1 ABLAUF USI BÜRO INSKRIPTION im SS 2019 Am ersten Büro-Inskriptionstag (Mo, ) werden ab Uhr für die ersten beiden Anmeldetage insgesamt 1200 Anmelde-Nummern im Hauptgebäude der Karl-Franzens-Universität ausgegeben. Am Mo, werden die Anmelde-Nummern 001 bis 600 und am Di, die Anmelde-Nummern 601 bis 1200 inskribiert. Pro Person dürfen maximal 3 Nummern ausgegeben werden, d.h. jede Person kann weitere 2 Personen in Vertretung anmelden. Für jede anzumeldende Person ist eine Nummer zu ziehen. Die Studienausweise bzw. Studienbestätigungen sind von jeder Person (auch von den Vertretungen) vorzuweisen! Pro Person (Nummer) können maximal 5 Kurse gebucht werden. Wir ersuchen bei der Büroinskription um BANKOMATKARTENZAHLUNG! Ab Mi, (08-12 Uhr) ist die Inskription im USI Büro ohne Anmelde-Nummer möglich. Am Fr, (ab 14 Uhr) werden alle Restplätze auch für die Online- Inskription über MY USI DATA freigeschalten. Freie Kursplätze können aber auch weiterhin im USI Büro gebucht werden. Die USI Sportkurse beginnen ab Mo, Stornierungen können nur persönlich bis Fr, , 12 Uhr im USI Büro vorgenommen werden ( 6/9/18 Storno- bzw. Umbuchungsgebühr)

4 DEADLINES FOR ENROLMENT IN THE USI OFFICE On the first day of enrolment in the USI office (25 th February 2019 from 6:30 am onwards), a total amount of 1200 numbers will be issued in the main building (Universitätsplatz 3) for the first two days of enrolment. Monday 25 th February: enrolment for the registration numbers 001 to 600. Tuesday 26 th February: enrolment for the registration numbers 601 to A maximum of 3 numbers may be issued per person this means that you may register for a maximum of 2 other persons on their behalf. A number shall be allocated for each person that wishes to enrol. Furthermore, presentation of student identity card or a confirmation of enrolment is necessary (this also applies to persons acting on behalf of someone else). A maximum of 5 courses may be booked per person (number). We request debit card or credit card payment for course enrolment in the USI office. From Wednesday 27 th February enrolment will take place in the USI office without the issue of registration numbers (8:00 am 12:00 noon). It will be possible to enrol online via MY USI DATA for available course leftover slots (office) on Friday 01 st March 2019 from 2pm onwards. It will be possible to book available course slots in person in the USI office. USI sports courses commence as from 04 th March 2019 according to schedule. Cancellations are only possible if done in person in the USI office by 12 o clock noon on the 15 th March 2019 (fee for cancellation of or changing courses: EURO 6/9/18).
