This issue will not only showcase the company s innovative products and technologies but will be mainly dedicated to our staff members. In this issue, we would like to draw your attention to our new colleagues, our team-building activities in the sports area, our apprenticeship training program and, last but not least, POLYTEC s first comprehensive sales strategy convention in line with the motto of our CEO Friedrich Huemer: The right people in the right place but what is even more important, high motivation and a distinctive team spirit! Notwithstanding the overall gloomy economic situation, POLYTEC GROUP is looking forward to the forthcoming business year with optimism based on a stable financing position and a high order backlog resulting in a wide array of new developments and projects. 3 NEWS Liebe Leserinnen und Leser, das Jahr neigt sich bereits dem Ende zu, somit möchte ich die Gelegenheit nutzen, Ihnen mit der letzten Ausgabe der POLYTEC WORLD in diesem Jahr einen Rückblick auf die Aktivitäten der POLYTEC zu geben. Diese Ausgabe präsentiert einerseits innovative Produkte und Technologien, steht aber auch insbesondere im Zei - chen unserer Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter. Quartal. AWARD-WINNING DESIGN if Product Design Award The new Logasol SKN 4.0 solar thermal collector from Buderus, a brand of Bosch Thermotechnik, has been awarded the if Product Design Award. This high-performance solar collector represents the latest generation of solar thermal technology for environmentally-friendly heating support and domestic hot water preparation. The solar collector pioneers a one-piece Sheet-Molded Composites (SMC) plastic housing, which is developed and produced by POLYTEC COMPOSITES Germany. This fiberglass-reinforced SMC housing replaces an eleven-piece component deployed so far. It is therefore characterized by considerable weight reduction, easy installation and logistics effectiveness. The singleshell design of the SMC housing also contributes to enhancing its visual appearance. Der Logasol SKN 4.0 repräsentiert die neueste Generation von Solarthermie- Kollektoren für die umweltfreundliche Heizungsunterstützung und Warmwasser-Aufbereitung. Erstmalig wird ein mit Unterstützung der POLYTEC COMPOSITES Germany entwickeltes und hergestelltes SMC-Kunststoff-Gehäuse hierfür eingesetzt. Das aus glasfaserverstärktem Kunststoff gefertigte Kollektorgehäuse ersetzt ein bisher aus elf Einzelteilen bestehendes Bauteil und zeichnet sich durch deutlich reduziertes Gewicht, einfachere Montage und geringeren Logistikaufwand aus. KG has been a long-standing and reliable partner in promoting the qualifications amongst young people. The collaboration between the company and the private college for the investments made in the engine test bench in Diepholz as an opportunity to encourage young engineers to address and deal with topics such as propulsion systems. Going forward, the new cylinder Lohner Unternehmen investiert in die Fachhochschule für Wirtschaft und Technik (FHWT) in Diepholz business and engineering (FHWT) in Diepholz has been further expanded in recent times. Platz beim Automotive Award geholt The SPE award has, in recent years, become increasingly important and is today considered the most popular plastic award within the automotive industry. At this year s event, prizes were awarded in the following categories: Body Interior (Interior) Body Exterior (outdoor) Power Train (applications under the hood/suspension) Electronical/Optical Parts (Electronic/Optical Components). The ceremony of the 14 th Automotive Award Night was held on June 22,, in the Swissôtel in Düsseldorf / Neuss, honoring once again the most innovative and creative services in the automotive industry and its suppliers. POLYTEC s innovative PIT process (projectile injection technology) for hollow body manufacturing, such as cooling water pipes, was submitted in the Power Train category and we were ranked third. This technique not only allows for significant savings in terms of raw material consumption, but it also enables the reduction of cycle time. For the manufacturing of hollow components, we combined the traditional WIT (water injection technology) process with the PIT. In the newly developed PIT process, the displaced plastic material is not pressed into a secondary cavity (overflow) but recovered through the runner head and the hot runner. Therefore, the plastic melt can be re-used for the next injection process. Der SPE Automotive Division Award hat in den