5 Die EGGER Dünn-MDF Lack-Platten (Dicken: 2,5 mm bis 6 mm auf EGGER Dünn-MDF Platten) mit dekorativer Lackierung auf Wasserlackbasis finden ihr breites Anwendungsspektrum von der Möbelindustrie bis hin zum Fahrzeugbau. EGGER Thin MDF Lacquered Boards (thicknesses: 2.5 mm to 6 mm on EGGER Thin MDF Boards), enhanced with decorative water based lacquers enjoy a broad range of application possibilities from the furniture industry through to the automotive industry. Lackieren Auf einer elektronisch gesteuerten Hochleistungs-Lackieranlage werden im Durchlauf großformatige MDF-Platten im Walzverfahren beschichtet. Die eingesetzten Lacke entsprechen dem neuesten Stand der Technik. Sie sind schadstoffarm und erfüllen die Vorschriften der TA-Luft und der Chemikalien- Verbots-Verordnung. Nach dem ersten Beschichtungsdurchgang können die Platten gewendet und dann die zweite Seite beschichtet werden. Somit sind unterschiedliche Dekore auf Ober- und Unterseite möglich. Anwendungen / Einsatzbereiche Möbelindustrie: Rückwände, Seiten- und Fronten, Schubladenböden, Zwischenwände Innenausbau: Wand- und Trennelemente Verkleidungselemente: Waggon- und Containerbau sowie in der Fahrzeugindustrie (nicht konstruktiv) Zuschnitt Der Zuschnitt zu Fixmaßen erfolgt auf zwei, speziell für den Zuschnitt von Dünn-Platten eingerichteten, horizontalen Plattenaufteilsägen. Lacquering Process On an electronically controlled high-capacity lacquering line, large sheets of MDF are continuously passed through a cylinder based coating process. The applied lacquers correspond to the latest technological developments. They are low in harmful substances and fulfil the regulations imposed by TA-Luft and the prohibition act for chemical substances. After their first pass through the coating line, the boards can be turned for lacquer application to the other side. This process allows different decors to be applied to the face and reverse side of the boards. Applications / Areas Of Use Furniture industry: Furniture backs, sides and frontals, drawer bottoms, dividing panels Interior Fitting & Shop Fitting: Wall and partitioning systems Cladding & Panelling Systems: Wagon and container assembly as well as in the automotive industry (not structural) Cut-to-size specifications Fixed cut-to-size specifications are prodced on two horizontal panel dividing saws, specifically designed for thin board material. 6 Rückwandfaltsysteme Aus einer 2,5 mm bis 4 mm dünnen MDF-Platte wird eine faltbare Rückwand für Schränke erzeugt. Entwickelt wurde diese optisch ansprechende Idee im EGGER-Beschichtungswerk Marienmünster (Nordrhein-Westfalen). EGGER in Bevern produziert die Dünn-MDF, die in Marienmünster zu faltbaren Rückwänden veredelt wird. Back Panel Folding Systems Folding back panels with a virtually invisible groove are created from thin MDF boards in thicknesses from 2.5 mm up to 4 mm. This aesthetic design concept was conceived at EGGER s plant in Marienmünster, in Germany. The thin MDF boards are produced at EGGER s plant in Bevern, with the conversion into folding back panels taking place at Marienmünster. Mit unseren faltbaren Rückwänden ganz gleich, welches System haben Sie den Vorteil, Rückwand und Korpus in einer Packeinheit zu verpacken. Nur eine schmale Fuge ist sichtbar Leichte Handhabung und Montage Kein zusätzlicher Rückwandbeistoß mehr notwendig Eine mögliche Doppelfaltung bietet bei der Verpackung eine enorme Platzersparnis Angebote erfolgen nach technischer Klärung. Der Einsatzbereich sowie die Gefährdungsklassen sind abhängig von der verwendeten Trägerplatte zuzuordnen. EGGER Dünn-MDF Lack ist in einer Vielzahl von Dekoren erhältlich. Furthermore, laminates, postformed elements and edging materials are available in matching colours. 3 Allgemeine Hinweise Sorgfältige Wareneingangskontrollen gehören zur einwandfreien Auftragsabwicklung. Sie entsprechen den Zahlungs- und Lieferbedingungen der EGGER Gruppe. EGGER empfiehlt die Eingangskontrolle nach statistischen Verfahren vorzunehmen. EGGER Dünn-MDF lackierbeschichtete Holzwerkstoffplatten müssen sorgfältig transportiert und gelagert werden. Die Lagerung erfolgt zweckmäßigerweise liegend auf einem ebenen, waagerechten und trockenen Untergrund in einem geschlossenen Gebäude. Andernfalls ist eine Versiegelung erforderlich, um das eventuelle Anquellen der Kanten zu vermeiden. Die Raumtemperatur sollte einen Bereich von 10 C bis 50 C nicht überschreiten. 4 Hitzebeständigkeit Hinsichtlich der Temperaturbeständigkeit von EGGER Dünn-MDF Lack ist grundsätzlich zwischen lang andauernder und kurzzeitiger Wärmeeinwirkung zu unterscheiden. Für andauernde Wärmeeinwirkung sind Temperaturen bis zu 50 C zulässig, bei kurzfristiger Wärmeeinwirkung (bis max. eine Stunde) ist eine Temperatur von max. 90 C zulässig. Wir weisen ausdrücklich darauf hin, dass Dauertemperaturbelastungen von > 50 C zu Rissen in den Oberflächen führen können. Bei der Aufstellung von technischen Geräten mit Wärmeabstrahlung empfehlen wir daher darauf zu achten, dass zwischen der Wärmequelle und der Lackoberfläche ein ausreichender Abstand berücksichtigt wird, um einen Wärmestau zu vermeiden bzw. die Temperatur ent-sprechend ableiten zu können. 3 General Notes Careful inspection of incoming goods is an essential part of proper order processing and is included in the EGGER Group s payment and delivery terms. EGGER recommends that this inspection is carried out using statistical processes. EGGER Thin MDF Lacquered wood-based panels have to be transported and stored with care. It is expedient to store the boards lying down on a flat, level and dry ground in a closed building. Otherwise sealing is necessary to avoid the possible swelling of the edges. The room temperature should not exceed the range between 10 C (50 F) to 50 C (122 F). 4 Resistance to Heat As regards the temperature stability of EGGER Thin MDF Lacquered one basically has to distinguish between longterm and short-term exposure to heat. Temperatures up to 50 C (122 F) are permissible for long-term exposure to heat, whereas for short-term heat exposure (up to max. one hour) the temperature may rise to max. 90 C (194 F). We expressly point out that permanent heat load of > 50 C (122 F) may lead to cracks in the surfaces. That is why we count on fully integrated locations. There, wood is initially used materially. This extends from solid wood production in the sawmill to the production of wood-based materials such as Eurodekor. Wood residues and recycled wood that cannot be used in production is utilised as thermal fuel in our biomass power plants to generate energy for production.
