Durch seinen speziellen 4-Fachschliff und seiner extrem harten Spitze, über 2000 HRA, erzielt er beste Erebnisse auch in extrem harten Fliesen, bei niedrier Drehzahl (ca U/min). 12 So eht s mit ARTU Profi-Line Diamant Bohrer & Lochsäen Anleitunsvideo auf YouTube: Diamant Bohrer Artu YouTube Diamantbohrer mit 6 Kant Aufnahme (6-18 ) Die ARTU-Diamantbohrer haben ein esintertes Sement. Es besteht aus Metallstaub und Diamantpartikel. Dies wird epresst und anschliessend esintert (bei hoher Temperatur ebacken ). Das esinterte Sement wird dann mit Silberlot auf den Stahlkörper aufelötet. Hervorraend für Feinsteinzeu, Marmor, Granit und andere sehr harte Steine. Die besten Erebnisse werden bei voller Geschwindikeit mit einer Bohrmaschine erzielt ( upm). Mann kann sie natürlich auch in Akku Maschinen einsetzen. Da die upm bei Akku Maschinen niedrier ist, als bei herkölichen Bohrmaschinen, dauert die Bohrun läner. Das Sement muss ekühlt werden! Es reicht jedoch aus den Bohrer in Wasser zu dippen und anschliessend ca. 4-5 Sekunden zu bohren. Nach diesem 4-5 Sekunden kann man dann wieder in Wasser dippen. Erfahrunsemäss reichen 2-3 Dippdurchäne um das Loch zu bohren (8 dickes Feinsteinzeu). Wenn nicht ut ekühlt wurde verbrennt die äussere Diamantschicht und der Bohrer muss wiederbelebt werden (herköliche Diamantbohrer sind unbrauchbar (kaputt) mit reichlich Wasser. Dadurch kot die nächste Diamantschicht zum Vorschein. Danach kann der Bohrer wieder normal einesetzt werden! Die Standzeit der ARTU-Diamantbohrer liet bis zu 10 Mal höher als handelsübliche Diamantbohrer (alvanisch belet). Ausserdem einen sich unsere Diamantbohrer hervorraend für Glas. Auch bei Glas mit upm bohren. Es muss häufier edippt werden, also besser das Glas unter fliessend Wasser, im Wasserbad oder mit Hilfe eines Schwaes bohren. (Beim Bohren mit Schwa auf die Fliese drücken). Die Grössen der Bohrer sind so ewählt, dass es zu keinen Schwierikeiten bei, zum Beispiel, Dübeln kot. Das heisst, dass das Loch etwas rösser sein muss als die aneebene Grösse (zum Beispiel 6 wird bei uns 6,2 efertit). Bei ARTU-Bohrern muss auch nicht erührt werden beim Bohren. Mit ARTU-Bohrern können Sie erade in das Material bohren, so wie Sie es mit herkölichen HSS oder Steinbohrern kennen. Falls Sie die mitelieferte Bohrführun nicht verwenden wollen, müssen Sie in einem Winkel von 45 Grad eine Furche bohren (damit der Bohrer nicht werutscht) und dann lansam auf 90 Grad erhöhen. Diamantkronen trocken Ab 20 haben ARTU-Diamantkronen eine M14 Aufnahme für Winkelschleifer. Die Technoloie ist die selbe wie bei den kleineren Durchmessern (esintertes Sement). Das besondere bei ARTU-Kronen ist, dass wir ein einzelnes Sement verwenden! Dadurch können sie leichmäßie Löcher bohren und die Fliese wird nicht beschädit ( es ibt esinterte Diamantkronen auf dem Markt, die 4 oder 6 Semente haben. Wenn Sie mit solch einer Krone in Feinsteinzeu bohren hören Sie ein lautes rattern, da die Semente auf die Fliese schlaen (die Semente haben Lücken dazwischen). Unsere Kronen bohren trocken. 13 Here s how to ARTU Profi-Line Diamond drill & hole Saws Instruction Video on YouTube: Diamant drill bit Artu YouTube Diamond drills for/with hexaonal socket (6-18 ) ARTU diamond drills have a sintered sement consistin of metal powder and diamond particles, which is pressed toether before bein sintered ( baked at hih temperature). The sintered sement is then silver-soldered to the steel body of the drill. Ideal for drillin porcelain, stoneware, marble, ranite and other very hard stone. For best results, use a power drill at full speed (2,500-3,000 RPM). Cordless drills may also be used, of course, but the drillin operation will take loner because cordless drills are slower than conventional power drills. The sement must be cooled! It is usually sufficient to simply dip the drill in water and then drill for 4-5 seconds. Repeat the process after drillin for 4-5 seconds, althouh experience shows that the drill only needs to be dipped 2-3 times to complete the job (8 thick porcelain stoneware). If coolin is insufficient, the outer diamond layer burns off and the drill must be reactivated (conventional diamond drills would be damaed beyond repair) with plenty of water. This exposes the next diamond layer and the drill can be used aain in the normal way. The service life of ARTU diamond drills is up to 10 times loner than that of conventional (electro-plated) drills currently on sale.
