3 1. Allgemeine Informationen zum 2-Draht Audio-Bus Der Schleifenwiderstand von der Verteilung bis zu den Innensprechstellen darf maximal 8Ω betragen. Von der Verteilung zur Türstation darf der Schleifenwiderstand 6Ω nicht überschreiten. Die BUS-Spannung muss zwischen V liegen. Für die Bus-Linien und auch für alle anderen dargestellten Funktionen sollten verdrillte Adernpaare verwendet werden. Empfohlene Leitung ist: JY(St) Y in 0,8 mm. Bei Bedarf ist der Schirm statisch zu erden. Bei der Installation sind die Richtlinien der VDE 0100 und VDE 0800 einzuhalten. (Deutschland) 2. Installationshinweise Gefahr für Personen durch einen elektrischen Schlag, Verbrennungsgefahr, Geräteschäden und Fehlfunktionen. Gegenmaßnahmen: Schalten Sie zu Beginn der Arbeiten alle spannungsführenden Leitungen frei. Sichern Sie die ausgeschalteten Leitungen gegen irrtümliches Wiedereinschalten. Stellen Sie Spannungsfreiheit durch Messung fest. Decken Sie benachbarte, unter Spannung stehende oder leitfähige Teile ab. Alle Arbeiten und elektrische Anschlüsse müssen den nationalen Bestimmungen des jeweiligen Landes entsprechen und von entsprechend ausgebildetem Fachpersonal durchgeführt werden. 5 5. Anschluss Zustandsmodul Das Zustandsmodul wird, wie im Bild dargestellt, über die Klemmen a+/b- an den SKS-Bus angeschlossen. Beachten Sie, dass der DIP-Schalter gemäß Punkt 7 einzustellen ist. Dokument Art. Nr ~ 5 ~

6 6. Beschreibung Die neue DIN Barrierefreies Bauen fordert, dass Gegensprechanlagen und Türöffner mit visuellen Signalen für Hörbehinderte ausgestattet werden. Das SKS-Zustandsmodul, mit dem sämtliche BUS-Anlagen des SKS-Portfolios nachgerüstet werden können, erfüllt die gesetzlichen Anforderungen vollständig. Darüber hinaus verfügt das Zustandsmodul über ein TFT-Display, das durch Plexiglas geschützt ist. Die Zustände werden visuell durch Text und Symbole angezeigt. Als zusätzliche Funktion kann das Zustandsmodul auch als Diagnosegerät für SKS 2-Draht und 6-Draht-Bus-Systeme eingesetzt werden. Kontaktieren Sie in diesem Fall gegebenenfalls den Support. Folgende Zustände werden angezeigt: Die entsprechende Innensprechstelle wird angeklingelt. Die Sprechverbindung zur Innensprechstelle ist hergestellt. Sie können jetzt sprechen. 7 7. DIP-Schalter-Einstellungen 7.1 Betriebsmodus Das Zustandsmodul kann als Zustandsanzeige sowie als Diagnosegerät genutzt werden. Die unten dargestellte Tabelle zeigt die möglichen Betriebsmodi. Stellen Sie mit den DIP-Schaltern 1-3 den gewünschten Betriebsmodus ein. An diesem DIP-Schalter wird die Türstationsadresse eingestellt. Die eingestellte Türstationsadresse muss mit der Türstationsadresse, an der das Zustandsmodul angeschlossen ist, übereinstimmen. Die unten dargestellte Tabelle zeigt die DIP-Schalter- Einstellungen in der Haustürstation und die dazugehörige DIP-Schalter-Einstellung am Zustandsmodul. Stimmt die DIP-Schalter-Einstellung nicht überein, werden die Zustände einer anderen Tür dargestellt. Türstationsadresse 1 DIP-Schalter Position der zugehörigen Haustürstation DIP-Schalter Position Zustandsmodul Das Zustandsmodul kann die Zugehörigkeit zu einer Haustürstation nur erkennen, wenn die Haustürstationsnummer über den SKS-Bus gesendet wurde. D.h.: Wird zum Beispiel, nach Anschluss des Zustandsmoduls wieder die gleiche Rufadresse angeklingelt, ist die Haustürstationsnummer nicht im Befehl enthalten und die Zuordnung (noch) nicht gegeben. Sonderfunktion Diagnosegerät 8.1 Erläuterungen Der unten dargestellte Diagnoseverlauf zeigt den Standardverlauf mit einem Ruf von der Haustürstation Nr. 1 auf die Rufadresse A1 mit Sprechverbindung und Türöffnerbefehl. 10 9. Pflegehinweise Reinigen Sie die Türstation nur mit einem weichen Tuch, welches mit einer milden Seifenlösung angefeuchtet ist. Trockene Reinigung, aggressive Reiniger und Scheuermittel können die Oberfläche beschädigen. 10. 14 1. General Information on 2-wire Audio-Bus At the most, the loop resistance from the distribution to the indoor call station may amount to 8Ω. Loop resistance from the distribution to the door station may not exceed 6Ω. Bus voltage has to be between 19 and 26V. Twisted pair wire is to be used for the Bus-lines and for all other functions shown. Recommended wire is: JY(St)Y in 0,8 mm. If required, the shield is to be earthed statically. VDE 0100 and VDE 0800 guidelines (Germany) are to be complied with when installing the device. 2. Installation Hazard of electrical strike and burns to persons, as well as damage of equipment and malfunctions. Observe VDE 0100 and VDE 0800 guidelines during installation. (Germany) Countermeasures: Before beginning any work, deactivate and disconnect all energized electrical wires. Secure the switched off/ disconnected lines against erreneous reconnection. Use a measuring device to make sure that the wires are deenergized. Cover up any adjacent, energized or conducting components. All work and all electrical connections must comply with the national provisions for the country in question and must be performed by appropriately trained personnel. 16 5. Connection Status Module As shown in the picture, the status module is connected to the SKS-Bus using the a+/b- terminals. Please note that the DIP switch is to be set as described in section 7. Dokument Art. Nr ~ 16 ~

17 6. Description The new DIN Barrier-free building requires intercom systems and door-openers to be equipped with visual signals for the hearing impaired. The SKS status module thoroughly meets these legal requirements and all Bus systems of the SKS portfolio may be upgraded accordingly. In addition, the status module comes with a TFT display which is protected by acrylic glass. The status is presented visually by texts and symbols. There is the additional function of using the status module as a diagnostic device for reading out the status of SKS 2-wire and 6-wire-Bus systems. If applicable, please contact Support. The following status are displayed: The respective indoor station is called. The connection to the indoor station has been established. You may now speak. 18 7. DIP Switch Settings 7.1 Operation Mode The status module may be used as a regular display for the status or as a diagnostic device. The table below illustrates the operation modes that are available. Set the desired operation mode using the DIP switches 1 3 in their settings as shown below. The door station address is set at this DIP switch. The door stations address that is set here has to correspond to the door station address to which the status module is connected. The table below shows the DIP switch setting in the door station with the corresponding DIP switch setting at the status module. If the DIP switch settings do not match, the status of a different door will be displayed. This means, for example, that once the status module has been connected and the same address is called again, the door station number will not be contained in the command and the allocation is not (yet) completed. 21 9. Care Instructions Only use a soft cloth, dampened only with a mild soap solution, to clean the door station. Dry cloth or aggressive detergents and abrasives may damage the surface. 10.