letzten Jahren eine immer größere Bedeutung erhalten. Heute gilt der Preis schon als der bekannteste Kunststoff-Award der Automobil- Industrie. In den Kategorien Innenausstattung, Außenanwendung, Anwendung unter der Motorhaube und Elektronische Bauteile wurden Preise vergeben. Im feierlichen Rahmen der 14. Automotive-Award-Night wurden am 22. Juni im Swissôtel in Düsseldorf/ Neuss wieder die innovativsten und kreativsten Leistungen in der Automobil- und Zulieferindustrie prämiert. Wir haben uns mit dem innovativen PIT-Verfahren für die Herstellung von Hohlkörpern wie zum Beispiel Kühlwasserrohren in der Kategorie Power Train (Anwendungen unter der Motorhaube/Fahrwerk) angemeldet und erhielten dafür den 3. Platz. Das Verfahren ermöglicht nicht nur enorme Einsparungen beim Rohstoff, sondern auch eine Verkürzung der Zykluszeit. Für die Herstellung von Kühlrohren haben wir die Projektilinjektionstechnik (PIT) mit dem Massedrückverfahren gekoppelt. Bei der Produktion wird das verdrängte Material über das Heißkanalsystem direkt zurück in das Maschinenaggregat befördert und nicht wie bisher in einen Überlauf. 6 Prototyping within the POLYTEC GROUP Prototyping in der POLYTEC GROUP Flexibility is an important element within the entire POLYTEC GROUP and has always played a central role in our CAR STYLING business unit. Thanks to this new FDM facility, all the Group s production plants are now able to create ABS prototypes over the short term and deploy them either as design or functional prototypes after they have been processed. has been extruded from the nozzle to form a layer as fine as 0.25 mm thick, the movable platform is lowered down before the next layer is deposited. At the end of this additive manufacturing process, the part is unloaded and the disposable support structure is manually removed or washed out. Big prototyping parts can be produced in several sections and joined together in a second step. In the start-up phase of the FDM system, several prototypes were created for both internal processes and customer projects in a number of production plants. Dass dieser Weg auch weiterhin konsequent gegangen wird, zeigt sich an der kürzlichen Erweiterung unserer Prototyping-Möglichkeiten. Im zweiten Halbjahr wurde bei POLYTEC CAR STYLING HÖRSCHING eine FDM-Anlage in Betrieb genommen, die allen Konzern-Standorten ermöglicht, kurzfristig ABS-Prototypen zu erstellen. Diese können nach entsprechender Bearbeitung als Design- oder auch als Funktionsprototypen verwendet werden. Die FDM-Technologie selbst funktioniert mittels computergesteuerter Extrusionsdüsen, welche Thermoplastwerkstoffe in erhitztem, flüssigem Zustand auf eine Ebene auftragen. Nach Fertigstellung einer 0,25 mm dicken Schicht wird der Trägerschlitten abgesenkt und die nächste Schicht aufgetragen. Zum Schluss wird der Bauteil entnommen und die Stützgeometrie manuell entfernt bzw. ausgewaschen. 7 EVENTS IZB Connecting Car Competence At this year s 7 th IZB, the International Supplier Fair in Wolfsburg, October 10 12,, the POLYTEC GROUP presented itself to an international audience and thus was, once again, among the 760 exhibitors selected from 28 different nations. At the fair trade, the POLYTEC GROUP was represented by the Composites, Plastics and Car Styling. POLYTEC was therefore in a position to exhibit its comprehensive know-how in the automotive area, providing visitors with a unique insight into the latest developments in technology and the implementation of complex components through selected displayed items. On this occasion, POLYTEC COMPOSITES division presented the propeller shaft guards realized for VW as well as several prototypes of exterior parts made from glass-fiber and carbon-fiber reinforced plastic. POLYTEC PLASTICS showcased its flagship products: the innovative plastic oil pan developed for Audi and the complex cylinder head covers developed for several customers. POLYTEC CAR STYLING displayed a wide array of different spoilers produced on the basis of the R-RIM process (reinforced reaction injection molding). This year s partner countries, Argentina and Brazil, were represented by roughly 60 exhibitors Auf der diesjährigen 7. Inter - nationalen Zuliefererbörse (IZB) vom 10. bis zum 12. Oktober in Wolfsburg konnte sich auch die PO- LYTEC GROUP präsentieren und war somit zum wiederholten Male einer der ausgewählten 760 Aussteller aus 28 Nationen. Die POLYTEC GROUP vertreten mit den drei Geschäftsbereichen Composites, Plastics und Car Styling konnte ihr gesamtes Know-how im