3 Wellstegträger-Produktionsanlage Corrugated web beam production line Corrugated web beam production line: Wellstegträger-Produktionsanlage Vollautomatische Produktionsanlage für Wellstegträger. Die Anlage besteht aus Abcoileinheit, Längsspalteinrichtung mit Profilierteil, Gurtzwischenlager bzw. Gurtzubringer, Zusammenbau- und Schweißeinrichtung sowie Auslauffördersystem mit Querförderer. Der Schweißprozess wird durch 2 Schweißroboter vollautomatisch durchgeführt. Um die korrekte Schweißbahn zu ermitteln, wird das Werkstück vor dem Schweißen ebenfalls durch Roboter unter Verwendung von Lasersensoren gescannt. Etwaige Abweichungen an der Schweißbahn (verursacht durch Wärmeeinbringung) werden durch das integrierte Nahtverfolgungssystem AWC ständig online korrigiert. Dies garantiert eine immer gleichbleibende Qualität der Schweißnaht und verhindert somit eventuelle Ausschussproduktionen. Weiters ist einer der Schweißroboter mit einem Plasma - Schneidbrenner ausgestattet. Dadurch werden Funktionen wie Längsteilen des Trägers (für die Herstellung von konischen Trägern), das genaue Ablängen, sowie auch das Einbringen von Löchern im Stegbereich möglich. Es können auf dieser Anlage sowohl parallele als auch konische Träger produziert werden. The equipment consists of decoiler, longitudinal splitter with roll-forming unit, flange intermediate-storage respectively flange feeder, assembly and welding station, as well as transversal beams conveyors. The welding process will be fully automatically executed by 2 welding robots. To ascertain the precise welding line the surface of the corrugation will be additionally scanned by the robots using laser sensors. Any deviations in welding line (caused by heat input) will be constantly rectified by the online Advance Welding Control system (AWC). It guaranties the constant quality of the weld seam, and in this way prevent any possible rejections. One of the welding robots is provided with a plasma-cutter. Thereby will be effected such functions as beam slitting (for tapered beam production), cutting to required length, as well as processing the holes in the web area. Je nach Bedarf können für das jeweilige Profil Coilbreiten bis 1500 mm verarbeitet werden. Wahlweise ist diese Anlage sowohl als Stückgutanlage verfügbar (das Blech wird vor dem Profilieren auf die gewünschte Länge geschnitten) als auch als Endlosanlage (das bereits profilierte Blech wird nach dem Profiliervorgang fliegend auf die gewünschte Länge geschnitten). 7 TWINTASK TWINTASK Twintask Twintask Kombinierte Profilier- und Biegeanlage für Trapezprofile bis zu einer Profilhöhe von 125 mm. Diese Anlage kann sowohl ebene Elemente als auch in nur einem Arbeitsgang faltenfrei gebogene Elemente herstellen. Durch den integrierten Bogenstapler ist die Produktion von gebogenen Profilen sehr bedienerfreundlich ohne körperlichen Einsatz möglich. Die integrierte Stanze bringt die für die Montage notwendigen Löcher während des Produktionsprozesses vollautomatisch ein, womit in einem Arbeitsgang ein montagefertiges Element hergestellt werden kann. Weiters gibt diese Maschine dem Kunden die Möglichkeit, durch eine just-in-time Produktion die Zwischenlagerung von Bogenelementen zu vermeiden. 8 Roofer - Falzpaneel - Kombimaschine Roofer - standing seam panel twin function machine Standing seam panel twin function machine Fully-automatic mobile profiling and curving line for the production of standing seam profiles (panels). Roofer - Falzpaneel-Kombimaschine Mobile, vollautomatische Profilier- und Bieganlage zur Herstellung von Falzprofilen (standing seam panels). In die Maschine integriert sind sowohl eine Breitenverstellung als auch eine Biegeeinheit, was die Herstellung von verschieden breiten Profilen ermöglicht, welche auch gerade oder faltenfrei gekrümmt sein können. Weiters ist auch die Herstellung von konisch zulaufenden, geraden Elementen möglich. Die Anlage setzt sich im Wesentlichen zusammen aus Abcoiler, Einzug mit Tafelschere, breitenverstellbarem Rollformer mit Biegeeinheit, Diesel- Stromaggregat sowie Rollenbahnen. Wahlweise kann die Anlage in einem Container oder auf einem LKW - Anhänger aufgebaut werden. The roll-forming machine is width adjustable with an integrated curving unit, that enables to produce straight or buckle-free curved profiles with different widths. Further on it also affords the production of straight tapered elements. Essentially the line consist of decoiler, feeding unit with a shearing machine, width adjustable roll-former with a curving unit, diesel power unit and roller conveyor. Optionally the equipment can be installed in a container or in a truck trailer.

Montage der Sidingelemente: Zunächst werden die Montageleisten auf beliebigem Wanduntergrund montiert und ausgerichtet. Die Ausgleichsprofile dienen dabei zum Ausgleichen von Unebenheiten des Untergrundes. Danach werden die Sidingelemente Bahn für Bahn mit einem Steck- / Klemmsystem auf die Montageleisten montiert. Sowohl die Ziegelpresse als auch die zum Ablängen vorgesehene Profilschere sind fliegend ausgeführt, wodurch die Produktion eines kompletten Auftrages mit einem einzigen Start der Anlage möglich wird. Die für die Funktion der Anlage notwendigen Komponenten (Abcoiler, Auslaufrollgang, Hydraulik, Steuerung, usw.) sind integriert. Durch die integrierte fliegende Stanze können die notwendigen Montagelöcher während der Profilierung vollautomatisch eingebracht werden.
