4 Die neue Generation der LSA-Module The new generation of LSA modules Montage Installation Über CobiNet / About CobiNet Die Breite der neuen LSA-HD -Leiste wurde gegenüber der im Jahr 1978 entwickelten LSA-Baureihe 2 mit 10 DA nicht verändert, d.h. die Breite der Montagewanne und damit auch der Reihenabstand der Leisten sind gleich geblieben. Dagegen wurde die Höhe der Leiste drastisch auf nunmehr 12,5 mm reduziert, das Rastermaß der Montagewanne auf 13,5 mm. Dadurch haben im Vergleich zur Baureihe 2 nun zwei Leisten Platz. Zur einfacheren Installation ist die Leiste in der Montagestellung höher positioniert. Die Kabel werden durch eine Öffnung in der Mitte der Leiste geführt (Abb. 1). Kabel- und Rangierdrähte, die durch einen Steg getrennt sind, werden an derselben Längsseite der Leiste zu den Kontakten geführt. Die HD-Montagewanne erlaubt zwei Stellungen der Leiste: die Montagestellung (Abb. 2) zum Beschalten der Kabeladern, und, durch eine 180 -Drehung der Leiste, die Betriebsstellung zum Rangieren (Abb. 3-5). Module height, on the other hand, has been dramatically reduced to just 12.5 mm and the grid dimension of the backmount frame to 13.5 mm. This means that, compared with Series 2, there is now space for two modules. For enhanced ease of installation, the module is positioned higher in the assembly position. The cables are taken through a hole in the center of the module (Fig. 1). Cable and jumper wires, separated by a bar, are taken to the contacts on the same long side of the module. The HD backmount frame supports two different module positions: the assembly position (Fig. 2) for terminating the cable conductors and, by turning the module through 180, the operating position for jumpering (Fig. 3-5). Hierzu ist die herausklappbare Klinge des LSA-Anlegewerkzeugs in die Öffnung über dem kreuzförmigen Ausschnitt zu stecken. Durch Drehen des Werkzeuges und gleichzeitiges Ziehen an der Leiste lässt sich die Rastverbindung lösen. Die Leiste ist auf der linken und auf der rechten Seite zu entriegeln. Durch die Verwendung dieser Adapter kann die freie Kabelanschlusskapazität auch in bestehenden, nicht CobiNet-eigenen Verteilern vergrößert werden. For retrofitting existing distribution cabinets, CobiNet has developed special adapters to enable virtually universal use of its LSA-HD modules. These adapters mean that free cable connection capacity can be extended, even in existing non-cobinet distribution cabinets.
