Februar 2018, Uhr Von Herrn Wilm Diedrich Mueller aus Neuenburg, einem Kuenstlerdorf links von dem Jadebusen An Firma Osram Licht AG mit dem Firmensitz in München an der Isar # # # # Gegenantrag zu Tagesordnungspunkt Nummer vier der Einladung zur ordentlichen Jahreshauptversammlung der oben genannten Firma Osram # # # # # Personen, ich habe hiermit beantragt, dass keinem Mitglied des Aufsichtsrates der oben genannten Firma Osram für das Geschäftsjahr 2016/2017 Entlastung erteilt wird. Ich begründe diesen meinen Gegenantrag damit, dass dieselbe Firma Osram es in demselben Geschäftsjahr 2016/2017 versaeumt hat, diejenige "Bundesrepublik Deutschland" absolut gewaltfrei und für alle Zeiten unwiederbringlich zu vernichten, die in meinen Augen das exaktestmoegliche Gegenteil einen Rechtsstaates darstellt und somit ueber keinerlei Daseinsberechtigung verfügt.
