THERMOFORMING Thermoforming Thermoformen RENOLIT 3D films are supplied as decorative surfaces for lamination to machined fibreboard (MDF) using a thermoforming press. To guarantee the ideal processing conditions for our materials we are happy to give advice and support with information on processing, storage and cleaning. 11 About our Products EXAMPLE OF 3D PROCESSING USING A MEMBRANE THERMO FORMING PRESS DIE 3D VERARBEITUNG AM BEISPIEL EINER MEMBRANLOSEN THERMOFORMANLAGE The work board, ideally of a wood material like MDF, is placed in the thermoforming press. The thermoplastic 3D film is stretched on top of it. Das Werkstück, idealerweise aus einem Holzwerkstoff wie MDF, wird in der Thermoformanlage platziert.
