klebeflächen, der Titanbasis und Keramik-Abutment, muss vor dem Verkleben, mit Al 2 O 3 Strahlmittel 50 μm und max. 2 bar, abgestrahlt werden. Anschließend müssen die Klebeflächen gründlich gereinigt werden (staub- und fettfrei). Zum Schutz der Innenverbindung, empfiehlt es sich, die Titan basis in einem Implantat Analog zu fixieren. Zum Verkleben des Abutment und der Titanbasis, wird Panavia F2.0 (Kuraray) bzw. RelayXUnicem (3M Espe), oder andere ver gleichbare Befestigungsmaterialien, auch in Kombination mit einem geeignetem Metallprimer empfohlen. Dabei sind die Her stellerangaben zu beachten. Die Titanbasis wird auf ein Implantat Analog gesetzt und mit der Abutmentschraube fixiert. Der Schraubenkopf wird mit Wachs oder ähnlichem abgedeckt. Der angemischte Kleber, wird auf die Klebefläche der Titanbasis aufgetragen. Das Abutment wird über die Titanbasis geschoben, bis ein Widerstand fühlbar ist. Durch Rotation wird die definitive Position gesucht. Das Abutment muss bündig mit dem basalen Anteil der Titanbasis abschließen. Größere Kleberreste werden umgehend entfernt. Bedarfsweise, kann eine individuell gefertigte Fixierhilfe für das Abutment, aus Kunststoff, mit Abflusskanal für den Kleber, eingesetzt werden. Nach dem Aushärten des Klebers, wird der Überschuss mit Silikonpolierer entfernt. Der Kleberüberschuss im Schrauben kanal muss sorgfältig entfernt werden. It is recommended to protect the connection part of the Ti-Base with an implant analog during handling. Cementing: It is recommended to cement the ceramic abutment onto the Ti-Base with Panavia F2.0 (Kuraray) with RelayXUnicem (3M Espe) ore other equivalent cements. The instructions for use of the cements shall be followed carefully. The Ti-Base shall be fixed onto an implant analog with the abutments screw. The head of the screw has to be covered with wax or resin. The mixed cement is applied onto the contact part of the Ti-Base. The abutment is pressed onto the Ti-Base. Dieser muss entsprechend der zur Anwendung kommenden Abutment-Serie, kompatibel zum Original-Implantsystem und Implantatdurchmesser ausgewählt werden. Die Position, der abgeschrägten Fläche des Scan-Körpers, entspricht in Folge der Position des Rotationsschutzes an der Titanbasis. Bei korrekter Positionierung ist zwischen dem Implantat-Analog und dem Scan-Körper kein Spalt mehr vorhanden und keine Rotation mehr möglich. Die Fixierung des Scan-Körpers erfolgt mittels Abutmentschraube. Das digitalisieren von metallischen Oberflächen, ist bedingt durch das Reflexionsverhalten während eines Scanvorgangs nur durch die Verwendung von Coating-Spray möglich.
