3 Il kit consente ad un bruciatore RIELLO 40 GS0 previsto per funzionamento a gas metano, di bruciare gas città. CARATTERISTICHE TECNICHE Potenza termica: kw ( kcal/h) GAS Fam. : Pci 4, 4, 6 kwh/m 3 ( kcal/m 3 ) Pressione rete min/max: 5 mbar Il campo di lavoro con gas città è uguale a quello del bruciatore RIELLO 40 GS0 con funzionamento a gas naturale. (Vedere istruzione del bruciatore). ELENCO DEI PEZZI CHE COMPONGONO IL KIT Quantità 2 Materiale Diffusore 3, 5 Targhetta autoadesiva Istruzione Raccordo di riduzione TRASFORMAZIONE Sulla testa di combustione del bruciatore RIELLO 40 GS0 va sostituito il diffusore per gas metano con quello per gas città. Procedere come segue (Fig. B) Sostituire il diffusore per gas metano (stampigliatura 2,2) con quello per fun-zionamento a gas città dato a corredo (stampigliatura 3,5). Applicare la targhetta autoadesiva sulla targhetta delle caratteristiche come illustrato in Fig. A. Fig. A 52 I

Anschlussdruck = 5 mbar Das Arbeitsfeld mit Stadtgas gleicht dem des Erdgasbrenners RIELLO 40 GS0 (Siehe die Betriebsanleitungen des Brenners). AUFSTELLUNG DER TEILE, WELCHE DER UMBAUSATZ ENTHÄLT Stückzahl 2 Bauteil Düse 3, 5 Selbstklebeschild Betriebsanleitungen Reduzierstück UMSTELLBARKEIT Auf dem Brennerkopf des Brenners RIELLO 40 GS0 ist die Düse für Erdgas, mit der für Stadtgas auszutauschen. Wie folgt vorgehen (Abb. B): Die Düse für Erdgas (Stempeln 2,2) mit der mitgelieferten für Stadgas (Stempeln 3, 5) austauschen. Das Selbstklebeschild über dem Typschild, wie in Abbildung A abgebildet, anbringen. Abb. A 52 3 D

6 Düse Abb. B BRENNERKOPFEINSTELLUNG Ist die gleiche wie die des Brenners RIELLO 40 GS0 für den Betrieb mit Erdgas. (Siehe die Betriebsanleitungen des Brenners). GASSTREKE: CODE (Rp /2) Das Reduzierstück /2-3/4 für kleinere Gasstrecken verwenden (3/4). GASDRUCK - BRENNERLEISTUNG Am Brennerkopf gemessenen Fliessdruck, bei Brenner in Betrieb mit einem, feuerraumseitigen Druck von 0 mbar und mit Stadtgas Hu = 4000 kcal/m 3, relative Dichte d = 0,22. 7 The kit enables a RIELLO 40 GS0 burner (designed to work with methane gas) to burn town gas. TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS Thermal power: kw (44,700-90,300 kcal/h) GAS Fam. : Ncv kwh/m 3 ( kcal/m 3 ) Min/max mains pressure: 5 mbar The firing rate with town gas is the same as that of the RIELLO 40 GS0 burner working with natural gas. (See the burner instruction booklet). Proceed as follows (Fig. B) Replace the methane gas diffuser (stamping 2,2) with the town gas diffuser supplied (stamping 3,5).