automotiven Bereich repräsentativ vorstellen. Vor Ort wurden die Besucher mit ausgewählten Ausstellungsstücken über neueste Umsetzung in Technik und komplexe Bauteile informiert. So präsentierte der Bereich Composites seine Gelenkwellenabschirmung für VW sowie den Prototypen aus dem Bereich Exterieur in glas- und karbonfaserverstärktem Kunststoff. Die AUDI Ölwanne aus Kunststoff und die komplexen Zylinderkopfhauben für diverse Kunden wurden als Aushängeschilder der POLYTEC PLASTICS vorgestellt. Die POLYTEC CAR STYLING bot ein vielfältiges Spektrum an verschiedenen Spoilern, hergestellt in der Blasformtechnik oder R-RIM. Die diesjährigen Partnerländer der Messe, Argentinien und Brasilien, waren mit rund 60 Ausstellern vertreten und bildeten einen der zentralen Mittelpunkte der Messe. Höhepunkte Polytec WorlD 7

Other important highlights of the event included the International Automotive Congress Argentina and Brazil; the MobilityTalk of the Metropolitan Region on October 9; the Job Fair on October 11; the Business Matching and the twoday long VDI/VW Joint Congress on Driver Assistance Systems and Integrated Safety on October 10 and 11, along with daily specialist speeches in the Mobility Forum and B2B-Lounge. One of the main attractions at the fair was the E- Mobility-Station developed by the Wolfsburg AG in cooperation with VW AG, which was showcased at this year s IZB for the first time. The E-Mobility Station could be visited via a shuttle-service and provided visitors with a unique insight into the future of electromobility and the production of energy from renewable sources. The IZB ran under the slogan Connecting Car Competence, which further emphasized the fact that this fair trade has turned into Europe s leading showcase event for the automotive supplier industry. The IZB has established itself as an international platform offering unique opportunities to meet, network and establish new contacts, from which the POLYTEC GROUP will take great advantage in the future. Therefore, the company is looking forward to a positive post-fair business. im Veranstaltungsangebot waren unter anderem der Internationale Automobilkongress Argentinien/ Brasilien sowie der MobilitätsTalk der Metropolregion am 9. Oktober sowie tägliche Fachvorträge im Forum Mobilität und der B2B-Lounge. Erstmals vertreten auf der Messe war die sogenannte E-Mobility-Station der Wolfsburg AG in Zusammenarbeit mit der VW AG, welche dank Shuttle-Service von den Besuchern besichtigt werden konnte. Mit ersten Eindrücken der Zukunft der Elektromobilität sowie der regenerativen Energiegewinnung konnten viele Interessenten gewonnen werden. Einmal mehr wurde die Messe ihrem Motto Connecting Car Competence gerecht und unterstrich eindrucksvoll, dass es sich bei dieser Messe um Europas Leitmesse der Automobil-Zulieferindustrie handelt. So konnten auf der Messe alte Kontakte aufgefrischt und neue Kontakte geknüpft werden, von denen die komplette POLYTEC GROUP zukünftig profitieren kann und somit auf ein positives Nach- Messe-Geschäft blickt. 9 EVENTS Guests From All Over the World Met at POLYTEC in Lohne Gäste aus aller Welt bei POLYTEC in Lohne The POLYTEC GROUP organized the first international Sales and Strategy Convention. Erste internationale Vertriebs- und Strategietagung der POLYTEC GROUP. For the full-year, the POLYTEC GROUP seeks to achieve an increase in sales worldwide. Which innovations will help to safeguard the company s success over the next five years and how should the product portfolio be further developed going forward were the main discussion topics at the Sales and Strategy Convention held on September 11 12, at the headquarters of POLYTEC PLASTICS. This convention saw the participation of a total of 42 attendees from the US, England, Belgium, Austria, Italy and Germany. This meeting was a first-of-its-kind premiere, as the company pointed out. All business units had to deal with the topics mentioned above in a joint effort to plan the international footprint of the Group and evaluate potential new technologies for the future. Eine weltweite Umsatzsteigerung strebt die POLYTEC GROUP in diesem Jahr an. Welche Innovationen helfen, den Erfolg des Unternehmens in den kommenden fünf Jahren zu sichern, und wie das Produktportfolio weiterentwickelt werden soll das waren am 11. und 12. September die Themen der Vertriebs- und Strategietagung in der Lohner Niederlassung von POLYTEC PLASTICS. 