2 Alfred Jonscher GmbH Passion for Tools Innovation in the Industrial Tool Factory The company Alfred Jonscher was founded in 1968 in Velbert and stands for tradition and innovation at the same time. Producing complex, and technological sophisticated moulds for injection and die-casting is the result of more than 45 years knowhow and the experience of 25 highly qualified employees working on modern and innovative production facilities. We produce precision tools for plastic as well as tools for aluminium, zinc, and magnesium components. High precision tools are essential for short cycle times, and high life times in the production to achieve maximum efficiency and a minimum of unit costs. Our customer base encloses well-known international companies of different sectors, such as the automotive industry, electrical and domestic appliances, sanitary, industrial products, telecommunications, and toys.

Parts and electrodes are palletized and controlled by line robot starting from milling electrodes, finishing parts by milling, up to eroding. All work pieces and electrodes are identified and measured automatically.

5 Prime Quality Excellent quality and high precision in the whole process chain are nowadays indispensable in the industrial tool-making and mold-making industry. Therefore, the Jonscher team is continually improving the high quality and productivity for our customers.
