B The Revolution VT60 genuinely is a revolution in terms of vaping experience and offers far more than simply limiting temperature to avoid burnt coils. The Revolution VT60 directly controls the coil temperature when used with Nickel 200 or Titanium coil atomizers. Independent of fluid and airflow conditions, the coil is rapidly heated to a user-selected temperature. By continuously monitoring the change in coil resistance caused by temperature change, a closed-loop control circuit automatically varies the power that is applied to the coil in order to keep the temperature constant.. As the user-selected temperature is reached within a fraction of a second, full vapour density is achieved much faster than with conventional vaping systems. Flavour and nicotine delivery are much more intense and satisfying, right from the beginning of the draw. The fact that the temperature is then controlled means that there is no flavour degradation through taking long, slow draws. More than that, you can draw as hard or as gently as you want, and even vary the intensity with which you draw in the same inhalation, and the temperature control ensures the vapour is being evaporated from the coil at constant temperature, so the flavour stays the same. 3 Using your Revolution VT60 Power on and off: Press the power button 5 times in quick succession, the OLED Screen will light to indicate the Revolution VT60 is on and ready to use. In the same way, to turn the Revolution VT60 off, press the power button 5 times in quick succession. When the Revolution VT60 is on, the screen will turn off after 30 seconds of inactivity, but will seamlessly recover when the power button is pressed. Press the power button 5 times to switch on/off To fill the tank: Invert the tank and unscrew the atomizer base. Fill the tank through the narrow gap between the central tube and the outer casing, being careful not to allow fluid to enter the central tube. Prime the cotton of the new atomizer head with a few drops of e-liquid to ensure the priming process has started. Once the atomizer base is re-inserted into the filled tank, invert the tank once again to allow the atomizer coil to become submerged in the e-liquid. Leave to soak for five minutes to ensure the wicking material is fully soaked. Vaping: Press the power button* as you inhale. When the button is held down, the OLED Screen will be illuminated, and will show the temperature, power and base atomizer resistance, as well as a fourth user-selectable parameter. * Refer to page 8 prior to commencing use of the Revolution VT60 in order to select the correct setting for the atomizer type being used 4 5

4 Using your Revolution VT60 Adjusting temperature: Target coil temperature is adjusted by pushing the output adjuster left or right. Keeping the adjuster held to either the left or right will quickly scroll through the temperature output ranges displayed on screen and will switch the display between Fahrenheit ( ) and Celsius ( ). Adjusting airflow: Rotating the airflow adjuster ring varies the aperture size through which air is drawn into the atomizer. This can be adjusted to give the perfect resistance to airflow to suit your taste. Adjustment Lock function: While the device is on, simultaneously hold the power button and hold the output adjuster to the right. This will switch between Adjustment Lock and Adjustment Unlock function. If the Adjustment Lock is active the output adjuster will not function, preventing accidental VT/VW setting adjustments. Stealth function: While the device is on, simultaneously hold the power button and hold the output adjuster to the left. This will switch between Stealth on and Stealth off. When the Stealth function is active the OLED screen will not display when the device is in use. Tap the power button quickly to display settings if required when the Stealth function is active. 6 7

