Im Oktober, an der K-Messe in Düsseldorf, werden wir die komplett neuen Heissluftgebläse MISTRAL PREMIUM und MISTRAL SYSTEM der Öffentlichkeit vorstellen. Die MISTRAL Heissluftgebläse richten sich nun noch stärker an den Kundenbedürfnissen aus und sind für den Einsatz in Maschinen und Automaten im industriellen Umfeld optimiert. Durch die praktischen Montagelaschen ist eine einfache Montage von oben gewährleistet. Beim MISTRAL PREMIUM lassen sich Gebläse und Heizung getrennt voneinander ein- und ausschalten. Die Heizleistung kann stufenlos am Gerät über ein Potentiometer eingestellt werden. Der Anschluss eines externen Pyrometers ist ebenfalls möglich. Der MISTRAL SYSTEM verfügt über die e-drive -Bedieneinheit, mit der Luftmenge und Temperatur perfekt auf jede Anwendung eingestellt werden können. Ferner erlauben die integrierte Temperatursonde und der integrierte Regler einen Closed-Loop-Betrieb, bei dem die Temperatur exakt eingehalten wird. Über die Systemschnittstelle ist auch eine externe Ansteuerung gewährleistet. Die Versionen MISTRAL 6 PREMIUM und MISTRAL 6 SYSTEM verfügen über einen langlebigen und wartungsfreien, bürstenlosen Motor und sind damit für den industriellen Dauerbetrieb bestens geeignet. Das neue Gebläse besticht durch seine sehr kompakte Bauweise und erreicht trotzdem eine hohe Luftmenge von bis zu 600 l/min. Der neue MONO 6 SYSTEM verfügt wie die MISTRAL 6 - Typen über einen bürstenlosen, wartungsfreien Motor. Dadurch eignet sich das Gebläse vorzüglich für den industriellen Dauereinsatz. Auch das Design orientiert sich an dem des neuen MISTRAL. So verfügt auch der neue MONO 6 über praktische Montagelaschen, die eine einfache Montage von oben erlauben. Der e-drive zur Bedienung des Gebläses erlaubt eine exakte Anpassung der Luftmenge an die jeweilige Anwendung. Die Systemschnittstelle kann mittels 0 10 V oder 4 20 ma-standardsignalen auch extern angesteuert werden. Der Anschlussadapter für den Luftschlauch ist direkt am Gehäuse integriert und verfügt über ein 1 Zoll-Innengewinde.
