Um die wirtschaftlichste Produktionslösung zu finden, spielt die Stückzahl eine wichtige Rolle. Dank unseres umfassenden Produktspektrums haben wir für jede Anforderung die passende Lösung vom Einzelteil bis zum Massenartikel. Für einzelne Kunststoffprodukte und Kleinserien ist der freeformer prädestiniert, der das Bauteil direkt aus 3D-CAD- Daten ohne Werkzeug aus Standardgranulat additiv aufbaut. Sind höhere Stückzahlen und Großserien gefragt, bietet unser modulares Programm der ALLROUNDER Spritzgießmaschinen alle Möglichkeiten. Verschiedene Beispiele dazu präsentieren wir Ihnen in unserer Effizienz-Arena und den über 40 Exponaten. Fachvorträge zur Produktionseffizienz runden das Programm ab. 6 360 production efficiency Efficient production means achieving optimum product quality at minimum unit costs. Unit volume plays a key role when it comes to finding the most cost-efficient production solution. Thanks to our extensive product range, we have the right solution for every requirement from one-off parts to mass-production. The freeformer uses standard granulate to additively build up parts from 3-D CAD files without requiring a mould and is predestined for one-off plastic products and small-volume batches. If high-volume batches are required, then our modular range of ALLROUNDER injection moulding machines offers all the options. Various examples of this can be found in our Efficiency Arena and in the over 40 exhibits. Specialist presentations on production efficiency complete the programme. Produce your unique toy buggy in the following steps: Enter your ID: personalise a chip card with the user name of your choice. Produce the buggy: read your chip card directly into the SELOGICA control system of the buggy production cell. In the following cycle, your buggy will be produced and labelled with a QR code. Check assembly: assemble your buggy and check it for correct operation. Measure the speed: test how fast your buggy will go. Could you set a new record? 30 Specialist presentations 1 Practical tips for the SELOGICA ARBURG The control unit, as the central human/machine interface, forms the basis for efficient production sequences. After all, even the best injection moulding machine only works as well as its settings permit. This is where the potential for optimisation exists during day-to-day operation, often without any additional costs in the production process. Provided, of course, you know how it works! 2 ARBURG Plastic Freeforming ARBURG ARBURG developed the freeformer and a new process for the industrial additive manufacturing of plastic parts in order to efficiently produce one-off parts and small-volume batches. 31 Fachvorträge 3 Industrie 4.0 ARBURG Industrie 4.0 ist ein Zukunftsprojekt mit der Vision einer intelligenten Fabrik (Smart Factory). Voraussetzung ist die stringente Vernetzung von Maschinen, Auftragsinformationen und Prozessdaten über eine kontinuierliche und transparente Kommunikation. Beispiele sind eine selbstorganisierende Logistik oder chargenbezogene Datenarchivierung via Leitrechnersystem. 4 Organobleche umspritzen Formenbau AG Substitution von Metallen durch Kunststoffe für den Leichtbau sind die Stichworte beim Umspritzen endlosfaserverstärkter Thermoplast-Einleger (Organobleche).
