Sitzung Agreement on 32th meeting Das nächste Treffen des Arbeitskreises findet am 11. April 2013 um 16 Uhr in den Räumlichkeiten der DTIHK statt. 3 TOP 6 + TOP 7 Thesenpapiers: Reaktionen - Bernard Bauer, Bohumil Průša, Jiří Aster Anmerkungen/Ergänzungen John Bölts Thesis paper: reactions Bernard Bauer, Bohumil Průša, Jiří Aster Comments / amendments John Bölts Auf das an das tschechische Verkehrsministerium weitergeleitete Thesenpapier gibt es bis dato keine Antwort. Herr Bauer schlägt vor noch zwei Wochen zu warten und dann das Ministerium nochmals zu kontaktieren. The thesis paper was forwarded to the Czech Ministry of Transport. So far there is no response. Mr. Bauer proposes to wait two weeks and then to contact the Ministry again. TOP 8 Vorbereitung der Eurotrans im September Präsentation der Arbeit des AK und Thesenpapier John Bölts / Bob Průša Preparation of Trans Euro in September - Presentation of the work of the working group and thesis paper John Bölts Bob Průša Der Arbeitskreis wird die Gelegenheit nutzen und sich dem tschechischen Speditionsverband präsentieren. In diesem Zusammenhang soll auch das erstellte Thesenpapier den Experten aus Transport und Logistik vorgestellt werden. 4 TOP 9 Halbtägige Verkehrskonferenz im Rahmen der MSV im Oktober Aufbau, Themen, Referenten John Bölts Half-day transport conference at the MSV in October structure, topics, speakers - John Bölts Für die halbtägige Konferenz hat die DTIHK einen Raum auf dem Messegelände mit einer Kapazität von 100 Personen für den 15. Oktober 2013 reserviert. Bezgl. der Themen und Referenten werden sich die Herren Bölts und Průša bis zur nächsten Sitzung Gedanken machen. Angedacht ist, den Geschäftführer der Deutschen GVZ- Gesellschaft mbh, Herrn Steffen Nestler und Herrn Stéphane Ouaki der EU-Kommision (Leiter der Abt. Connecting Europe and infrastructure Investment Strategies) als Referenten einzuladen. TOP 10 Neues aus der Slowakei John Bölts News from Slovakia - John Bölts Herr Bölts berichtet, dass sich der Arbeitskreis der DSIHK in den Räumlichkeiten der Deutschen Botschaft in Bratislava mit dem slowakischen Verkehrsminister am getroffen hat. An dem Treffen nahmen der Botschafter, der Wirtschaftsreferent der Botschaft, der Präsident und GF der DSIHK, Herr Bölts sowie Vertreter von zwei Speditionsunternehmen teil. Der slowakische Minister lud den Arbeitskreis zur Mitarbeit in einen Expertenkreis ein. U.a. plant das Verkehrsministerium den Bau eines multimodalen Hafens in Bratislava. Mr. Bölts reported that the working group of the DSIHK met at the German Embassy in Bratislava with the Slovak Minister of Transport on 19/02/2013. At the meeting, the Ambassador, the Head of the Economic Section of the Embassy, the President and CEO of the DSIHK, Mr. Bölts and representatives of two freight forwarding companies 4

5 attended. The Slovak Minister invited the Working Group to participate in an expert panel. The Ministry of Transport plans to build a multi-modal port in Bratislava.
