3 DEUTSCH Gefahr Gefahr Warnhinweise LOGOPower ist eine geregelte Stromversorgung, ausgelegt für den Einsatz am einphasigen Wechselstromnetz. Für die Installation des Gerätes sind die einschlägigen DIN/VDE-Bestimmungen oder die länderspezifischen Vorschriften zu beachten. Der Anschluß der Versorgungsspannung muß gemäß VDE 0100 und VDE 0160 ausgeführt werden. Eine Schutzeinrichtung (Sicherung) und Trenneinrichtung zum Freischalten der Stromversorgung muß vorgesehen werden. Der einwandfreie und sichere Betrieb dieses Gerätes setzt sachgemäßen Transport, fachgerechte Lagerung, Montage und Installation voraus. Gefahr durch elektrischen Schlag Beim Betrieb elektrischer Geräte stehen zwangsläufig bestimmte Teile dieser Geräte unter gefährlicher Spannung. Unsachgemäßer Umgang mit diesen Geräten kann deshalb zu Tod oder schweren Körperverletzungen sowie zu erheblichen Sachschäden führen. Achtung Elektrostatisch gefährdete Bauelemente (EGB). Nur geschultes Personal darf das Gerät öffnen Installation LOGOPower darf nur von einem qualifizierten Fachmann montiert und verdrahtet werden, der die allgemein gültigen Regeln der Technik und die jeweils gültigen Vorschriften und Normen kennt und beachtet. Gefahr Vor Beginn der Installations- oder Wartungsarbeiten ist der Hauptschalter der Anlage auszuschalten und gegen Wiedereinschalten zu sichern. Für Wartungsarbeiten ist eine geeignete Trennvorrichtung zur Trennung vom Versorgungsstromkreis vorzusehen. Das Gerät ist auf Normprofilschienen DIN EN x15 und DIN EN x7,5 aufschnappbar. Zum Aufschnappen das Gerät mit der Nase in die Hutschiene einhängen und andrücken, bis die Feder einrastet (siehe Seite 1). Wenn das Aufschnappen zu schwer geht, Feder etwas lösen, wie es unter Demontage beschrieben ist. Zur Demontage von der Hutschiene mit Schraubendreher die Feder in Pfeilrichtung lösen und Gerät abnehmen. Zum Verdrahten verwenden Sie einen Schraubendreher mit 3mm Klingenbreite. Für die Klemmen brauchen Sie keine Aderendhülsen. Sie können Leitungen bis zu einer Stärke von 1 x 2,5 mm 2 oder 2 x 1,5 mm 2 verwenden. Die Netzzuleitung und die abgehenden Leitungen sind unbedingt getrennt zu verlegen. Bei Einsatz von LOGOPower im Zusammenhang mit Geräten der Schutzklasse I (mit Schutzleiter) ist eine Verbindung zwischen - und PE mit mind. 1,5 mm 2 herzustellen. Parallelschaltung von zwei gleichartigen Geräten zur Leistungserhöhung ist zulässig (Bedingung: Die Differenz der Ausgangsspannungen sollte 0,2% sein und die Leitungsimpedanzen zur Last sollten gleich sein). Vorsicht Das Gerät ist zwecks ordnungsgemäßer Entwärmung vertikal so zu montieren, daß die Eingangs- und Ausgangsklemmen oben sind. Unterhalb und oberhalb des Gerätes soll mindestens ein Freiraum von je 2 cm eingehalten werden, um die Konvektion nicht zu behindern. Gefahr LOGOPower ist ein Einbaugerät und somit in einem Verteilerkasten oder Schaltschrank einzubauen. Nach dem Einbau muß der gesamte Klemmenbereich abgedeckt sein. Nur so ist das Gerät ausreichend gegen unzulässiges Berühren spannungsführender Teile geschützt. Netzseitiger Anschluss LOGOPower ist ausgelegt für den Anschluss am einphasigen Wechselstromnetz. 4 ENGLISH Danger Danger Installation Warning notes LOGOPower is a stabilized power supply unit designed for use on the single-phase a.c. mains. The power supply unit must be installed in compliance with the relevant DIN/VDE Regulations or the specific national standards. The connection to the supply voltage must be performed in accordance with VDE 0100 and VDE A protective device (fuse) and a disconnecting switch for safety isolation of the power supply unit must be provided. Trouble-free and safe operation of the unit is dependent on proper transport and storage, as well as installation by qualified personnel. Danger of electric shock During the operation of any electric devices, it is inevitable that certain parts of these devices are subject to hazardous voltages. Improper use of these devices can therefore result in loss of life or severe personal injuries, as well as substantial property damage. Potentiometer U A is only allowed to be actuated using an insulated screwdriver Caution Electrostatically sensitive devices (ESD). Devices may only be opened by qualified personnel LOGOPower may only be installed and wired by a qualified expert who is conversant with and observes the generally applicable technical standards and the relevant standards and specifications. Danger Before starting any installation or maintenance work, turn the main switch of the plant off and secure the unit against being re-energized. An appropriate disconnecting switch must be provided for maintenance, in order to be able to disconnect the unit from the supply circuit. The unit can be snapped onto DIN EN x15 or DIN EN x7,5 bars. To snap the unit on to the DIN bar, hang it with its nose into the bar and press until the spring snaps into place (see page 1). If difficulty is experienced in snapping the unit on to the bar, loosen the spring slightly as