2 FUNKIONSBESCHEIBUNG Das Wegeventil WE 10 AH besteht im Wesentlichen aus dem Ventilgehäuse (1), dem Steuerkolben (5) mit zwei Zentrierfedern () und -je nach Anwendung-ein oder zwei Elektromagneten ( + 3) als Betätigungselemente. Wegeventile mit drei Schaltstellungen besitzen zwei Elektromagnete und zwei Zentrierfedern. Wegeventile mit zwei Schaltstellungen sind entweder mit einem Elektromagnet und einer ückführfeder oder zwei Elektromagneten und einer asteinrichtung ausgestattet. Durch die Elektromagneten ( + 3) wird der Steuerkolben (5) aus seiner uhelage in die gewünschte Endstellung geschoben. Er gibt damit das vom Anschluss P kommende Drucköl zum Anschluss A oder B frei. Bei Unterbrechung der Betätigung wird der Steuerkolben in seine uhelage zurückgeführt, bzw. durch asten in der jeweiligen Endlage gehalten. Die Elektromagnete arbeiten mit Gleichspannung. Für die Versorgung mit Wechselspannung werden entweder in den Steckersockeln der Magnetspule oder in den Gerätesteckdosen (6 + ) integrierte Gleichrichter eingesetzt. Die Gerätesteckdosen sind um jeweils 90 drehbar. Durch Lockerung der Befestigungsmutter (8) kann man die Elektromagnete ( + 3) beliebig um 360 drehen oder wechseln. Das druckdichte Ankerrohr ist eingeschraubt. Dadurch können die Magnetspulen ohne Öffnen des druckdichten aumes gewechselt werden. Im Falle einer Störung oder bei einem Netzausfall kann der Steuerkolben mittels der Nothandbetätigung (9) von Hand verstellt werden. Die Oberfläche des Ventilgehäuses ist phosphatiert und die Betätigungsmagnete sind verzinkt. FUNCIONAL DESCIPION he WE 10 AH directional control valve principally consists of a valve body (1), a control spool (5) with two centering springs () and either one or two operating solenoids ( + 3), depending on the application. he three-position directional control valves are fitted with two solenoids and two springs. wo-position directional control valves have either one solenoid and one return spring or two solenoids and a detent assembly. he control spool (5) is shifted from it s initial position into the required end position by use of the solenoids ( + 3).his enables the required direction of flow, P to A or B. By de-energizing the solenoid the spool returns to the centre or offset position. he operating solenoids are DC solenoids. For AC supply the solenoids are provided with a rectifier, which is integrated directly into the connectors (6 + ) or inside the coil. he connectors can be turned by 90. By loosening the nut (8) the solenoids can be turned by 360 or replaced without interfering with any seals of the valve. In the case of malfunction or power failure, the spool of the valve can be shifted by manual override (9). he basic surface treatment of the valve body (1) is phosphate coated and the solenoids ( + 3) are zinc coated A 1 5 B P A B /11
