Das Unternehmen wurde 1991 aus einem Teil des ehemaligen Kombinats Polygraph, des VEB Polygraph Reprotechnik, gegründet. Heute arbeiten insgesamt etwa 50 Mitarbeiter in den Betriebsteilen Metall- und Blechverarbeitung, Gerätebau/ -konstruktion und Grafische Systeme/CtP. Unser Produktionssortiment umfasst gegenwärtig folgende Erzeugnisgruppen: Grafische Produkte und Systeme/CtP Geräte für die konventionelle Offsetdruckvorstufe Verbrauchsmaterialien für den Offsetdruck Geräte für den Siebdruck Geräte für Verpackungsmaschinen Geräte für UV-Klebetechnik Sondermaschinen und Anlagen Leistungen im Bereich Metall- und Blechverarbeitung Eine rationelle Fertigung durch hohen Standard in den Baugruppen garantieren kurze Lieferzeiten und einen geringen Serviceaufwand. Solide Blechverarbeitung auf modernen CNC-Maschinen und pflegeleichter Strukturlack sichern ein gutes, zeitgerechtes Design der Produkte. Qualifizierte Mitarbeiter und ein modernes PPS-System stehen für eine übersichtliche Produktion, auch in der Auftragsfertigung im Bereich Blechfertigung. Alle grafischen Geräte und Systeme werden in der Fertigung durch Fachpersonal justiert und endgeprüft. Im Dauertest wird die Funktion der Geräte geprüft und dokumentiert. Wir bemühen uns stets für eine umweltfreundliche Fertigung und Anwendung der Erzeugnisse. Polygraph develops, produces and manufactures in the traditional city of Leipzig. The company was founded in 1991 from a part of the former Kombinat Polygraph, the VEB Polygraph Reprotechnik. All graphic systems are adjusted and controlled in manufacture by specialists and engineers. In the endurance test the function of the devices and engines is checked and documented.

Der CtP Belichter wird manuell mit Druckplatten bestückt. Es können alle CtP Violet Druckplatten bebildert werden. Eine 60 mw/120 mw Violett-Laserdiode bebildert mit präziser Innentrommeltechnologie und einer Auflösung von 100 Pixel/mm (2 540 dpi). Die Druckplatte wird im CtP Belichter an einem Registriersystem (z. B. Bacher oder 3-Punkt-Anlage) akkurat ausgerichtet. Ein Vakuum hält die Platte fest in Position während der Laserbebilderung. Eine GTO Druckplatte benötigt etwa zwei Minuten. Das CtP System beinhaltet eine PC Arbeitsstation mit einem Torrent RIP neuester Version. Komfortable Workflow Optionen (Trapping, Proof-/Druckerausgabe, Farbzonensteuerung, PDF-Workflow) machen die Produktion schnell, effektiv und perfekt. Eine einfach zu bedienende Ausschießsoftware in deutscher Sprache für alle Formate ist ebenfalls erhältlich. Über eine einfache und übersichtliche Software wird die Plattenausgabe getätigt. Auf verschiedenen Fenstern kann der CtP Bediener alle wichtigen Jobs und Ereignisse visuell schnell erfassen (Druckplattenvorschau, Belichtungsstatus, anstehende Jobs, fertige Jobs, etc.). Mit der Software ist die Plattenausgabe sehr übersichtlich, einfach und effizient. (Abb. rechte Seite, oben links) CtP Violet is a manual load-unload CtP engine designed specifically for the B3/2-up commercial print market. It exposes violet metal plates at high resolution, using high precision internal drum imaging optics and a 60mW/120 mw laser. The plate is placed directly into the drum by the operator, and located in the registration system. Vacuum is then applied to hold the plate in perfect register while it is imaged at a resolution of 2540 dpi (100 dpmm) at a speed of 6mm per second. A 2-up GTO plate takes only one and a half minutes to image, regardless of content. The CtP system includes a high-spec workstation running a Torrent PS RIP, with a full complement of software applications that enables rapid processing and output of jobs to the Cobra. A software option for Simple Imposition is available. It provides an easy-to-use, automatic 2-up imposition facility, which is targeted at 2-up conventional printing that does not require complex imposition. A new simple Java based user interface for point and click plate production has been specifically designed for the CtP System. With at a glance multiple views, a home view showing previews and status of current jobs, overviews of all queues and completed plates, it is a powerful and highly effective tool in the plate production process. The plate is mounted on a flat table, correctly positioned in the 3-pin, touch sensitive, register system. The plate is clamped automatically and transferred to the high precision internal drum. Here it is exposed using an advanced laser-optics system. The plate is retained in the clamp, in perfect register, while it is imaged at a resolution of dpi, at 6 mm per second. A B2 plate takes two minutes to image. The CtP system includes a high-spec workstation running a Torrent Level 3 PostScript RIP, with a full complement of software applications that enables rapid processing and output of jobs to the CtP engine. A new simple Java based user interface for point and click plate production has been specifically designed for the CtP system. Using HighWater s Barcode ID identification software, which leaves a unique plate identification mark on the plate, users can easily retrieve jobs for output.

Der CtP Belichter wird manuell mit Druckplatten bestückt. Es können alle CtP Violet Druckplatten bebildert werden. It exposes violet metal plates at high resolution, using high precision internal drum imaging optics and a 60mW/120 mw laser. The plate is placed directly into the drum by the operator, and located in the registration system. Vacuum is then applied to hold the plate in perfect register while it is imaged at a resolution of 2540 dpi (100 dpmm) at a speed of 6mm per second. A 2-up GTO plate takes only one and a half minutes to image, regardless of content. The CtP system includes a high-spec workstation running a Torrent PS RIP, with a full complement of software applications that enables rapid processing and output of jobs to the Cobra. A software option for Simple Imposition is available. It provides an easy-to-use, automatic 2-up imposition facility, which is targeted at 2-up conventional printing that does not require complex imposition. A new simple Java based user interface for point and click plate production has been specifically designed for the CtP System.
