6 Anlagen / Dokumente zur Einsichtnahme (DE) STANDARD UMFANG 1.1) Geometrie, Maßprüfung 3) Technische Spezifikation Nummerierung gemäß Zeichnung 2) Muster Auflistung aller Zeichnungsmaße, Oberflächenangaben, Radien, allgemeine Kantenbrüche usw. einschließlich aller Toleranzangaben Die Ergebnisse der Messung beziehen sich auf das jeweilige Musterteil (Teil1/ Teil2/ Teil3) Die Menge der zu bemusternden Teile (i.d.r. 3-5 Musterteile) ist der Erstmusterbestellung zu entnehmen. Bitte legen Sie die Original-Bemusterungsdokumentation der Lieferung bei und sorgen Sie für eine gut ersichtliche Kennzeichnung des Musterteils! Die Kennzeichnung der Muster muss der im Erstmusterprüfbericht (EMPB-Bericht) verwendeten Nummerierung entsprechen. Alle Merkmale und Zeichnungsangaben müssen gestempelt werden Als Werkstoffzeugnis ist für metallische Produkte ein Abnahmeprüfzeugnis 3.1 nach EN10204 für die Erstmusterfreigabe zwingend erforderlich. Für nichtmetallische Materialien ist ein Werkszeungis 2.2 ausreichend. Ein IMDS-Eintrag ist bei Bemusterungen gemäß HOE-Matrix Level 4 nicht erforderlich! 6

7 Anlagen / Dokumente zur Einsichtnahme (DE) STANDARD UMFANG 7) Materialdatenblatt / IMDS Bei einer Bemusterung gemäß Vorlagestufe / Level 4 ist kein IMDS- Eintrag notwendig. Hier ist der Nachweis über ein Werkstoffzeugnis ausreichend. Beispiel: Werkstoff-Abnahmeprüfzeugnis 3.1 nach EN Werkstoff gemäß Zeichnung Chemische Zusammensetzung 9) Prozess FMEA Bei Prozessverantwortung für das Bauteil muss vom Lieferanten eine Prozess-FMEA erstellt werden. Der Bemusterung muss kein Nachweis* beilgelegt werden. Es ist ausreichend, wenn die Durchführung, Dokumentation und Archivierung beim Lieferanten erfolgt ist und mit dem Bemusterungsbericht bestätigt wird. 8 Anlagen / Dokumente zur Einsichtnahme (DE) STANDARD UMFANG 10) Prozessablaufdiagramm Bei Prozessverantwortung für das Bauteil muss vom Lieferanten eine Beschreibung des gesamten Prozessablaufes vom Wareneingang, über die Produktion bis zum Versand erstellt werden. Der Bemusterung muss kein Nachweis* beilgelegt werden. Es ist ausreichend, wenn die Durchführung, Dokumentation und Archivierung beim Lieferanten erfolgt ist und mit dem Bemusterungsbericht bestätigt wird. (* nur bei Bedarf zur Einsicht durch HOERBIGER nachzuweisen / vorzulegen!) 21) PPF Status Lieferkette Alle Einzelteile, Baugruppen oder Dienstleistungen die von Unterlieferanten bezogen werden, müssen aufgelistet werden und mindestens einen Bemusterungsstatus bedingt i.o. aufweisen (z.b. externe Oberflächen- Beschichtung). Der Bemusterung muss ein Nachweis über die Durchführung der erteilten Freigabe des Unterlieferanten beiliegen (z.b. EMPB-Deckblatt). 11) Produktionslenkungsplan Bei Produktionsverantwortung für das Bauteil muss vom Lieferanten ein Produktionslenkungsplan (PLP) erstellt werden. Es ist ausreichend, den Nachweis in Form eines auf die Prüfschritte reduzierten Prüfplan zu erbringen. Der Bemusterung muss kein Nachweis* beilgelegt werden. Es ist ausreichend, wenn die Durchführung, Dokumentation und Archivierung beim Lieferanten erfolgt ist und mit dem Bemusterungsbericht bestätigt wird. (* nur bei Bedarf zur Einsicht durch HOERBIGER nachzuweisen / vorzulegen!) 8

