Le piccole imperfezioni, come punture d insetti, cicatrici, striature, rugosità o anche una leggera variazione cromatica e di lucentezza sono, infatti, sinonimo sulle pelli Poltrona Frau di mancanza di coperture sintetiche che ne altererebbero la naturale bellezza e diminuirebbero la traspirazione. Le referenze colore inserite nei nostri campionari Color System, Heritage, Nest, Soul, Century e cuoio Saddle, sono ovunque puramente indicative. Con riferimento alla Pelle Cavallino, la disposizione, il colore e la forma delle macchie è assolutamente casuale e, per tale ragione, non è possibile effettuare alcuna selezione su richiesta. Si specifica, inoltre, che il colore delle cosiddette macchie non è uniforme e tende a variare dalle tonalità del marrone al nero. Rivestimento in Tessuto Tessuto Poltrona Frau La collezione Tessuti di Poltrona Frau si divide in due categorie (Fabric A e Fabric B) che rappresentano due fasce di prezzo: Fabric A di maggior valore, Fabric B di valore inferiore. I prodotti rivestiti in tessuto sono esclusivamente quelli in cui è riportata la quotazione specifica. È necessario verificare con Poltrona Frau, all atto dell ordine, le parti del prodotto che possono essere rivestite in tessuto. Tessuto Cliente C.O.M. Gli ordini relativi a prodotti da rivestire in tessuto vengono accettati esclusivamente per i modelli in cui è indicato a listino il prezzo Tessuto Cliente (C.O.M.). Il cliente deve preventivamente inviare a Poltrona Frau un campione del tessuto prescelto di cm 30x30, per le necessarie prove di cucitura. Il quantitativo di tessuto, determinato in base al metraggio indicato a listino, deve essere recapitato a Poltrona Frau franco di ogni spesa. I metraggi indicati in listino si riferiscono a tessuti con altezza di cm 130. I termini di consegna del prodotto ordinato decorrono a partire della data di ricevimento del tessuto da parte di Poltrona Frau. Attenzione: salvo specifica richiesta, ai modelli rivestiti in tessuto sono sempre abbinati i piedini con finitura in tinto noce. Omologazione Classe 1IM La realizzazione conforme alle norme sulla prevenzione incendi, vigenti in materia di sicurezza per i locali di spettacolo e di intrattenimento (classe 1IM), è subordinata a quantitativi minimi di ordine e quotazioni che dovranno essere preventivamente richiesti a Poltrona Frau. Riserva di Proprietà Nel caso di pagamento rateale o differito la vendita si intende effettuata con riserva della proprietà e pertanto la proprietà del bene sarà acquisita dal distributore esclusivamente col pagamento dell ultima rata di prezzo, assumendosene tuttavia i rischi dal momento della consegna. Il mancato pagamento di una o più rate del prezzo pattuito comporterà l immediata decadenza del debitore dal beneficio del termine, con conseguente diritto del produttore di ottenere l immediato saldo del proprio intero credito e di sospendere le forniture in corso, anche se non riferite ai pagamenti in questione; in ogni caso il produttore potrà agire per il recupero delle rate scadute e non pagate. In caso di risoluzione del contratto per l inadempimento del distributore, le rate pagate resteranno acquisite al produttore, a titolo di risarcimento del danno e salvo il risarcimento del danno ulteriore. Accettazione L emissione di ordine di acquisto verso Poltrona Frau comporta l automatica e integrale accettazione delle presenti condizioni generali di vendita. Foro Per qualsiasi controversia, il Foro competente è quello di Macerata. Le dimensioni indicate nel seguente listino sono in centimetri e pollici. Tutti i modelli sono depositati. 3 General conditions of sale Fulfilment of orders The purchase order becomes binding only at the discretion of Poltrona Frau. Delivery dates The delivery terms, including those indicated in the order confirmation shall not be considered binding. No compensation shall be granted for any delay in delivery. Claims Claims must be made in writing within seven days of receiving the goods. Rates The rates included in the price list are in US $. Changes Poltrona Frau reserves the right to amend or change these general conditions of sale, the materials and finishes used, and the designs and prices of products included in this pricelist, without obligation to provide any prior notice or compensation. Model sizes As the products are manufactured by hand, the sizes may vary by +/-2%. The sizes indicated in this price list refer to the total external area, including