EN THE COMPANY DIE FIRMA FALCO is a company immersed among the green regional park of Matese, in Alife, a little town to the north of Caserta. Our company deals with PRODUCTION OF OVEN BAKED PRODUCTS, HEALTH AND VEGAN FOOD, FROM ORGANIC AGRICULTURE. The production process, between tradition and creativity, has brought Falco to realize ANCIENT RECIPES, with great handcrafted care using MODERN TECHNOLOGIES, which allow, without using preservatives, artificial elements, to protect the organoleptic quality of the raw material, permitting to the products to have a great respect for the nature, the health and the taste. Since 2015, Falco combines the tradition craftsmanship of the bakery product to the QUALITY OF THE RAW MATERIALS employed, organic and biodynamic, carefully selected and valued, by way of them, with a complete monitoring in each working process to guarantee high quality standards. Die Firma ist in DER HERSTELLUNG VON BACKWAREN SPEZIALISIERT, GESUNDHEITSPRODUKTE UND VEGANE LEBENSMITTEL AUS BIOLOGICHE LANDWIRTSCHAFT. Der Produktion Prozess, zwischen Tradition und Kreativität führte die Falco ALTE REZEPTE zu erreichen mit FACHMÄNNISCHE QUALITÄTSARBEIT ohne die Verwendung von Konservierungsmitteln, Zusatzstoffe oder andere chemische Mittel, um die organoleptischen Eigenschaften des Ausgangsmaterials zu bewahren ohne Gesundheit und Geschmack zu schädigen und immer mit Respekt für die Natur. Seit 2005 Falco verbindet die Beherrschung der Traditions von Backwaren an DIE QUALITÄT DER ROHSTOFFE, biologisch und biodynamisch, sorgfältig ausgewählt und geprüft, durch die sie sich sicher mit vollständige Kontrolle über jedem Stadium der Verarbeitung, zuversichtlich für die Bereitstellung der besten Qualität macht.

It is certified for VEGAN products with I M VEG, I.S.O 14001, I.S.O 22000 and KOSHER, it collaborates for years with primary companies of the GD/DO and of the specialized channel. Falco s company takes care also of the study and realization of possible and ORIGINAL SOLUTIONS OF A PRODUCT AND OF A PROCESS, whether conforming a current product on the market to the new demand, or to create new products for its customers, in relation to the new market trends.
