Eine Tendenz, die sich deutlich abzeichnet, ist ein wachsender Anteil elektrischer Maschinen in Spritzgießbetrieben weltweit. ARBURG entspricht mit der neuen GOLDEN ELECTRIC Baureihe genau diesem Trend und hat sich bei deren Entwicklung zielgerichtet an den Anforderungen der Kunden orientiert. 2 Praxisbericht freeformer igus Die Auswahl an Kunststoffen für die industrielle additive Fertigung ist derzeit noch begrenzt. Die igus GmbH nutzt hier die Technologie des freeformers, um schmiermittelfreie Tribowerkstoffe additiv zu verarbeiten. One clearly apparent trend is a growing number of electric machines in injection moulding plants worldwide. With the new GOLDEN ELECTRIC machine series, ARBURG has met precisely this trend and has responded to the requirements of the customers in a targeted manner during its development. 2 freeformer application report igus The choice of plastics for industrial additive manufacturing is still relatively limited. igus GmbH uses freeformer technology to process lubricant-free tribological materials in an additive manufacturing process. Based on the example of the iglidur plain bearing plastics, visitors will see how their own materials can be qualified and what benefits this can bring. 29 Fachvorträge 3 Implementierung Industrie 4.0 KIT Die "smarte Fabrik" bietet großes Potenzial, stellt jedoch auch eine große Herausforderung dar. Basierend auf dem Leitfaden Industrie 4.0 Orientierungshilfe zur Einführung vom Verband Deutscher Maschinen- und Anlagenbau (VDMA) wird eine zielgerichtete Vorgehensweise zur Entwicklung neuer, individuell abgestimmter Geschäftsmodelle vorgestellt. 4 ARBURG und Industrie 4.0 ARBURG Die informationstechnische Vernetzung ist wesentlich für die smarte Fabrik. Based on the Industry 4.0 an introductory guide to orientation guideline from the German Machinery and Plant Manufacturers Association (VDMA), a targeted approach will be presented for the development of new, individually tailored business models. 4 ARBURG and Industry 4.0 ARBURG Digital integration is the key to the smart factory.