9 Anlagen / Dokumente zur Einsichtnahme (DE) ERGÄNZENDE INFO 1.2 bis 1.10) Diverse Prüfungen Bei den genannten Prüfungen in der Bemusterungsmatrix muss vom Lieferanten nur ein Nachweis erstellt und der Bemusterung beigelegt werden, wenn hierzu eine Angabe gemäß Zeichnung, Spezifikation nach HEX, Lastenheft etc. spezifiziert wurde. z.b. bei Angaben zu geforderten Oberflächenhärten oder Oberflächenbeschichtungen (z.b. Verzinkung, Eloxal, Lackierung, ) sind der Testablauf und die Testergebnisse beizulegen. (z.b. Zertifikat des Härtenachweis, Beschichtungsprotokoll, etc.) 4) und 5) Produkt-FMEA und Konstruktionsfreigabe Für eine Produkt-FMEA oder Konstruktionsfreigabe muss nur ein Nachweis* erstellt und der Bemusterung beigelegt werden, wenn die Entwicklungsverantwortung oder Entwicklungsumfänge auf den Lieferanten übertragen / beauftragt wurden. Konstruktionsfreigabe Es ist ausreichend, wenn z.b. die von HOERBIGER freigegebene Konstruktionszeichnung als Nachweis dem Bemusterungsbericht beigelegt wird. 6) Einhaltung gesetzlicher Forderungen Die Einhaltung von gesetzlichen Forderungen ist grundsätzlich vorgeschrieben. Vom Lieferanten muss nur ein Nachweis erstellt und der Bemusterung beigelegt werden, wenn hierzu eine Angabe bzw. ausdrückliche Forderung gemäß Zeichnung, Spezifikation nach HEX, Lastenheft etc. spezifiziert wurde. 8) Softwareprüfbericht Handelt es sich um elektronische Komponenten muss vom Lieferanten nur ein Nachweis in Form eines Softwareprüfberichts erstellt und der Bemusterung beigelegt werden, wenn für die Nutzung des Geräts / Hardware eine Software erforderlich ist. 12) 13) und 15) Fähigkeitsnachweise und Absicherung besonderer Merkmale Für besondere Merkmale muss vom Lieferanten nur ein Nachweis erstellt und der Bemusterung beigelegt werden, wenn hierzu eine Angabe gemäß HEX5372 Besondere Merkmale auf der Zeichnung spezifiziert wurde. Produkt-FMEA Es ist ausreichend, wenn die Durchführung, Dokumentation und Archivierung beim Lieferanten erfolgt ist und mit dem Bemusterungsbericht bestätigt wird. (* nur bei Bedarf zur Einsicht durch HOERBIGER nachzuweisen / vorzulegen!) 9

10 Anlagen / Dokumente zur Einsichtnahme (DE) ERGÄNZENDE INFO 14) Prüfmittelliste Bei Qualitätsverantwortung für das Bauteil sollte vom Lieferanten eine Prüfmittelliste erstellt werden. Vom Lieferanten muss nur ein Nachweis erstellt und der Bemusterung beigelegt werden, wenn hierzu eine Angabe gemäß Zeichnung, Spezifikation nach HEX, Lastenheft etc. spezifiziert wurde. 20) Eignungsnachweis Ladungsträger Grundsätzlich liegt die Verantwortung zur Verwendung einer ordnungsgemäßen Verpackung der Produkte beim Hersteller. Als Nachweis eignet sich z.b. die Verpackungsvorschrift zum Bauteil. Vom Lieferanten nur ein Nachweis erstellt und der Bemusterung beigelegt werden, wenn hierzu eine Angabe gemäß Zeichnung, Spezifikation nach HEX, Lastenheft etc. spezifiziert wurde. 22) Freigabe Beschichtungssysteme Bei Beschichtungssystemen gemäß Kundenforderung, muss vom Lieferanten nur ein Nachweis erstellt und der Bemusterung beigelegt werden, wenn hierzu eine Angabe bzw. ausdrückliche Forderung auf ein bestimmtes Beschichtungssystem gemäß Zeichnung, Spezifikation nach HEX, Lastenheft etc. spezifiziert wurde. 10

14 SAMPLING REPORT Attachments / Items for inspection (ENG) STANDARD SCOPE 1.1) Geometry, Dimension Check 3) Technical Specification Numbering according to drawing 2) Samples List of all drawing dimensions, surface properties, radii, general chamfers etc., including all tolerances The results of the measurement refer to the particular sample part (Part 1/ Part 2/ Part 3) The number of parts to be sampled (generally 3-5 sample parts) can be found in the initial sample order. Please enclose the original sampling documentation with the shipment and ensure that the sample parts are clearly labeled! The labeling of the samples must correspond to the numbering used in the initial sample inspection report (ISIR-Report). All characteristics and drawing specifications must be stamped. A type 3.1 inspection certificate according to EN10204 is a mandatory material certificate for metallic products for the initial sample approval process (PPAP/ ISIR). A type 2.2 test report is sufficient for nonmetallic materials. An IMDS entry is not required for samplings according to HOE- Matrix Level 4! 14

