2 Congratulations on purchasing your Totally Wicked Corsa 200 Electronic Cigarette The Totally Wicked Corsa 200 is the most recent addition to the Corsa range, utilising three batteries to provide an outstanding 200 watts of power. The Corsa incorporates an intelligent temperature control system with pre-heating functionality, allowing you to finely tune your device to suit your vaping style. Upgradeable firmware means you will always be up to date. The user is provided with five modes of operation; variable power (W); variable temperature with nickel coils (Ni); variable temperature with titanium coils (Ti); variable temperature with stainless steel coils (SS316); and temperature coefficient of resistance (TCR). 4 4 Using your Corsa 200 Fitting Batteries: The Corsa 200 is powered by 3 x Li-batteries. To fit the batteries simply slide the battery cover from the bottom of the device and insert 3 x batteries, ensuring the correct polarity. To replace the battery cover push it firmly into position, ensuring that it is closed securely. Note: Please do not mix together non-matching cell brands or types, or batteries that are not of a matched set. Power On and Off: The Corsa 200 uses a 5-click on/ off function. To switch the device on quickly press the power button 5 times. The OLED screen will illuminate, signifying that the device is powered on. Once the Corsa 200 is powered on the user can press the button 5 times to switch the device off. Vaping: Simply press the power button as you inhale. TW_Corsa_200_Manual.indd 4 19/12/ :20

5 Using your Corsa 200 New Atomizer Installation: When a new atomizer is connected or the existing atomizer is disconnected and reconnected, a message prompt will be displayed New Coil Right, Same Coil Left. Press the right adjustment button to confirm that a new atomizer has been connected, or the left adjustment button to confirm that the existing atomizer has been reconnected. Selection of a new coil should only be made when the atomizer and coil are at room temperature. Charging the Batteries: Simply charge the Corsa 200 via the USB cable when connected to a powered USB port or suitable wall adapter. The indicator on the display will indicate the battery status. 6 6 Using your Corsa 200 Battery Charge: The individual battery charge for each of the batteries is displayed on the sixth row of the OLED display. Upgrading Firmware: To upgrade the firmware installed on the device simply load the relevant product page on the Totally Wicked website, click on the link under Firmware Upgrade and follow the instructions provided. Shift between VW/TC/TCR Modes: When powered on, press the power button 3 times consecutively, the first row will flash indicating that the right adjustment button may be used to cycle through the VW/TC/TCR modes. 7 Using your Corsa 200 VW Mode: When in VW mode, use the left or right adjustment buttons to decrease or increase the level of wattage respectively. The available wattage range is 1W 200W in increments of 0.1W. Shift between TC (Ni/Ti/SS316) Modes: To shift between TC modes when in TC mode, press the power button 3 times consecutively to activate the menu, press the left adjustment button once and then use the right adjustment button to cycle through the Ni/Ti/SS316 modes. TC Mode (Ni/Ti/SS316): When in TC mode, use the left or right adjustment buttons to decrease or increase the temperature respectively. The available temperature range is C or F and can be adjusted in increments of 5 C and 10 F. 8 8 Using your Corsa 200 consecutively to activate the menu, press the left adjustment button twice and the wattage value will flash, use the right adjustment button to adjust the wattage level. To lock/unlock the atomizer resistance, press the fire button 3 times consecutively to activate the menu, press the left adjustment button three times and the atomizer value will flash, use the right adjustment button the lock/ unlock the atomizer resistance. Only lock the atomizer when the coil is at room temperature. Note: If a coil with a resistance exceeding 1.5ohms is applied in VT mode, the device will automatically switch to VW mode. Also, if a standard kanthal or nichrome coil is used under VT mode, the device will automatically switch to VW mode. TCR Mode: When in TCR mode and the title is flashing indicating that the menu is active, press the left adjustment button once and the sub-menu (M1, M2, M3) will flash. 9 Using your Corsa 200 button to shift between M1, M2 and M3, then press the fire button to confirm. (Also see: Configuring TCR Mode) Configuring TCR Mode: To set the temperature coefficient of resistance to match a particular coil, when the device is powered off simultaneously hold the fire button and the right adjustment button to enter the TCR configuration menu. Use the right or left adjustment buttons to select which to configure from M1, M2 and M3 this feature allows the TCR values for 3 materials to be stored to the device. Press the fire button to select the TCR value and then use the adjustment buttons to increase or decrease the value to your preference, long press the fire button or leave the device for 10 seconds to confirm the selection. 9 TW_Corsa_200_Manual.indd 9 19/12/ :20

