Bei er Montage ist zu beachten, aß ie Spannhülse J, JV, J un immer an er Anschlagseite zur Anlage kommt. ie Spannhülse J, JV, J un arf nur in Verbinung mit er Spannhülse J, JV, J u. montiert weren. ie Spannhülse J, JV, J un muß so montiert weren, aß ie Vorzentrierung am Krafteinleitungselement anliegt (siehe Skizze). iese Spannhülse kann auch als Einzelhülse, in Verbinung mit einer Anschlagscheibe A, eingesetzt weren. ie Spannhülse J, JV, J un hat gegenüber er Spannhülse J, JV, J un eine geschliffene Vorzentrierung. When assembling please take care that the clamping sleeve J, JV, J an gets to the stop for supporting. The clamping sleeve J, JV, J an have to be assemble so that the pre-centering gets to the force initiation element for supporting (please refer to the sketch). Spannungen ohne Werkstück (Leerspannung) sin zu vermeien. External clamping sleeves A, F an A, F have to be assemble in the same way. When assembling cleanness is the most important rule. We recommen to grease the slie faces, but not the en faces thinly with Molykote. The en faces have to be lubricate with a non-aci oil. The workpiece must cover the clamping zone by at least 0%.
