CITYPARK opened in 1971 and it continues to be a benchmark of Graz s commercial scene and a public attraction in the city centre. The shopping centre has over 40,000 m 2 of leased floor area since it was renovated in 2002 and 2003. The brand shops, the offer of events and CITYPARK s gift voucher are particularly attractive for the customers. SES has been responsible for the centre management since January 2010 and it was also commissioned by the owner to modernize this popular location in 2013. The refreshment will be completed in 2015. Modern architecture with a high factor of wellbeing brings new quality to visiting CITYPARK with its complete, urban shopping experience.