described under "Removing the Power Supply Unit". To remove from the DIN bar, use a screw driver to loosen the spring in the direction of the arrow. Use a screw driver with a 3 mm blade for wiring. No connector sleeves are required for the terminals. You can use wires up to a cross-section of 1 x 2,5 mm 2 (AWG 14) or 2 x 1,5 mm 2 (AWG 16). Under no circumstances may the mains cable and the outgoing feeder be routed together When using LOGOPower together with devices subject to the class of protection I (with PE conductor), a link - PE having a min. cross section of 1.5 mm 2 must be established. Parallel connection of two similar devices to increase the power is permitted (provided the difference of the output voltages is 0,2% and the line impedances are equal to the load). Caution To ensure proper heat dissipation, install the unit vertically with the input and output terminals on the top. Clearances of 2 cm should be provided above and beneath the unit, in order not to restrict the convection. Danger LOGOPower is a built-in device and must therefore be installed in a distributor box or a control cabinet. After installation, it must be ensured that all the terminals are properly covered. Only then is the unit sufficiently protected against accidental touching of live parts. Mains connection LOGOPower is designed for use on the single-phase a.c. mains. 5 FRANÇAIS Danger Danger Avertissements LOGOPower est une source d'alimentation réglée et préparée pour être utilisée sur un réseau monophasé à courant alternatif. Pour installer l'appareil, il faudra respecter les dispositions DIN/VDE en vigueur ou la normative spécifique du pays. La connexion de la tension d'alimentation devra se faire selon VDE 0100 et VDE Il faudra prévoir un dispositif de protection (fusible) et un dispositif de coupure pour laisser la source d'alimentation sans tension. Un transport adéquat et un stockage, montage et installation corrects sont des conditions indispensables pour obtenir un fonctionnement correct et fiable de cet appareil. Danger décharge électrique Lors du fonctionnement d'appareils électriques, certaines parties de l'appareil sont soumises à des tensions dangereuses. L'utilisation incorrecte de ces appareils peut entraîner la mort ou des blessures corporelles graves ainsi que des pertes matérielles considérables. L`actionnement du potentiométre U A n est autorise qu avec un tournevis isolé Attention Composants à risques électrostatiques (EGB). Seul du personnel qualifié peut ouvrir l'appareil Installation LOGOPower pourra uniquement être monté et câblé par du personnel spécialisé et qualifié qui connaît et respecte les normatives et les dispositions correspondantes en vigueur. Danger En procédant à des opérations d'installation et de maintenance préalables, on déconnectera l'interrupteur principal en empêchant qu'il puisse être reconnecté. Pour les opérations de maintenance, il devra y avoir un dispositif de coupure qui sépare le circuit de courant d'alimentation. L'appareil peut être accroché sur une glissière à profil normalisé DIN EN x15 et DIN EN x7,5. Pour la fixation à pression, accrocher l'appareil avec l'ergot sur la glissière profilée jusqu'à ce que le ressort soit encastré (voir page 1). Si la fixation à pression est problématique, relâcher légèrement le ressort tel que cela est décrit dans le démontage. Pour le démontage depuis la glissière profilée, relâcher le ressort en direction de la flèche et retirer l'appareil. Utilisez pour le câblage un tournevis avec une lame de 3 mm de large. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'avoir des terminaux de fil pour les borniers. Vous pouvez utiliser un câble de 1 x 2,5 mm² ou d'une section de 2 x 1,5 mm². La ligne de raccordement du réseau et la ligne de départ doivent être installées absolument séparément. Dans le cas d utilisation LOGOPower en liaison avec des dispositifs ayant la classe de protection I (avec fil de protection), établir une connexion - PE d au moins 1,5 mm 2. Un montage en parallèle de deux dispositifs du même type en vue d augmentation de la performance est admissible (Condition: que la différence entre les tensions de sortie 0,2% et des impédances de ligne par rapport à la charge soit pareille). Attention Pour une dissipation de chaleur appropriée, l'appareil devra être monté verticalement de façon à ce que les bornes d'entrée et de sortie soient placées vers le haut. Il devra y avoir un espace dégagé de 2 cm sur la partie inférieure et supérieure de l'appareil, afin de ne pas empêcher la convection. Danger LOGOPower est un appareil encastrable. De ce fait, il peut être installé dans un caisson de contrôle ou une armoire de manoeuvre. Après son installation, toute la partie du bornier devra être recouverte. Ce n'est qu'en procédant ainsi que l'on est sûr qu'il n'y aura pas contact avec des pièces soumises à tension. Para la instalación del aparato deberán observarse las disposiciones DIN/VDE en vigor o la normativa específica del país. La conexión de la