5 Using your Revolution VT60 Setup mode: Pressing the power button 3 times in quick succession will put the Revolution VT60 into setup mode. Once in setup mode the output adjuster can be used to make fundamental changes to the way in which the Revolution VT60 operates. Push the output adjuster to the left to select the menu item to be adjusted, and to the right to select the changes required. The top menu item specifies the operational mode with 3 options available: Temp Ni Temperature control for nickel 200 coil atomizer heads, use only with nickel 200 coil material. Temp Ti Temperature control for titanium coil atomizer heads, use only with titanium coil material. 6 Using your Revolution VT60 If the Revolution VT60 is used in temperature controlled mode with coil material that is not capable of temperature sensing, it will immediately drop back into power control mode. You may need to adjust power down with the output adjuster to avoid burning your non-vt coil if this happens. The bottom menu item (selected by pushing the output adjuster to the left three times) specifies the display options for the lowest position, with the following options available: Battery charge remaining (%) Puff counter Total vaping time (seconds) Pressing the power button once confirms the selection and returns the Revolution VT60 to normal operating mode. Holding down the power button while the time or puff counter mode is still flashing will reset the vaping time or puff counter records. 7 Using your Revolution VT60 Locking the atomizer resistance in VT mode: Press the power button three times to enter setup mode. Turn the output adjuster to the left twice, and the third row will blink. Turn the output adjuster to the right to lock or unlock the resistance of the atomizer. Note: Please lock the resistance only when the coil is at room temperature. This will lock the correct base resistance of the atomizer. Temperature control will remain accurate, as long as the coil is not changed. Once the resistance is locked, you can remove the tank when the coils are hot or cold and it will function under the same operating parameters. Please unlock the resistance before you change to a different atomizer or the VT system will not work correctly. When using the device with resistance unlocked, please ensure any new VT coil is at room temperature when first used to retain temperature accuracy. 8 Using your Revolution VT60 Start power control in VT Mode: By default the Revolution VT60 is set up so that the power supplied to the atomizer when the button is first pressed is 60W. To adjust this setting, press the power button 3 times to enter setup mode. Turn the output adjuster to the left, and the second row will blink. Then turn the output adjuster to the right to adjust the wattage, and press power button to confirm. Note: 1. The ideal output wattage in VT mode is normally 30-60W, because when the output wattage is below 30W, it is difficult to reach 230 C (450 F) so that vaporization will start. 2. VT mode only supports a maximum of 1.0 ohm. The device will automatically switch to VW mode when the resistance is larger than 1.0 ohm. 3. In VT mode, when the resistance is ohm, the maximum output will be limited to 50W to ensure safe operation. Press three times to enter setup mode Press once to select your preference 14 15

9 Using your Revolution VT60 Tips for using VT Atomizer Head 1. When using a new VT atomizer head, please prime the cotton of the atomizer head with a few drops of e-liquid to ensure it is moist before the first use to ensure best performance. 2. If the atomizer has been kept without use for some time after filling with e-liquid, there may be crackles when first firing, which is normal. 3. If redundant e-liquid piles up around the coil, it may be that the atomizer coil cannot reach protection temperature when in use. Please press the fire button and blow out redundant e-liquid through airflow holes if this issue occurs New coil fitment: If the atomizer head is removed from the Revolution VT60 and then refitted, it may require resetting of the atomizer base resistance this being the resistance of the atomizer coil when it is cold. After changing the atomizer head, especially when changing to a different type, press the power button while the tank is removed to provoke a reset. When the message New Coil Right, Same Coil Left appears on the display, push the output adjuster to the right to confirm that