1 Abriebfeste Polyurethanschläuche bis 150 C Abrasion Resistant Polyurethane Hoses to 150 C 1.0 Polyurethan (PUR) einfach besser. Im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Kunststoffschläuchen verfügen NORRES Polyurethanschläuche (PUR) über die folgenden herausragenden Eigenschaften: Polyurethane (PUR) simply better. Compared with many other plastic hoses, NORRES polyurethane hoses (PUR) have the following distinguishing characteristics: weniger Abrieb (ca. 2,5 5 mal besser als Gummi und ca. 3 4 mal besser als Weich-PVC, siehe Kap. 14.8) bessere Standzeit bei Förderprozessen flexibel bei geringem Gewicht (Im Vergleich zu vielen Gummischläuchen verfügen NORRES Polyurethanschläuche über ein im Allgemeinen geringeres Gewicht und eine bessere Flexibilität.) Beobachtung des Förderprozesses bei transparenten und teileingefärbten (siehe Kap. 0.3) Schläuchen möglich (Gummischläuche sind in der Regel schwarz und undurchsichtig) optische Kontrolle des Förderprozesses mehr Betriebssicherheit sehr hohe mechanische Festigkeiten PUR ist den meisten anderen thermoplastischen Kunststoffen in folgenden Eigenschaften überlegen: sehr hohe Zugfestigkeiten sehr hohe Elastizität gutes Rückstellvermögen und geringer Druckverformungsrest hohe Weiterreißfestigkeit gute Chemikalienbeständigkeit (siehe Kap. 14.1) gute UV- und Witterungsbeständigkeit (siehe Kap. 14.8) hohe Erweichungstemperaturen und langsame Wärmealterung mehr Restfestigkeit in der Wärme hohe Druckfestigkeit mehr Sicherheitsreserven sehr gute Kälteflexibilität weniger Biegekraft in der Kälte geringere Abknickgefahr in der Kälte günstiges Brandverhalten (z.b. im Gegensatz zu PVC) allgemein gute Umweltverträglichkeit Polyurethan ist aber nicht gleich Polyurethan! NORRES verwendet bei vielen Schläuchen eine spezielle Esterund eine spezielle Ether-Polyurethanmischung, der wir zur besseren Unterscheidung den Namen Pre-PUR gegeben haben. Beachten Sie in diesem Zusammenhang bitte auch die weitergehenden Hinweise zu unseren besonders hochwertigen Pre-PUR Polyurethanen (siehe Kap. 0.4) und den technischen Anhang (siehe Kap. 14.8). For many of its hoses, NORRES uses special ester-polyurethane and ether-polyurethane mixtures that we distinguish with the name Pre-PUR.