arms. Pelle Frau leather upholstery The characteristics of Pelle Frau Leather, the only leather used by Poltrona Frau for its coverings, denote the superior quality of the material. The small imperfections, such as inspect bites, scarring, ridging, roughness, or even slight variations of colours and shine, are, in fact, synonymous on Poltrona Frau leathers with a lack of synthetic covering that would alter their natural beauty and reduce transpiration. The colour references in our Color System, Heritage, Nest, Soul, Century and Saddle leather samples, must always be considered as purely indicative. In particular, as concerns the Ponyskin leather, the arrangement, the colour and the shape of the spots is entirely random and, as such, does not permit requests tobe made. We would also specify that the colour of the abovementioned spots is not uniform, and tends to vary from shades of brown to black. Fabric upholstery Poltrona Frau Fabric The Poltrona Frau fabric collection can be divided into two categories (Fabric A and Fabric B), which correspond to two different price bands. The products upholstered in fabric are only those for which the price list states the specific rate. Please note: not all fabrics are suitable for upholstering products. The customer should verify the possibility of using the fabric chosen with Poltrona Frau when placing their order. quantity of material, determined by the lengths indicated on the price list, must be supplied to Poltrona Frau free of charge. The lengths indicated in the price list refer to materials with a width of 130 cm. The terms of delivery of the product ordered shall have validity from the date that Poltrona Frau receives the material. Please note: unless specifically requested otherwise, feet in a walnut colour finish are used to complement models covered in fabric. Reservation of Title In the case of payment by instalment or deferred payment, the sale is understood to have taken place with full retention of title to Poltrona Frau and therefore ownership of the product shall remain with Poltrona Frau until full and final payment of the purchase price. However all risks will be assumed by the purchaser upon delivery of the product. Failure to pay one or more of the instalments of the agreed price shall result in the debtor forfeiting the benefit of the credit terms, with the producer consequently reserving the right to request the remaining balance immediately and to suspend active orders, even if not related to the payment in question; in any case the producer may take action to recoup instalments not paid by their due date. Should the contract be cancelled following the distributor s failure to meet payments, those instalments already paid shall be retained by the producer in compensation for damage suffered but shall not compensate for further damage. Acceptance The filing of a purchase order with Poltrona Frau implies the automatic and unconditional acceptance of these general sales conditions. Court All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Macerata (Italy). The sizes indicated in the following price list are stated in centimetres and in inches. All models are registered. This price list revokes and replaces all previous price lists. Dimensions des modèles S agissant de produits fabriqués à la main, des variations dimensionnelles de +/- 2% sont possibles. Les dimensions indiquées dans le présent tarif sont celles de l encombrement extérieur total, avec les accoudoirs. Revêtements en cuir Pelle Frau Les caractéristiques particulières du cuir Pelle Frau, utilisé par Poltrona Frau pour ses revêtements, sont le symbole et le signe distinctif de l excellente qualité du matériau. Les petites imperfections, telles que piqûres d insecte, cicatrices, stries, rugosités ou même légères variations chromatiques et de brillant des peaux de Poltrona Frau sont en effet un indice d absence de traitements de surface synthétiques, qui en altéreraient la beauté naturelle et limiteraient la transpiration. Les palettes de couleurs de nos nuanciers Color System, Heritage, Nest, Soul, Century et cuir Saddle, ne sont données qu à titre indicatif. Quant au cuir façon Poulain, la disposition, la couleur et la forme des «tâches» étant absolument fortuites il est impossible d effectuer une sélection à la demande. Nous précisons en outre que la couleur des «tâches» n est pas uniforme et tend à présenter des variations de teinte allant du marron au noir. Revêtements