a new atomizer head has been fitted. Should you see this message for any other reason especially when refitting a coil that is still warm from recent use push the output adjuster to the left so that the base resistance is not reset. Always remember to change the operational mode to suit the coil material that you have fitted to ensure that temperature control is accurate. Note: (1). When the device detects the coil resistance is 5%+0.01Ω greater than previously detected, it alarms New Coil Right, Same Coil Left in case a new atomizer has been fitted. (2). When the device detects the coil resistance is 5%+0.01Ω less than previously detected, the device uses the current resistance as the base resistance. OR 16 17

10 Using your Revolution VT60 Atomizer Head Replacement VW mode: In VW mode output wattage can be adjusted from 1W-60W by turning the output adjuster, right to increase, and left to decrease. Holding the output adjuster to the right or left will make the wattage setting rapidly increase or decrease. Note: For kanthal or nichrome wire with resistance range ohm, the maximum output wattage is 60W as displayed on screen. For kanthal or nichrome wire with resistance range ohm, the actual maximum output wattage is limited to 50-55W to ensure safer operation. Unscrew the atomizer base from the tank. Unscrew the atomizer head and remove from the atomizer base. Screw the new CL atomizer head into the atomizer base and firmly tighten. Refit the atomiser base into the tank. Connect the assembled atomizer to the battery and the Revolution VT60 is ready to use. Charging the battery: If selected, remaining battery charge is indicated on the OLED Screen, and the battery charge indicator will flash when remaining charge is below 10%. The battery can be recharged using the supplied USB lead plugged into a dedicated USB port or wall adaptor. The Revolution VT60 can be used normally during battery charging

11 Malfunction Indication and Protection Over 10 Second Protection: When the power button is pressed for over 10 seconds, the output will shut off and the OLED Screen will display Over 10s protection. Atomizer Short-circuit Protection: When atomizer short-circuit occurs, the OLED Screen will display Atomizer Short and the atomizer will need replacing. Low Power Alert: When the voltage of the battery is below 3.3V the OLED Screen will display Battery Low Lock and the battery must be recharged. Unlocking Low-voltage Protection: As soon as charging commences lowvoltage protection will be unlocked. Temperature Protection: In VT mode, if the actual temperature of the coil exceeds the set temperature, the device shows Protection. Temperature alert: If the temperature of the device exceeds 70 C, the output will shut off automatically and the screen will display Device Too Hot. Allow to cool before re-use. 12 Precautions Warranty Specifications Store the Revolution VT60 e-cigarette and its accessories away from children whilst not in use. Please only use the charging cable provided. Please dispose of dead batteries in accordance with your country s appropriate legislation. Do not charge the battery in a damp environment, in temperatures under 0 C or above 45 C. Do not carry batteries in a pocket or bag with other metallic objects. Do not attempt to repair a faulty Revolution VT60 power unit as these are sealed units with no serviceable parts. Attempted repairs will void the warranty. These sounds are very low in volume, and can typically only be detected by holding the device close to the ear. The Revolution VT60 boost circuit inductor emits a continuous high-frequency buzz, and the switching system that detects atomizer resistance produces an intermittent ticking noise rather like that of a quartz watch. These noises are normal, and should not cause concern in any device that is otherwise functioning normally. 