It is sufficient to furnish proof in the form of a material certificate. Example: Type 3.1 material inspection certificate according to EN ) Process FMEA If the supplier bears process responsibility for the component, the supplier must conduct a process FMEA. The sampling does not have to be accompanied by substantiating documentation*. It is sufficient if execution, documentation and archiving take place at the supplier's facility, and if confirmation of these steps is provided with the sampling report. 16 SAMPLING REPORT Attachments / Items for inspection (ENG) STANDARD SCOPE 10) Process Flow Chart If the supplier bears process responsibility for the component, the supplier must conduct a description of the entire process flow from incoming goods, production to shipping. The sampling does not have to be accompanied by substantiating documentation*. It is sufficient if execution, documentation and archiving take place at the supplier's facility, and if confirmation of these steps is provided with the sampling report. 21) PPA Status of the Supply Chain All individual parts, assemblies or services procured from sub-suppliers must be listed and have a minimum sampling status of "conditionally OK" (e.g., external surface coating) The sampling must be accompanied by substantiating documentation that the sub-supplier's approval granting process was conducted (e.g., initial sample inspection report cover sheet) (* proof only has to be furnished/presented for inspection by HOERBIGER if needed!) 11) Control Plan If the supplier bears production responsibility for the component, the supplier must prepare a control plan (CP). It is sufficient to furnish proof in the form of an inspection plan that has been reduced to the inspection steps. The sampling does not have to be accompanied by substantiating documentation*. It is sufficient if execution, documentation and archiving take place at the supplier's facility, and if confirmation of these steps is provided with the sampling report. (* proof only has to be furnished/presented for inspection by HOERBIGER if needed) 16

17 SAMPLING REPORT Attachments / Items for inspection (ENG) SUPPLEMENTARY NOTES 1.2) to 1.10) Various Tests The supplier only has to prepare proof of the inspections listed in the sampling matrix, and enclose this proof with the sampling, if this was specified according to the drawing, specification according to HEX, specification sheet etc. If required surface hardness levels or surface coatings (such as galvanizing, anodizing, painting etc.) were specified, the test procedure and the test results must be enclosed. (e.g. Inspection Certificate of Hardness, Evidence of Surface Treatment, etc.) 4) and 5) Product FMEA and Design Release Proof* of a product FMEA or a Design Release only has be provided, and enclosed with the sampling, if the development responsibility or scope of development was transferred/assigned to the supplier. Design Release It is sufficient to enclose, e.g., the design drawing approved by HOERBIGER with the sampling report as proof. 6) Compliance with Legal Requirements Compliance with statutory requirements is mandatory. The supplier only has to prepare proof, and enclose this proof with the sampling, if this was specified or expressly required according to the drawing, specification according to HEX, specification sheet etc. 8) Software Test Report If electronic components are involved, the supplier only has to provide proof in the form of a software test report, and enclose this report with the sampling, if software is required for use of the device/hardware. 12), 13) and 15) Capability Proof and Achievement of Special Characteristics The supplier only has to provide proof of special characteristics, and enclose this proof with the sampling, if information in this regard according to "HEX Special Characteristics" was specified on the drawing. Product FMEA It is sufficient if execution, documentation and archiving take place at the supplier's facility, and if confirmation of these steps is provided with the sampling report. (* proof only has to be furnished/presented for inspection by HOERBIGER if needed!) 17

18 SAMPLING REPORT Attachments / Items for inspection (ENG) SUPPLEMENTARY NOTES 14) Test / Inspection Equipment List If the supplier bears quality responsibility for the component, the supplier should prepare a test equipment list. The supplier only has to prepare proof, and enclose this proof with the sampling, if this was specified or expressly required according to the drawing, specification according to HEX, specification sheet etc. 20) Confirmation of Suitability of Transport Equipment The responsibility for using proper packaging of the products lies with the manufacturer. Suitable proof includes, e.g., the packaging instructions for the component. The supplier only has to prepare proof, and enclose this proof with the sampling, if this was specified or expressly required according to the drawing, specification according to HEX, specification sheet etc. 22) Approval of Coating Systems The supplier only has to provide proof of coating systems according to the customer's specifications, and enclose this proof with the sampling, if a certain coating system was specified or expressly required according to the drawing, specification according to HEX, specification sheet etc. 18