en tissu Tissu Poltrona Frau La collection des tissus Poltrona Frau est divisée en deux catégories (Fabric A et Fabric B), représentant deux gammes de prix. Fabric A est la plus chère, Fabric B la moins chère. Les articles revêtus en tissu sont exclusivement ceux dont le tarif donne une cotation spécifique. Il est nécessaire de vérifier, au moment de la commande avec Poltrona Frau, les parties du produit qui peuvent être revêtues de tissu. que s il s agit de modèles signalés sur le tarif par la mention Tissu Client (C.O.M.). Le client doit, au préalable, envoyer à Poltrona Frau un échantillon du tissu choisi, mesurant 30x30 cm, pour effectuer les essais de couture nécessaires. La quantité de tissu, définie en fonction du métrage indiqué par le tarif, doit être envoyée à Poltrona Frau franco de port. Les métrages indiqués sur le tarif concernent des tissus en 130 cm de large. Les délais de livraison de l article commandé courent à partir de la date de réception du tissu par Poltrona Frau. Attention : à moins d une requête précise, des pieds avec une finition de couleur noyer sont toujours associés aux modèles revêtus de tissu. Réserve de Propriété En cas de paiement fractionné ou différé, la vente s entend effectuée avec réserve de propriété et, en conséquence, la propriété du bien ne sera transmise qu après paiement de la dernière échéance. Toutefois, le distributeur en assumera les risques à compter de la livraison. Le non-paiement d une ou de plusieurs échéances du prix fixé entraînera la suspension immédiate de la facilité de paiement et la faculté pour le fabricant d obtenir le solde immédiat de la créance et de suspendre les fournitures en cours, même si cellesci ne sont pas liées aux paiements en question ; en tout état de cause, le fabricant se réserve le droit d obtenir le recouvrement des sommes dues par tout moyen à sa convenance. En cas de résiliation du contrat par le fait du distributeur, les échéances versées resteront acquises au fabricant à titre d indemnisation et sans préjudice de toutes autres actions ultérieures. Acceptation L émission d une commande d achat à Poltrona Frau comporte l acceptation automatique et intégrale des présentes conditions générales de vente. Tribunal Pour tous les litiges le Tribunal compétent est celui de Macerata. Les dimensions des produits inclus dans le tarif ci-après sont données en centimètres et en pouces. Tous les modèles sont déposés. Le présent tarif annule et remplace tous les tarifs précédents. 5 Allgemeine Verkaufsbedingungen Ausführung der Bestellungen Der Kaufauftrag ist nach ausschließlichem Ermessen von Poltrona Frau verbindlich. Lieferdatum Die Lieferfristen sind nicht verbindlich, auch nicht die der Auftragbestätigungen. Entschädigungen für eventuelle Lieferverzögerungen sind ausgeschlossen. Reklamationen Reklamationen werden nur angenommen, wenn sie innerhalb von sieben Tagen nach Wareneingang beim Kunden erfolgen. Preisangaben Die Preisstellung erfolgt in US $. Kundenstoff (C.O.M.) Bestellungen für mit Stoff zu beziehende Produkte werden ausschließlich für die Modelle angenommen, bei denen in der Preisliste der Preis für Kundenstoff (C.O.M) angegeben ist. Der Kunde muss zuvor ein Muster von cm 30x30 des gewählten Stoffes an Poltrona Frau senden, um die notwendigen Nähproben vornehmen zu können. Die Stoffmenge, die auf Grundlage der in der Preisliste angegebenen Länge in Metern zu bestimmen ist, muss Poltrona Frau kostenfrei zugestellt werden. Die in der Preisliste angegebenen Längen in Metern beziehen sich auf eine Stoffbreite von 130 cm. Die Lieferfristen für das bestellte Produkt laufen ab Eingang des Stoffes bei Poltrona Frau. Achtung: Außer auf ausdrücklichen Wunsch werden mit Stoff bezogene Modellen immer mit nussbaumfarben gebeizten Füßen kombiniert. Änderungen Poltrona Frau behält sich das Recht vor, ohne Verpflichtung zu vorheriger Mitteilung oder zur Entschädigung, Änderungen an der vorliegenden Preisliste, an den Materialien, Spezifikationen und Zeichnungen der darin enthaltenen Produkte oder an den Verkaufsbedingungen vorzunehmen. Maße der Modelle Da es sich um handgearbeitete Produkte handelt, sind Maßabweichungen von +/-2% möglich. Die in der vorliegenden Liste angegebenen Maße beziehen sich auf die Gesamtaußenmaße einschließlich Armlehnen. Bezüge aus Pelle Frau -Leder Der Charakter des Pelle Frau -Leders - von Poltrona Frau für Bezüge ausschließlich verwendet - ist Zeichen bester Materialqualität. Kleine