Die Firma HAAS startete mit der Konstruktion und Herstellung von Trommelhackern, Sieben, und Förderern zur Ausrüstung von kompletten Sägewerksanlagen für die Holzindustrie. Durch die ständige Weiterentwicklung der Konstruktion sowie marktorientierte Fertigungsplanung gelang es HAAS in den letzten Jahren ein namhafter Hersteller und Lieferant zur Lieferung mobiler und schlüsselfertiger Altholz- und Müllrecyclingsanlagen zu werden. Mittlerweile konstruiert, fertigt und liefert HAAS weltweit komplette Altholz, Biomasse sowie Haus- / Sperr- und Gewerbemüllaufbereitungslinien. Das Flaggschiff der Produktpalette, der Vorbrecher TYRON, erlebte 1999 seine Geburtsstunde. Durch seine speziellen Zerkleinerungsprogramme ist er optimal zum Zerkleinern selbst schwierigster Materialien. Im Jahre 2015 wurde er durch neue Technologien optimiert und trägt nun den Namen TYRON 2.0 new edition. Für die vielfältigen Aufgabenstellungen beim Zerkleinern, Fördern, Dosieren, Bevorraten und Austragen bietet HAAS darüber hinaus ein umfangreiches Programm an Hammermühlen, Separierungs- und Fördertechnik sowie Be- und Entladesysteme. Die Firma HAAS ist in der Lage, komplette Linien (Zerkleinerung, Förderung, Lagerung) mit durchgehender ATEX Zertifizierung anzubieten. 2 The family-run business has been founded in 1989, turned to a limited in 1990 and celebrates the 25th anniversary in The company HAAS started with the design and fabrication of the drum chippers, screens and conveyors for the residue handling in sawmills and processing for the timber industry. In the last years HAAS managed to become a well-known producer of mobile and turn-key stationary wood and waste recycling installations due to the permanent development of the design as well as market-orientated production planning. In 1999 the key product of HAAS was born the pre shredder TYRON. With its special crushing programs it is the best solution to crush even difficult materials. In 2015 we optimized it with new technologies and gave it the name TYRON 2.0 new edition. HAAS offers a large range of products for different applications, hammermills, screening equipments, conveyors, silos as well as loading and unloading solutions. HAAS is able to deliver complete installations (incl. crushing, screening and transporting) with complete ATEX certification.
