1 .1 Typ VX-S mit geradem Sonderfallrohr VIROTEC -, einfach, schnell, flexibel Der VIROTEC - ist ein form- und druckstabiler Wellschlauch mit äußerem Drahtgeflecht, aus Edelstahl gefertigt mit eingeschraubtem geradem Fallrohr () und drehbarem An - schluss fitting (1) in den Längen (0,7 m; 1,0 m; 1, m; 1,5 m; 1,8 m;,0 m) und in den Nenngrößen /4 (DN 0) und 1 (DN 5) lieferbar. Die Fallrohre (siehe Datenblatt Fallrohre) können individuell auf Längen von 15 mm mm in den Nenngrößen /4 (DN 0) und 1 (DN 5) gefertigt werden. Die individuell gefertigten Fallrohre finden Verwendung z. B. in abgehängten Decken mit hohen Lufträumen oder speziellen Wand-/Deckendurchführungen. It is manufactured out of stainless steel with a screwed straight drop nipple () and can be supplied in lengths (0.7 m, 1.0 m, 1. m, 1.5 m, 1.8 m and.0 m) and in nominal sizes /4 (0 NB) and 1 (5 NB). The drop nipples (see data sheet drop nipples) are available in lengths 15 mm 1,000 mm in nominal sizes /4 (0 NB) and 1 (5 NB). These individual drop nipples find-uses, in false ceiling with huge airspace or special wall-/ceiling implementations. By using VIROTEC - for individual drop nipples problematic locations can be easily realized. Funktion Zum Anschluss an die Versorgungsleitung (Strangrohr) verfügt das Bauteil über einen drehbaren Anschlussfitting (1) für spannungsfreie Montage mit Außengewinde R /4 (DN 0) bzw. R 1 (DN 5). Zur Montage des Sprinklerkopfs verfügt der VIROTEC - Flex schlauch VX-S über ein eingeschraubtes gerades Fallrohr (), mit Innengewinde Rp /8 /RP 1 / /RP /4 (siehe Datenblatt Fallrohre). Die Fallrohre können mit den VX-U-Klammern /4 /1 oder den VX-Schellen /4 /1 an den Haltern Typ VX-SH-, VX-GH-, VX-UH-, VX-AH- befestigt werden. 3 S, VX-S S S, VX-S S L Montageanweisung 1. Sprinklerkopf eindichten und ggf. zusammen mit der Rosette in das Fallrohr () einschrauben*.. Flexschlauch am drehbaren Anschlussfitting (1) eindichten und in den entsprechenden Rohrabgang an der Haupt-/Strang - leitung einschrauben*.. Schlauchende vorübergehend bis zur endgültigen Positio nie - rung an der Haupt-/Strangleitung provisorisch befestigen. Es muss dabei sichergestellt sein, dass der Flexschlauch nicht geknickt wird. 4. Vor der endgültigen Positionierung muss eine Druckprobe des Flexschlauches mit dem montierten Sprinklerkopf erfolgen. 5. Im Zuge der Deckenmontage wird der Flexschlauch zusammen mit dem individuellen Fallrohr () mit der entsprechenden Halterung VX-SH-, VX-GH-, VX-UH-, VX-AH- ausgerichtet und befestigt (siehe entsprechende Datenblätter). Dabei den Schlauch möglichst gleichförmig ohne Gewalt in die gewünsch - te Position biegen. Der minimal zulässige Biegeradius beträgt ca. 100 mm (VdS) und 54 mm (FM), gemessen zur Schlauchmitte. Mounting instruction 1. Seal the sprinkler head and screw it in together with the rosette if required, into the drop nipple ()*.. Seal the Flexhose on the union fitting (1) and screw it in, into the branch line/main line outlet.*. If necessary fasten temporarily the end of the Flexhose to the branch line. It must be ensured that the Flexhose will not be kinked. 4. Before the final positioning of the Flexhose will be made the pressure test must occur together with the installed sprinkler head. 5. While mounting the false ceiling the Flexhose together with the individual drop nipple will be aligned and fixed together with the corresponding bracket VX-SH-, VX- GH-, VX-UH-, VX-AH-. While the process bend the Flexhose uniformly, without using force, into the desired position. The minimum permissible bending radius is about 100 mm (VdS) and 54 mm (FM), measured to the centerline of the hose. 4 *Achtung (Gefahr der Beschädigung) Der Flexschlauch darf grundsätzlich nicht im Bereich der Ummantelung () mit Werkzeugen festgehalten werden! Spann - werkzeuge (z. B. Zangen) nur am drehbaren Anschlussfitting (1) und Fallrohr () ansetzen. Torsionsbelastung ist im Bereich der Ummantelung bzw. zwischen Anschluss- und Fallrohr, grund - sätz lich zu vermeiden (spannungsfrei montieren). Beim Einschrauben des Sprinklerkopfs sind die Montagehinweise des Sprinklerkopfherstellers (z. B. max. Torsionskraft) sowie die Montagerichtlinien der Zulassungsstellen zu berücksichtigen. Beim Einschrauben des Sprinklers ist immer am Sechskant des Reduzierfittings () gegenzuhalten. Drehmoment beim Einschrauben des Sprinklers max. 0 Nm! *Attention (Danger of Damage) Basically DO NOT HOLD the Flexhose firmly in the region of the wire braiding () while screwing on! Place the tightening tool (pipe wrench) only on the union fitting (1) and the drop nipples (). As a matter of principle, torsion loading should be avoided in the region of the wire braiding or between the union and the drop nipples (stress-free mounting). Respect the mounting instruction of the producer of the sprink ler heads while mounting them into the reducer fitting of the Flexhose. As well as the rules of action of the licensing office should be respected. While screwing in the sprinkler head you always have to hold up at the hexagon of the reducer fitting (). 8 Montageanweisung 1. Sprinklerkopf eindichten und ggf. zusammen mit der Rosette in den Flexschlauch, am Reduzierfitting () einschrauben*.. Flexschlauch am drehbaren Anschlussfitting (1) eindichten und in entsprechenden Rohrabgang an der Haupt-/Strangleitung einschrauben*..
