2 Please read the manual carefully before use ON/OFF button: push this button shortly, on/off the display. If you push this button more than 8 seconds, the instrument is powered off. (the set data gets lost.) CALIBRATION button: to calibrate the relative horizontal surface or absolute horizontal surface. MODE button: to switch between modes (angle measurement or percentage measurement). HOLD button: to hold the displayed data.

3 Usage guideline There are two working modes for this product: relative horizontal measurement and absolute horizontal measurement. Then the operation is a bit different depending on the different measurement you need. After the battery is installed, push the on/off button, it is under the working status, the display shows. First of all, you need to calibrate the absolute horizontal position: put the level on a surface that is less than 3 against the horizontal level, push the calibrate button C, a H will flash on the display. After it displays, rotate the level at 180 horizontally, push the calibrate button C once again. Then the absolute horizontal level is decided. After that, the display will show the actual measurement result of a surface. The calibration of relative horizontal surface: after the absolute horizontal position is calibrated, put the level on a surface that will be regarded as a relative horizontal surface, push the button C, the mark On the display disappears, measured number shows zero. See picture 2 Remarks: if you want to return the absolute horizontal measurement mode, just push the button M again. The button M is for shift between these two measuring modes. Two display modes: the button M is to shift between the two display modes. One is displaying the angle, and the other will display the tangent result of the measured angle. The default mode is showing angles. See picture 3. Push button M, the display shifts to the tangent result of the measured angle, showing in a manner of percentages, see picture 4.

4 Additional guide: the mark (absolute horizontal measurement mark) when this mark displays, you are under the mode for absolute horizontal measurement. If not it's relative horizontal measurement. Mark shows at the two sides of the display. If the right side arrow shows up, it means that the right side is higher than the left, and vice versa. The button, if you want to hold the measured data, push this button a H flashes on the display. When the flash stops, the data is held. If you want to cancel the hold, just push the button once again. Main technical data Measuring range: 4x 90 (0-360 ) Working moisture: to 90% RH Display accuracy: 0,10 Power supply: 2x LR3 batteries Cautions This product installs high accuracy sensor and information processing circuits, moisture, shock and drop is strongly forbidden. Dissembling the circuits board and adjusting the data by yourself is strongly forbidden. The power supply is by 2 LR3 batteries. If the display becomes dark, or the level works abnormally, replace the batteries on time with new ones of the same type. After the replacement, you have to redo the horizontal surface calibration as above specified.

5 Bitte lesen Sie diese Bedienungsanleitung, bevor das Gerät benutzen. Bedienfeld ON/OFF-Taste: Drücken Sie einmal kurz auf die ON/OFF Taste und das Gerät schaltet sich ein. Drücken Sie die Taste für ca. 8 Sekunden, das Gerät schaltet sich wieder aus. CALIBRATION C-Taste: Wechsel zwischen absolut 0 und relativ 0. MODE M-Taste: Durch drücken der Taste (M) wechseln Sie zwischen den Anzeigearten Grad und Prozent. HOLD H-Taste: Durch drücken dieser Taste wird die Anzeige eingeforen.

6 Kalibrieren der Elektronik Die Kalibrierung startet grundsätzlich nach dem Einsetzen der Batterien. Nachdem Sie die Batterien eingesetzt haben, schalten Sie das Gerät durch drücken der ON/OFF-Taste ein, nun ist das Gerät aktiviert und im Display erscheint Sie können die Elektronik auf jeder Fläche kalibrieren, die maximal eine Schräge von 3 hat. Grundsätzlich ist also jeder Tisch oder jede Arbeitsplatte geeignet. Legen Sie das Gerät auf den Tisch. Markieren Sie die Position auf der Tischplatte. Nun drücken Sie die Kalibrierungstaste C und es blinkt ein H im Display. Danach erscheint im Display. Nun drehen Sie das Gerät um 180. Drücken Sie erneut die Kalibrierungstaste C. Die Elektronik ist nun auf absolut 0 kalibriert und das aktuelle Messergebnis wird im Display angezeigt. Wechsel zwischen Grad und Prozent Durch drücken der M-Taste wechseln Sie den Modus der Anzeige zwischen Grad und Prozent. Einfrieren des Messwertes Durch drücken der Taste können die den letzten Messwert speichern. Es erscheint ein blinkendes H im Display, sobald dieses aufhört zu blinken ist der Wert gespeichert. Um den Wert wieder zu löschen drücken Sie einfach erneut auf die Taste.

7 Wechsel zwischen absolut 0 und relativ 0 Sie können eine beliebige Schräge als 0 -Referenz speichern. Legen Sie dazu den Neigungsmesser auf die gewünschte Schräge und drücken Sie die Kalbriertaste C. Das Symbol erlischt. Im Display wird nun der Messwert relativ zu der gespeicherten Schräge angezeigt. Durch erneutes drücken der Taste C schalten Sie wieder in den Modus absolut 0. Das Symbol wird wieder angezeigt. Hinweis: Wenn Sie dieses Symbol im Display sehen, befindet sich die Elektronik im Modus absolut 0. Richtungspfeile Die Anzeige erscheint auf beiden Seiten des Displays. Erscheint der Pfeil auf der rechten Seite, bedeutet dies, dass die rechte Seite höher ist. Erscheint er auf der linken Seite, ist die Linke Seite höher.

Wechseln Sie die Batterien, wenn das Display schwächer wird oder die Anzeigewerte unnormal sind.