14 Bedienung Ihrer Revolution VT60 Power Ein/Aus: Power-Taster 5-mal hintereinander drücken; das OLED-Display leuchtet auf und signalisiert, dass die Revolution VT60 an und zur Nutzung bereit ist. Zum Ausschalten, Taster ebenfalls 5-mal drücken. Im aktiven Modus geht das Display nach ca. 30 Sekunden aus und leuchtet erneut auf, wenn der Power-Taster gedrückt wird. 15 Bedienung Ihrer Revolution VT60 Temperatur einstellen: Die gewünschte Heizwendel-Temperatur kann durch Drücken des Reglers, nach links oder rechts, eingestellt werden. Drücken und Halten des Reglers ermöglicht einen schnelleren Vor- oder Rücklauf. Die Temperatur kann in Fahreinheit ( ) oder in Celsius ( ) angezeigt werden, indem man rotierend den Einstellbereich über das Maximum oder Minimum hinaus und umgekehrt durchfährt. Luftzug einstellen: Durch Drehen des Einstellringes an der Verdampferbasis variiert die Öffnungsgröße des Lufteinlasses und somit die Menge an Luft, die zum Verdampferkopf angesaugt wird. Diese Luftzugregulierung erlaubt, ganz nach Ihrem Geschmack, eine perfekte Abstimmung des Zugwiderstandes. Regler sperren: Wenn die VT60 eingeschaltet ist, halten Sie den Power-Taster und den Regler (nach rechts) gleichzeitig gedrückt mit dieser Abfolge kann der Regler gesperrt und entsperrt werden. Ist der Regler gesperrt, kann somit ein versehentliches Verstellen der VT/VW Parameter verhindert werden. Stealth-Modus: Wenn die VT60 eingeschaltet ist, halten Sie den Power-Taster und den Regler (nach links) gleichzeitig gedrückt mit dieser Abfolge kann der Stealth Modus aktiviert und deaktiviert werden. Im Stealth Modus leuchtet das OLED-Display beim Dampfen nicht auf. Ein kurzes Drücken des Power-Tasters ermöglicht dennoch das Ablesen der Einstellungen am Display

In diesem Modus können grundlegende Einstellungen an der VT60 vorgenommen werden. Ist der Setup-Modus aktiviert, drücken Sie den Regler nach links, um einen Menüpunkt auszuwählen und nach rechts, um Änderungen vorzunehmen. 17 Bedienung Ihrer Revolution VT60 Wenn versucht wird die Revolution VT60 im temperaturgesteuerten Modus zu nutzen und der Heizwendel-Draht nicht für die Temperaturmessung geeignet ist, schaltet das Gerät automatisch in den leistungsgeregelten Modus. Wenn dies geschieht, sollte evtl. die Leistung reduziert werden, um ein Ausbrennen der Heizwendel zu vermeiden. Im vierten Menüpunkt (drücken Sie den Regler dreimal nach links) kann die Anzeige an unterster Position des OLED-Displays für folgende Indikatoren individuell gewechselt werden: Battery = Akku-Ladestandsanzeige (%) Puff = Zug-Zähler Time = Zugdauer (Sekunden) Durch Drücken des Power-Tasters werden Änderungen im Setup-Menü bestätigt und in den normalen Betriebsmodus gewechselt. Drücken des Power-Tasters, während der Zug-Zähler oder die Zugdauer-Anzeige aufleuchtet, bewirkt ein Reset der gespeicherten Werte. 18 Bedienung Ihrer Revolution VT60 Verdampferwiderstand im VT-Modus sichern: Durch dreimaliges Drücken des Power- Tasters aktivieren Sie den Setup-Modus. Ist der Setup-Modus aktiviert, drücken Sie den Regler zweimal nach links und der dritte Menüpunkt blinkt auf. Durch Drücken des Reglers nach rechts kann jetzt der Verdampferwiderstand gesichert oder entsichert werden. Anmerkung: Sichern Sie bitte nur dann der Verdampferwiderstand, wenn die Heizwendel der Raumtemperatur entspricht nur dies sichert den korrekten Basiswiderstand (base resistance) des Verdampfers. Die Temperaturkontrolle bleibt präzise, solange die Heizwendel/Verdampferkopf nicht gewechselt wird. Wurde der Widerstand gesichert, kann der Verdampfer nach Belieben vom Gerät ab- und aufgeschraubt werden, auch wenn die Heizwendel heiß oder kalt ist. Bitte entsichern Sie den Widerstand im entsprechenden Menüpunkt, bevor Sie einen anderen Verdampfer aufschrauben, da anderenfalls das System nicht korrekt arbeiten kann. Sollten Sie die VT60 mit ungesichertem Widerstand nutzen, achten Sie bitte darauf, dass ein neuer Verdampferkopf/Heizwendel der Raumtemperatur entspricht, damit eine akkurate Temperaturregelung beibehalten werden kann. Durch dreimaliges Drücken des Power-Tasters aktivieren Sie den Setup-Modus, wo Sie diese Einstellung ändern können. Ist der Setup-Modus aktiviert, drücken Sie den Regler einmal nach links und der zweite Menüpunkt blinkt auf. Durch Drücken des Reglers nach rechts, kann jetzt die Leistung geändert werden. Drücken Sie den Power-Taster, um die Änderung zu bestätigen. Anmerkung: 1. Die ideale Ausgangsleistung im VT-Modus ist in der Regel zwischen 30 und 60 Watt. Unter 30W ist es schwieriger eine Temperatur von 230 C (450 F) zu erreichen und den Dampfvorgang zu starten. 