5 BZAKTIV S-MATRIX yes 1. General BZAKTIV S dyes are reactive dyes with a multifunctional reactive group and their particular advantage is their very good reproducibility. ue to their multireactive group they are less sensitive to variations of the application parameters such as liquor ratio, temperature, electrolyte, alkali and time. 2. issolving the yes BZAKTIV S dyes are dissolved by pouring them into soft, ph-neutral 6 C 8 C warm stirred water. Hot and concentrated dye solutions should not be left unattended for a long period of time. Urea does improve the solubility of BZAKTIV S dyes, but should not be added to the dyeing liquor at temperatures above C. Information about the solubility of the BZAKTIV S dyes is to be found in the pattern card. 3. Addition of lectrolyte lectrolytes increase the substantivity of BZAKTIV S dyes and hence improve the bath exhaustion. Common salt may reduce the dyestuffs' solubility. Therefore, we recommend for BZAKTIV Blue S-FR and in the case of phthalocyanine dyestuffs such as Turquoise S-BF, to use Glauber's salt as a rule. 4. yeing Procedure ue to the double reactive group of the BZAKTIV S dyes, exhaustion temperature should be 6 C. Because of salt and alkaline dosing in the same time, process security as well as reproducibility will be much better, especially when dyeing pale or medium shades. When using COMBI OS, heavy dyeable fabrics, modified cellulosic fibres or critical shades can be dyed with more process safety. xhaustion and fixation are almost simultaneously. Fixation follows approximately 2 minutes after exhaustion, which does still enable the migration on the fibre. The use of COMBI OS is also possible when dyeing dark shades. In this case it is recommended to add % of the required salt in the beginning, because of the higher amount of electrolyte. yeing process for itself has to be followed as usual, like the common 6 C isothermal process. Because of no electrolyte in the liquor, dyes have much better conditions for migration comparing to the standard processes. After the migration, the dosage has to be started at 6 C. Proper dosing system is required to ensure the dosing process. Allgemeines BZAKTIV S Farbstoffe sind multifunktionelle Reaktivfarbstoffe, deren Hauptvorteil in der sehr guten Reproduzierbarkeit liegt. urch das multireaktive Ankersystem zeigen solche Farbstoffe eine geringere mpfindlichkeit gegenüber Schwankungen der Produktionsparameter (Flottenverhältnis, Temperatur, lektrolyt, Alkali und Zeit)..1 Isotherm-Verfahren Universelles Verfahren für hervorragende Reproduzierbarkeit und galität. Bei insatz von osiersteuerungen kann die Soda- und Laugenzugabe in einem Schritt erfolgen. 2. Lösen der Farbstoffe BZAKTIV S Farbstoffe werden durch einstreuen in 6 C 8 C warmes, ph-neutrales weiches oder enthärtetes Wasser unter Rühren gelöst. in längeres Stehenlassen der warmen, konzentrierten Farbstofflösung ist zu vermeiden. Färbemethoden Aufgrund des oppelankersystems liegt bei den BZAKTIV S Farbstoffen die Ausziehtemperatur bei 6 C. ie Farbstoffe BZAKTIV Gelb S-8G, BZAKTIV Blau S-FR und BZAKTIV Türkis S-BF zeigen bei einer Färbetemperatur von 8 C eine höhere Farbstoffausbeute. a das Färbeverfahren bei den BZAKTIV S Farbstoffen durch den höher reaktiven Anker (die Vinylsulfongruppe) bestimmt wird, ist eine Kombination mit BZAKTIV V Farbstoffen möglich. 16 .2 Temperatur-Stufen-Verfahren Verfahren vor allem für das Färben auf Maschinen die nicht über geeignete osiereinrichtungen verfügen. 17 .4 COMBI OS Verfahren as COMBI OS Verfahren ist ein optimiertes osierverfahren, welches auf die Charakteristik der BZAKTIV S Farbstoffe abgestimmt wurde. urch das gleichzeitige osieren von Salz und Alkali wird vor allem bei helleren und mittleren Farben eine deutlich bessere Verfahrenssicherheit, bei hervorragender Reproduzierbarkeit erzielt. Schwer durchfärbbare Artikel, modifizierte Cellulosefasern, schwierige Farbnuancen sowie Färbungen auf Wickelkörpern, können mit COMBI OS deutlich verfahrenssicherer produziert werden. Farbbadauszug und Farbstofffixierung erfolgen nahezu linear, wobei die Fixierung des Farbstoffes auf der Faser etwa 2 min nach dem Aufziehen erfolgt. adurch ist auch nach dem substantiven Aufziehen auf die Faser noch eine Migration möglich. ie Anwendung des COMBI OS Verfahrens ist generell auch bei dunklen Farbtönen möglich. Hier müsste jedoch, aufgrund der hohen Salzmenge, ein Salzanteil von % vorgelegt werden. as Färbeverfahren selbst wird gemäss 6 C Isotherm Methode durchgeführt. Im Vergleich zu den Standardverfahren, hat hier der Farbstoff noch bessere Migrationsbedingungen, da keinerlei lektrolyt in der Flotte vorliegt. er Beginn der osierung erfolgt nach der Migrationsphase, bei 6 C.