42 Teilnehmer aus Vertrieb und Entwicklung, angereist aus den Vereinigten Staaten, England, Belgien, Österreich, Italien und Deutschland, nahmen daran teil. In dieser Form war das Treffen in Lohne eine Premiere und diente neben der Entwicklung einer einheitlichen Strategie auch dem Erfahrungsaustausch der einzelnen Teilnehmer. Alle Geschäftsbereiche sollten sich mit den Themen befassen, um so den weltweiten Fußabdruck der Gruppe in den kommenden Jahren zu planen und neue Technologien ins Auge zu fassen. 10 It s better together - First Apprentice Day at POLYTEC PLASTICS in Lohne Gemeinsam geht es besser - 1. Azubi-Tag der POLYTEC PLASTICS in Lohne On the first apprenticeship training day, the Lohne-based business site of POLYTEC PLASTICS Germany GmbH & Co. KG invited 40 apprentices to take part in a workshop focused on getting to know each other, promoting team-building activities, engaging in open communication and learning how to behave correctly. Based on highly instructive and entertaining group games, participants were provided with basic information about their vocational training and professional careers, while at the same time strengthening their confidence and individual skills. Through the joint experiences gathered in the course of the day, the apprentices learned in a playful manner that when single individuals join forces and act as a wellcoordinated team they can face up to any challenge and have better chances of success. Thus, one of the central topics of the training was the maxim Working Together Is Better Than Working Alone. Furthermore, the workshop aimed to raise apprentices awareness about the way they communicate, whilst introducing them to basic behavioral guidelines at work. POLYTEC PLASTICS is convinced that such vocational training measures are a very effective tool to discover and promote apprentices individual talents and skills in a more targeted manner and, therefore, positively influence their individual development. Der Tag stand ganz im Zeichen des Kennenlernens, der Teambildung, der Kommunikation und des richtigen Verhaltens. In lehrreichen und unterhaltsamen Gruppenspielen wurden den Teilnehmern wichtige Grundlagen für ihre Ausbildung und ihren beruflichen Werdegang vermittelt und das Vertrauen und die Fähigkeiten des Einzelnen gestärkt. Durch die gemeinsamen Erfahrungen dieses Tages wurde den Auszubildenden spielerisch gezeigt, dass sie gemeinsam allen Herausforderungen gewachsen sind und welches Potenzial in einem gut funktionierenden, aufeinander abgestimmten Team steckt. Somit war eines der zentralen Themen der Leitsatz Gemeinsam geht es besser. Darüber hinaus wurden die Teilnehmer hinsichtlich ihrer Kommunikationsweisen sensibilisiert und in den Berufsknigge eingeführt. 11 PEOPLE 10 Companies 1 Winner POLYTEC 10 Unternehmen - 1 Sieger - POLYTEC On July 13,, a football team competed for the first time wearing classic POLYTEC colors in the company tournament, organized by the Blau Weiß Menzingen sports club. The POLYTEC team quickly took the lead in the preliminary stages of the tournament, winning four matches and reaching a goal average of 12 to 2. This leading position was defended throughout the final stages, with the POLYTEC COMPOSITES German team winning the final match, with a 4-0 victory. The jubilant players took the cup back to Gochsheim. This success is all the more remarkable as our team was playing against more experienced company teams, whereas it was the first time ever that the POLYTEC COMPOSITES Germany team had played together in a tournament. It was not only the male players that contributed to this victory, but they were strongly supported by Susanne Seith, a female player, who works in the sales force of POLYTEC COMPOSITES. Finally, it is worth mentioning that Türedi Burhan of the POLYTEC team was awarded the top-scorer prize of the tournament for scoring a total of nine goals. Am 13. Juli trat zum ersten Mal ein Team in den Farben der POLYTEC beim Firmen-Fußballturnier des Sportvereins Blau Weiß Menzingen (Kraichgau) an. Bereits nach der Vorrunde stand das Team mit vier Siegen und einem 12:2 Torverhältnis in der Gruppe auf Platz 1. Dieser Platz konnte schlussendlich bis ins Finale verteidigt werden, und mit einem Endspiel-Ergebnis von 4:0 für unsere Mannschaft wanderte der Pokal nach Gochsheim. Dieser Erfolg ist umso höher zu bewerten, da alle anderen teilnehmenden Firmen mit routinierten Mannschaften aufwarten konnten und die POLYTEC COMPOSITES Germany zum ersten Mal in dieser Zusammensetzung überhaupt auf einem Turnier angetreten ist. Ebenso erwähnenswert ist, dass nicht nur männliche