MEGASTICK 2 with 30 C Easy balancing of alloy rims. One spin cycle does it all! The ingenious system allows unlimited choices for optimum weight positions. The gauge is moving rectangular only, thus ensuring the maximum possible accuracy. The vertical movement allows an automatic reading for the diameter of up to 30. The picture shows the gauge with the roller for AVS (option). AUTO SENSE D Touch free, fully automatic sensing of the rim width by simply closing the wheel guard. Can be installed at any time on existing machine. WeightLess E This new software is a further satge of MINISTAT. The balance weights and rim positions are optimised within individual thresholds for static and dynamic unbalance. In ideal cases only one single weight must be applied. Thus significant amounts of weights and working time can be saved. MINISTAT (patent) E Minimises the residual static unbalance. Residual static unbalance is the cause of many vibration problems. CEC Centring Error Check F Sometimes the clamping of the wheel might not be correct. CEC will indicate this problem on the monitor. CEC is part of AVS (option). Als Konsequenz daraus läuft das Fahrzeug nicht völlig ruhig, und die Radaufhängungen sind einem verstärktem Verschleiß ausgesetzt. These run-out problems will cause vibrations to the suspension and the chassis of the car. The ride of the car will not be smooth and the car has to suffer significant wear and tear.