2. Der VT-Modus unterstützt Verdampfer-Widerstände bis max. 1.0 Ohm. Das Gerät schaltet automatisch in den VW-Modus, wenn ein Widerstand größer als 1.0 Ohm erkannt wurde. 3. Ist der Widerstand bei ca Ohm, wird die maximale Ausgangsleistung auf 50W begrenzt, um einen sicheren Betrieb zu gewährleisten. 20 Bedienung Ihrer Revolution VT60 Tipps zur Verwendung von Verdampferköpfen 1. Wenn Sie das erste Mal einen neuen Verdampferkopf verwenden, benetzen Sie bitte zunächst die (noch trockene) Watte des Verdampferkopfes mit ein paar Tropfen E-Liquid hierdurch werden beste Ergebnisse erzielt. 2. Falls der Verdampfer nach dem Befüllen für einige Zeit nicht verwendet wurde, ist bei erneuter Nutzung ein hörbares Knistern - vor allem zu Beginn - völlig normal. 3. Falls sich überschüssiges E-Liquid an der Heizwendel angesammelt hat, drücken Sie den Power-Taster und blasen Sie den Verdampfer über die Luftführung nach außen frei, damit die Temperaturregelung ordnungsgemäß funktioniert und die eingestellte Temperatur erreicht werden kann. Neue Heizwendel einlernen: Wenn ein Verdampfer ab- und aufgeschraubt wird, bedarf es u. U. eines Resets des Basiswiderstandes (base resistance) - dies ist der Widerstand des Heizelementes im kalten Zustand. Drücken Sie nach dem Wechsel des Verdampferkopfes (vor allem bei einem anderen Typ) den Power-Taster ohne aufgeschraubtem Tank, um ein Reset auszulösen. Sobald die Meldung New Coil Right, Same Coil Left auf dem Display erscheint, drücken Sie den Regler nach rechts, um zu bestätigen, dass eine neue Heizwendel (Verdampferkopf) eingesetzt wurde. Sollten Sie diese Meldung aus einem anderen Grund sehen - vor allem, wenn dieselbe Heizwendel eingesetzt wurde, die eben in Betrieb war und noch warm ist - drücken Sie den Regler nach links, damit der Basiswiderstand nicht zurückgesetzt wird. Denken Sie immer daran den Betriebsmodus dem Material der Heizwendel anzupassen, um bestmögliche Ergebnisse zu erreichen und eine genaue Temperaturregelung zu gewährleisten. Anmerkung: 1. Wenn das Gerät einen Heizwendelwiderstand größer 5% Ω als den zuvor gemessen Wert erkannt hat, erscheint als Check die Meldung New Coil Right, Same Coil Left (neuer Verdampfer rechts, derselbe links) für den Fall, dass ein neuer Verdampfer eingesetzt wurde. 2. Wenn das Gerät einen Heizwendelwiderstand geringer 5% Ω als den zuvor gemessen Wert erkannt hat, benutzt das Gerät diesen Wert als Basiswiderstand (base resistance) ODER

21 Bedienung Ihrer Revolution VT60 Verdampferkopf wechseln VW-Modus: Im VW-Modus kann die Ausgangsleistung mit dem Regler von 1W-60W eingestellt werden. Drücken Sie den Regler nach rechts oder links, um die Leistung zu erhöhen oder zu verringern. Drücken und Halten des Reglers ermöglicht einen schnelleren Vor- oder Rücklauf. Anmerkung: Damit ein sicherer Betrieb während der Nutzung gewährleistet ist, beträgt bei Kanthaloder NiChrom-Draht Heizwendeln im Widerstandsbereich von 0.25 bis 1.0 Ohm, die maximale Ausgangsleistung 60W und im Widerstandsbereich von 0.15 bis 0.24 Ohm 50-55W. Verdampferbasis vom Tank abschrauben. Verdampferkopf aus der Verdampferbasis schrauben und durch einen neuen CL Verdampferkopf ersetzen. Verdampferbasis wieder an den Tank schrauben. Zusammengebaute Tankeinheit an den Akku schrauben. Die Revolution VT60 ist jetzt zur Nutzung bereit. Akku aufladen: Der Akkustand wird am OLED-Display angezeigt. Sicherheitsabschaltung: Hält man den Power-Taster länger als 10 Sek. gedrückt, wird die Stromzufuhr an den Verdampfer unterbrochen und am Display Over 10s protection angezeigt. Kurzschlussschutz: Wenn der Verdampfer einen Kurzschluss aufweist, zeigt das Display Atomizer Short. Tiefentladeschutz: Fällt die Akkuspannung auf unter 3.3V, zeigt das Display Battery Low Lock ; der Akku muss aufgeladen werden. Tiefentladeschutz aufheben: Beim Ladevorgang wird der Tiefentladeschutz wieder aufgehoben. Temperaturschutz: Wenn im VT-Modus die tatsächliche Temperatur der Heizwendel die eingestellte Temperatur übersteigt, wird am Display Protection angezeigt.