11 Using your Corsa 200 Pre-Heat Function: To configure the pre-heat settings, simultaneously hold the power and right adjustment button to enter logo mode. Use the right adjustment button to select the preheat settings (wattage and time). Use the power button to cycle between the wattage and time settings, then use the left and right adjustment buttons to decrease or increase the setting respectively. Wattage can be adjusted in increments of 0.1W between 1W 200W, and time can be adjusted between 0 (OFF) 2.0 seconds in increments of 0.1s. Long press the power button to confirm the settings. Puff Count and Puff Duration Display: The puff count/puff duration is displayed on the screen on the third row. To shift between each mode, press the power button 3 times consecutively to activate the menu, press the left adjustment button until the puff count/puff duration flashes, 11 TW_Corsa_200_Manual.indd 11 19/12/ :20

12 12 Using your Corsa 200 use the right adjustment button to cycle through the modes. To reset either mode, long press the power button while it is displayed. Use the left button to return to Power or TC mode, and press the power button once more to return to normal operation. Custom Logo Mode: To add a custom logo to the device, open the Firmware Update software as described in Updating Firmware. Click on the LOGO icon and select the 64 x 40 BMP image file you would like to upload. To activate/ deactivate logo mode, hold the power button and right adjustment button simultaneously to activate the regulation menu. Use the right adjustment button to select logo mode and use the left adjustment button to select between ON/OFF states, press the power button to confirm the selection. 13 Using your Corsa 200 Current Display: The real-time current (AMP) is displayed on the screen on the righthand side of the third row whilst the power button is pressed. Imbalanced Batteries: If the voltage difference between any 2 cells reaches 0.3V or higher, Imbalanced Batteries will be displayed when the charging lead is connected. Charge Error: If no charging current is detected when the device is connected to the charging lead, Charge Error will be displayed. Short Circuit Protection: If a short circuit occurs when the fire button is pressed, atomizer short will be displayed on the screen. Low Voltage Protection: When the battery voltage is below 3.1V, Battery Low will be displayed 13 TW_Corsa_200_Manual.indd 13 19/12/ :20

14 14 Using your Corsa 200 on the screen. If following this message the button is continually pressed, the message Battery Low Lock will be displayed and the device will not fire. To unlock and activate the device the batteries must be recharged. Weak Battery Alert: Under TC/VW mode, when battery voltage is below 2.9V, the device will display Weak Battery. The output power will automatically be reduced accordingly. Low Power Alert: When the battery voltage is below 3.3V, Battery Low will be displayed on the screen. 15 Using your Corsa Second Protection: If the power button is pressed for longer than 10 seconds the output will automatically cease and the message Over 10s Protection will be displayed. Display Modes: When powered off, hold both adjustment buttons to turn the display through 180. hold the power button and the left adjustment button to activate stealth mode. Repeat the process to deactivate stealth mode. Key Lock Mode: When powered on, simultaneously hold the two adjustment buttons for 3 seconds to activate key lock mode. 17 Product storage and battery precautions Store the Corsa 200 and its accessories away from children when not in use. Ensure the Corsa 200 is powered off when not in use. Avoid accidentally pressing the Corsa 200 power button when not in use. Please only use the charging cable provided. Please dispose of dead batteries in accordance with your country s appropriate legislation. Use only a maximum of 1.5ohm when in VT mode. The mode will automatically be switched to VW mode when the coil is larger than 1.5ohm or a normal coil is used. Do not charge the batteries in a damp environment. Do not use the device when temperatures are outside the range C. Do not charge the battery when temperatures are outside the range 0-45 C. Do not attempt to repair a faulty Corsa 200 as these are sealed units with no serviceable parts. Attempted repairs will void the warranty. 17 TW_Corsa_200_Manual.indd 17 19/12/ :20

