Einerseits wächst die Bevölkerung weltweit und folglich auch deren Bedarf an Nahrungsmitteln, andererseits werden immer mehr Lebensmittel industriell hergestellt bzw. verarbeitet und/oder verpackt. Tiefkühlkost und abgepackte Fertigmahlzeiten haben ihren Siegeszug schon lange angetreten. Das NORRES Lieferprogramm ist speziell auf die Wünsche dieser Branche ausgerichtet: Produkte mit offiziellen und nationalen/ internationalen Zulassungen, Bescheinigungen oder Konformitäten, die sie für den Lebensmittelbereich einsetzbar machen. superleichte und stauchbare Absaugschläuche bis hin zu superschweren, absolut glatten und vakuumfesten Förder- und Druckschläuchen wahlweise mit hochwertigen Federstahldrähten auch aus Edelstahl Die NORRES PROTAPE Folienschläuche sind extrem flexibel, stauchbar und verfügen über ein geringes Gewicht. NORRES AIRDUC und BARDUC Profilschläuche sind innen sehr glatt, axial sehr steif aber dennoch flexibel und im Vergleich zu Gummischläuchen verfügen sie über ein geringes Gewicht. Die besondere Innenglätte der AIRDUC und BARDUC Profilschläuche kommt folgenden Kundenwünschen nach: verbesserte Möglichkeit der rückstandsfreien Reinigung kaum Absetzen des Fördergutes schonender Transport des Fördergutes strömungsoptimierte Profilform niedrige Druckverluste Reduzierung der Gebläseleistung geringere Betriebskosten höhere Förderleistung BARDUC Profilschläuche haben zusätzlich den Vorteil, dass sie auch außen vollkommen glatt und daher einfach zu reinigen sind. The demand for foodstuffs continues to grow steadily for several reasons. On one hand the world population is growing and consequently its demand for food as well, on the other hand increasing quantities of food are subject to industrial processing and/or packaging. Frozen foods and packaged, ready meals have long since conquered the market. The NORRES product range is especially aimed at the requirements of this market: Products with official domestic and international approvals, certifications or statements of compliance that allow them to be used in the food sector. From ultralight, compressible vacuum hoses to heavy-duty, totally smooth delivery and pressure hoses suited for vacuum applications. Also available with high quality spring steel wires made of stainless steel. NORRES PROTAPE film hoses are extremely flexible, compressible and lightweight. NORRES AIRDUC and BARDUC profile hoses have very smooth interior surfaces, high axial stiffness combined with good flexibility and are lighter in weight than rubber hoses. The particular interior smoothness of AIRDUC and BARDUC profile hoses meets the following customer requirements: Better cleaning without residues Very little deposition of the delivered material Gentler material delivery Section shape is optimised for flow low pressure loss reduction of blower power requirements lower operating costs Higher delivery rate BARDUC profile hoses also have the advantage that they are completely smooth on the outside and are thus easy to clean.