tensión de suministro deberá ejecutarse según VDE 0100 y VDE Deberá ir previsto un dispositivo de protección (fusible) y dispositivo de corte para dejar sin tensión la fuente de alimentación. Peligro Previas operaciones de instalación y mantenimiento deberá desconectarse el interruptor principal y asegurarlo contra reconexión. Para las operaciones de mantenimiento deberá ir previsto un dispositivo de corte que separe el circuito de corriente de alimentación. El aparato puede ir enganchado sobre carril de perfil normalizado DIN EN x15 y DIN EN x7,5. Para la fijación a presión colgar el aparato con la pestaña en el carril perfilado hasta que encaje el resorte (ver pág.1 ). Si la fijación a presión presenta dificultad soltar ligeramente el resorte tal como se describe en el desmontaje. Para el desmontaje desde el carril perfilado soltar el resorte en dirección de la flecha y retirar el aparato. Utilice en el cableado un destornillador con 3 mm de ancho de hoja. No precisa terminales de hilo para las regletas. Puede utilizar cable de 1 x 2,5 mm² o 2 x 1,5 mm² de sección. La alimentación de red y la línea de derivación se han de colocar por separado. Al aplicar LOGOPower en combinación con aparatos de clase de protección I (con conductor de protección a tierra) se ha de establecer una conexión entre - PE con 1,5 mm 2 como mínimo. La conexión en paralelo de aparatos de igual naturaleza para el aumento de potencia está permitida (Condición: Diferencia de tensiones de salida 0,2% e impedancias de línea igual respecto a la carga). Atención Para la disipación de calor adecuada, deberá montarse el aparato verticalmente de modo que los bornes de entrada y de salida queden situados arriba. En la parte inferior y superior del aparato deberá quedar un espacio libre de 2 cm respectivamente con el fin de no dificultar la convección. Peligro LOGOPower es un aparato de empotrar y por consiguiente puede ir instalado en una caja de registro o en un armario de maniobra. Tras su instalación deberán quedar cubiertas toda la zona de embornado. Solo así quedará garantizado de no hacer contacto con piezas sometidas a tensión. 7 ITALIANO Pericolo Pericolo Installazione Avvertimenti LOGOPower è un alimentatore di corrente regolato, previsto per l'impiego con la rete monofase di corrente alternata. Per l'installazione dell'apparecchio vanno osservate le norme DIN/VDE in materia oppure i rispettivi regolamenti nazionali. L'allacciamento della tensione di alimentazione va eseguito secondo le norme VDE 0100 und VDE Vanno previsti un dispositivo di protezione (fusibile) nonché un dispositivo di sezionamento per il disinserimento di sicurezza dell'alimentatore di corrente. Il perfetto e sicuro funzionamento di questo apparecchio presuppone un trasporto adeguato nonché l'immagazzinaggio, il montaggio e l'installazione eseguiti a regola d'arte. Pericolo di scossa elettrica Nel funzionamento di apparecchi elettrici è inevitabile che determinate parti di essi siano sotto tensione pericolosa. L'utilizzo improprio di questi apparecchi può perciò portare alla morte o provocare gravi lesioni corporali e notevoli danni alle cose. Per mettere in funzione il potenziometro U A va usato esclusivamente un cacciavite isolato Attenzione Componentia rischio elettrostatico. L'apparecchio deve venire aperto soltanto da personale esperto LOGOPower può venire montato e cablato soltanto da un esperto qualificato che conosca e rispetti le norme generalmente valide della tecnica nonché i regolamenti e le norme attualmente vigenti. Pericolo Prima di iniziare i lavori di installazione o manutenzione l'interruttore principale dell'impianto deve venire disinserito e assicurato contro il reinserimento. Per i lavori di manutenzione va previsto un dispositivo di sezionamento idoneo per realizzare la separazione dal circuito di alimentazione. L'apparecchio può venire fatto scattare in posizione su guide profilate unificate secondo DIN EN x15 e DIN EN x7,5. A tale scopo infilare l'apparecchio con il nasello nella guida a cappello e premere finché la molla scatti (vedere pagina 1). Se si riscontra troppa resistenza nel far scattare in posizone l'apparecchio, allentare leggermente la molla come descritto per lo smontaggio. Per lo smontaggio dell'apparecchio dalla guida a cappello allentare la molla con un cacciavite in direzione della frecca e rimuovere l'apparecchio. Il cablaggio viene eseguito con un cacciavite avente una lama di 3mm di larghezza. Per i morsetti non sono necessari bussole terminali. Si possono utilizzare cavi con uno spessore massimo di 1 x 2,5 mm 2 oppure 2 x 1,5 mm 2. L'alimentazione di rete e le linee in uscita vanno posate per forza separatamente. Se LOGOPower viene impiegato insieme ad apparecchi della classe di protezione I (con conduttore di protezione) va realizzato un collegamento - PE con almeno 1,5 mm 2. Attenzione Per garantire il raffeddamento corretto, l'apparecchio va montato in direzione verticale di modo che i morsetti d'entrata e d'uscita si trovino in alto.