18 Warranty The Corsa 200 components have a 28-day parts warranty. The USB cable supplied has a 12-month warranty. If any parts are found to be faulty within this time please contact our customer service team, whose details are on the back page of this booklet and we will arrange for a replacement. 21 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 Akkus einsetzen: Die Corsa 200 wird mit 3 Akkus vom Typ betrieben. Um die Akkus einzusetzen, schieben Sie einfach den Akkudeckel am Boden der Corsa 200 auf und setzen 3 Akkus ein. Bitte achten Sie hier auf die richtige Polarität der Akkus. Schieben Sie dann den Akkudeckel zurück in seine geschlossene Position und stellen Sie sicher, dass der Deckel eingerastet ist. Hinweis: Benutzen Sie keine Akkus unterschiedlicher Bauart oder Hersteller. Power Ein/Aus: Powertaster 5-mal in Folge drücken; das OLED-Display leuchtet auf und signalisiert, dass die Corsa 200 an und zur Nutzung bereit ist. 22 22 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 Neuen Verdampferkopf installieren: Wenn ein neuer Verdampfer(-Kopf) eingesetzt oder ein vorhandener Verdampfer ab- und wieder an die Corsa 200 geschraubt wird, erscheint auf dem Display die Meldung 'New Coil Right, Same Coil Left'. Drücken Sie den rechten Taster wenn ein neuer Verdampfer(-Kopf) genutzt wird oder den linken Taster, um zu bestätigen, dass derselbe Verdampfer(-Kopf) zum Einsatz kommt. Die Installation eines neuen Verdampfer(-Kopfes) sollte stets bei Raumtemperatur erfolgen. Akku Aufladen: Laden Sie die Corsa 200 einfach mit dem USB-Kabel an einem geeigneten USB-Port oder USB- Netzstecker auf. Der Ladefortschritt kann hierbei auf dem Display verfolgt werden. Alternativ können die Akkus auch in einem externen Ladegerät aufgeladen werden (empfehlenswert). TW_Corsa_200_Manual.indd 22 19/12/ :20

23 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 Akku-Ladestandanzeige: Der Ladestand der einzelnen 3 Akkus vom Typ wird in der sechsten Zeile auf dem OLED-Display angezeigt. Firmware aktualisieren: Um auf die neueste Firmware der Corsa 200 zu aktualisieren, gehen Sie einfach auf die Totally Wicked Produktseite der Corsa 200 unter und klicken auf den Link 'Firmware Upgrade" und folgen Sie den weiteren Anweisungen. Modus wechseln - VW/TC/TCR: Wenn die Corsa 200 eingeschaltet ist, drücken Sie den Powertaster 3-mal in Folge und die oberste Zeile blinkt auf - jetzt kann mit dem rechten Taster rotierend in die verschiedenen Modi (VW/TC /TCR) gewechselt werden. TC-Modus wechseln (Ni/Ti/SS316): Um zwischen den verschiedenen TC- Modi zu wechseln, drücken Sie den Powertaster 3-mal in Folge, wenn Sie im TC Modus sind. Damit aktivieren Sie das TC-Modus-Menü und können jetzt mit den Einstelltastern zwischen dem NI/Ti/SS316 Modus wechseln. TC-Modus (Ni/Ti/SS316): Im TC-Modus kann mit dem linken oder rechten Taster die Temperatur zwischen C / F verringert oder erhöht werden. Zum Einstellen der Wattleistung im TC-Modus, drücken Sie den Powertaster 3-mal in Folge und navigieren Sie mit dem linken Taster in die Zeile für die Watteinstellung (PWR) - jetzt können mit dem rechten Taster die Wattparameter geändert werden. 25 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 dem linken Taster in die Zeile 'Coil' - jetzt kann mit dem rechten Taster der Verdampferkopf-Widerstand gesperrt bzw. entsperrt werden. Sperren Sie den Widerstand nur bei Raumtemperatur. Hinweis: Sollte im TC-Modus eine Heizwendel mit einem Widerstand höher als 1.5 Ohm zum Einsatz kommen, schaltet das Gerät automatisch in den leistungsgeregelten VW-Modus. Dies erfolgt (unabhängig vom Widerstand) ebenso, wenn versucht wird mit Heizwendel-Typen aus Kanthaldraht im TC-Modus zu dampfen. TCR-Modus: Wenn der TCR-Modus ausgewählt wurde, drücken Sie den linken Taster, um in das TCR-Untermenü (M1, M2 und M3) zu gelangen. Dort kann mit dem rechten Taster aus 3 verschiedenen Material-TCR-Werten (M1, M2 und M3) gewählt und mit dem Powertaster die Auswahl bestätigt werden. 26 26 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 Modus konfigurieren) TCR-Modus konfigurieren: Halten Sie beim ausgeschalteten Gerät den Powertaster und den rechten Taster gleichzeitig gedrückt, bis das TCR-Konfigurationsmenü erscheint. Verwenden Sie den rechten oder linken Taster, um zwischen M1, M2 oder M3 zu wechseln diese Funktion erlaubt eine Auswahl von 3 verschiedenen Material-TCR-Werten. Drücken Sie anschließend den Powertaster, um einen TCR-Wert zu bestätigen und danach den linken oder den rechten Taster, um die Werte nach Ihren Vorlieben zu verändern. 28 28 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 Vorheiz-Funktion (Pre-Heat): Um die Vorheiz-Einstellungen zu bearbeiten, halten Sie den Powertaster und den rechten Taster gleichzeitig gedrückt, bis Sie in das Logo-Menü gelangen. Benutzen Sie den rechten Taster und wählen Sie die Pre-Heat-Settings (Watt und Zeit). Drücken Sie die Powertaste um zwischen den Watt- und Zeiteinstellungen zu wechseln. Nutzen Sie den rechten und linken Taster um die jeweiligen Werte zu erhöhen oder zu verringern. Einstellbare Werte: Watt: 1W - 200W / Zeit: 0 (Aus) Sek. Drücken Sie länger auf den Powertaster, um die Einstellungen zu übernehmen. Zug/ Dauer-Zähler: Der Zug/Dauer-Zähler wird auf dem Display in der dritten Zeile angezeigt. Um zwischen den einzelnen Modi zu wechseln, drücken Sie 3-mal in Folge den Powertaster, um das Menü zu aktivieren. Drücken Sie jetzt den linken Taster bis 'puff count/puff duration' blinkt. 29 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 Durch Drücken des rechten Tasters wechseln Sie durch die verschiedenen Einstellmöglichkeiten. Zum Rückstellen der einzelnen Werte, drücken Sie länger auf den Powertaster, wenn der Wert angezeigt wird. Drücken Sie kurz auf den Powertaster, wenn Sie das Menü verlassen wollen. Individuelles Logo: Um ein eigenes Logo auf dem Display anzeigen zu lassen, öffnen Sie die "Firmware Update"-Software. Klicken Sie auf das 'Logo' Symbol und wählen ein Bild (64 x 40 BMP) aus, dass Sie hochladen möchten. Um das Logo auf der Corsa 200 anzeigen zu lassen, halten Sie den Power- und den rechten Taster gedrückt, um damit in das Einstellungsmenü zu gelangen. Mit dem rechten Taster rufen Sie dann den Logo-Modus auf und wählen mit dem linken Taster ON oder OFF. Durch Drücken des Powertasters gelangen Sie wieder in den normalen Betriebsmodus zurück. 30 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 beachten Sie, dass die Firmware auf dem neuesten Stand sein muss, um den Logo-Modus nutzen zu können. Stromstärke-Anzeige: Die Stromstärke wird in Echtzeit (Rechte Seite, dritte Zeile: AMP) beim Drücken des Powertasters am Display angezeigt. des Ladekabels "Imbalanced Batteries" am Display angezeigt. Der Spannungsunterschied kann hierbei durch einen Ladevorgang in einem externen Ladegerät behoben werden. 30 Unausgeglichene Akkus: Sollte der Spannungsunterschied zwischen 2 Akkus 0.3V oder höher sein, wird nach Ziehen TW_Corsa_200_Manual.indd 30 19/12/ :20