Unvollkommenheiten wie Insektenstiche, Narben, Streifen, Rauheit oder auch leichte Unregelmäßigkeiten der Farbe oder des Glanzes bedeuten daher bei den Ledern von Poltrona Frau, dass keine synthetischen Überzüge verwendet wurden, die die natürliche Schönheit beeinträchtigen und die Atmungsaktivität verringern würden. Die in unseren Musterkatalogen Color System, Heritage, Nest, Soul, Century und Saddle-Kernleder enthaltenen Farben haben rein indikativen Charakter. Anordnung, Farbe und Form der Flecken des Ponyfells unterliegen dem Zufall, es ist daher nicht möglich, eine Auswahl nach Wunsch vorzunehmen. Wir weisen außerdem darauf hin, dass die Farbe der so genannten Flecken nicht einheitlich ist und zwischen Braun- und Schwarztönen variieren kann. Stoffbezüge Poltrona-Frau-Stoffe Die Stoffkollektion von Poltrona Frau ist in zwei Kategorien eingeteilt (Fabric A und Fabric B), die zwei Preisklassen entsprechen: Die Qualität von Fabric A ist hochwertiger, die von Fabric B geringwertiger. Mit Stoff bezogene Produkte sind nur dann erhältlich, wenn sie in der Preisliste mit einer spezifischen Preisangabe ausgewiesen sind. Bei Auftragserteilung ist mit Poltrona Frau zu prüfen, welche Teile des Produkts sich für Stoffüberzüge eignen. Eigentumsvorbehalt Bei Ratenzahlung oder aufgeschobener Zahlung erfolgt der Verkauf unter Eigentumsvorbehalt. Das Eigentum der Ware geht daher erst bei Bezahlung der letzten Rate auf den Händler über, der jedoch ab Übergabe der Ware für die Risiken haftet. Die Nichtbezahlung einer oder mehrerer vereinbarter Raten hat die sofortige Verwirkung des Vorteils des Schuldners auf Ratenzahlung sowie das damit verbundene Recht des Herstellers zur Folge, unverzüglich die Begleichung seiner gesamten Forderungen und die Einstellung der laufenden Lieferungen zu erhalten, auch wenn diese sich nicht auf die rückständigen Zahlungen beziehen. Der Hersteller ist berechtigt, zur Beitreibung der fälligen oder nicht bezahlten Raten gerichtlich vorzugehen. Bei Vertragsauflösung wegen Nichterfüllung des Händlers bleiben die bereits bezahlten Raten als Schadensersatz, vorbehaltlich Geltendmachung weiterer Schäden, Eigentum des Herstellers. Annahmebestätigung Der auf Poltrona Frau lautende Kaufauftrag hat automatisch die vollumfängliche Annahme der Allgemeinen Verkaufsbedingungen zur Folge. Gerichtsstand Für sämtliche Streitigkeiten ist das Gericht Macerata zuständig. Die in der vorliegenden Preisliste angeführten Maße sind in Zentimetern und Zoll ausgedrückt. Alle Modelle sind eingetragene Warenzeichen. Die vorliegende Preisliste annulliert und ersetzt jede Preisliste älteren Datums. La poltrona 48 è dotata di un poggiatesta in piumino d oca integrato allo schienale. Con riferimento alla Pelle Cavallino, la disposizione, il colore e la forma delle macchie è assolutamente casuale e, per tale ragione, non è possibile effettuare alcuna selezione su richiesta. Si specifica, inoltre, che il colore delle cosiddette macchie non è uniforme e tende a variare dalle tonalità del marrone al nero. The frame is seasoned beechwood with polyurethane foam padding. Support for the seats is provided by an elastic suspension system. The seat and backrest cushions are padded with polyurethane foam and polyester wadding. A pair of leather-upholstered buttons enhances the workmanship of the backrest and seat cushions. The ends of the fittings found on the sides are made of chrome-plated brass. Armchair 12 boasts very slender armrests, which make it possible to place two or more armchairs close together. Armchair 48 is fitted with a goose down headrest incorporated with the backrest. In particular, as concerns the Ponyskin leather, the arrangement, the colour and the shape of the spots is entirely random and, as such, no choice can be made. We would also specify that the colour of the abovementioned spots is not uniform, and tends to vary from shades of brown to black. Châssis en hêtre vieilli avec rembourrage en mousse de polyuréthane. Dank seiner besonders schmalen Armlehnen lassen sich von Dezza 12 zwei oder drei Sessel zusammenstellen. Dezza 48 hat eine hohe Rückenlehne, die sich in der Kopfstütze aus weicher Daune fortsetzt. In Bezug auf das Ponyfell sind die Anordnung, die Farbe und die Form der Flecken völlig zufällig, daher ist es nicht möglich, eine Auswahl nach Wunsch vorzunehmen. Außerdem wird betont, dass die Farbe der so genannten Flecken nicht einheitlich ist und von Brauntönen zu Schwarz variieren kann. 18