31 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 Ladefehler: Wenn beim Anschließen des USB- Kabels kein Ladestrom erkannt wird, erscheint am Display die Meldung 'Charge Error'. Kurzschlussschutz: Wenn die Corsa 200 einen Verdampferkopf-Kurzschluss erkannt hat, erscheint am Display die Meldung 'Atomizer Short'. Tiefentladeschutz: Fällt die tatsächliche Akkuspannung auf unter 3.1V, erscheint am Display die Meldung 'Battery Low'. Solange kein Ladevorgang erfolgt, ist das Gerät für eine weitere Nutzung gesperrt. Niedrige Akkuspannung: Fällt während des Betriebes im TC/VW Modus die tatsächliche Akkuspannung auf unter 2.9V, erscheint am Display die Meldung 'Weak Battery'. 32 Bedienung Ihrer Corsa 200 Ausgabe-Leistung automatisch angepasst und reduziert. Akku zu schwach: Sollte die Akkuspannung unter 3.3 Volt fallen, wird am Display 'Battery Low' angezeigt. Wird dennoch der Powertaster gedrückt, sperrt sich das Gerät und zeigt 'Battery Low Lock' an. Laden Sie die Akkus auf, um das Gerät zu entsperren. als 10 Sek. gedrückt, wird die Stromzufuhr an den Verdampfer unterbrochen - am Display erscheint die Meldung Over 10s Protection. Display-Anzeige drehen: Wenn die Corsa 200 ausgeschaltet ist, drücken Sie gleichzeitig beide Einstelltaster, um die Display-Anzeige um 180 zu drehen Sek.