Spieler zu diesem Sieg beigetragen haben, sondern durch Susanne Seith aus dem Einkaufsteam der POLYTEC COMPOSITES die männlichen Kollegen tatkräftige Unterstützung erhielten. Eine weitere Auszeichnung ging an Türedi Burhan vom Team POLYTEC, der mit insgesamt neun Toren zum Torschützenkönig des Turniers ausgezeichnet wurde. With regard to group results, as already pointed out in the previ - ous quarters, it should be noted that the decline in sales and earnings in the reporting period of compared to the previous year is mainly attributable to the disposal of the Interior Systems business at the end of the first half of. In the first half of the previous year, the divested business area had contributed roughly EUR 160 million to group sales and EUR 2.8 million to group EBIT. In the period under review, group sales totaled EUR million, remaining almost stable at the previous year s level of EUR million adjusted for the effects of the divestment of the Interior Systems business. The European passenger car industry continued to show a solid development in all POLYTEC GROUP s relevant markets. Group sales in the passenger car segment totaled EUR 68.2 million in, increasing slightly by 2.7%. In the first nine months of, group sales in this segment dropped by 41.9% to EUR million, due to the sales contribution of the divested Interior Systems business in the previous year. The passenger car segment was once again impacted by call-off figures of some major customers in the Genuine Accessories business area (former Car Styling Division), which were below expectations. Injectionmolding activities continued to show a solid development in the period under review. Group sales in the commercial vehicle segment continued to show a negative development. In addition to the lack of follow-up orders due to a change of technology, as reported in previous periods, this negative development is also attributable to the generally weak economic environment. In the first nine months of, group sales in the non-automotive segment reported a growth, which was mainly attributable to a sales contribution of roughly EUR 18 million by the business site POLYTEC Plastics Ebensee (former PPI). This business site was included for the first time in the consolidated financial statements of the POLYTEC GROUP as of September 1,. In the first nine months of, group EBIT declined by 28.1% to EUR 21.3 million compared to the previous year s level adjusted for the effects of the divestment of the Interior-Systems business. The significant improvement of the financial result in the period under review is principally attributable to the changed balance sheet and financial structure of the POLYTEC GROUP, following the divestment of the Interior Systems business at the end of the first half of. Since then, the Group has reported net financial assets instead of net financial liabilities and is therefore in a position to reinvest its cash and cash equivalents. As of September 30, total net financial assets amounted to EUR 10.5 million. All in all, the POLYTEC GROUP achieved a net profit after income tax of EUR 17.2 million in the first nine months of. Der veräußerte Geschäftsbereich trug im ersten Halbjahr rund 160 Mio. EUR zum Umsatz und 2,8 Mio. EUR zum EBIT der Gruppe bei. Der Umsatz der POLYTEC GROUP der ersten neun Monate erreichte mit 362,6 Mio. EUR annähernd den um die Veräußerung des Bereichs Interior Systems bereinigten Wert des Vorjahres von 367,3 Mio. EUR. Die europäische Pkw-Industrie entwickelte sich in den für die POLYTEC GROUP relevanten Märkten nach wie vor solide. Der Umsatz in diesem Marktsegment beläuft sich im auf 68,2 Mio. EUR und erhöhte sich leicht um 2,7 %. In den ersten neun Monaten reduzierte sich der Umsatz auf Grund des im Vorjahreswert enthalten Umsatzes aus dem Bereich Interior Systems um 41,9 % auf 213,9 Mio. EUR. Nach wie vor belastend auf die Entwicklung dieses Marktsegmentes wirkten die nicht im Rahmen der Erwartungen eingetretenen Abrufmengen wesentlicher Kunden im Bereich der Genuine Accessories (ehemalige Car Styling Division). Dem gegenüber stellt sich die Entwicklung der Spritzgussaktivitäten nach wie vor solide dar. Die Umsatzentwicklung des Marktsegmentes Nutzfahrzeuge verläuft nach wie vor negativ. Neben dem bereits in den Vorperioden berichteten Wegfall von Nachfolgeaufträgen, bedingt durch einen Technologiewechsel, wirkt auch die schwache Konjunktur nach wie vor negativ auf die Entwicklung in diesem Bereich. Der Non-Automotive-Umsatz erhöhte sich in den ersten neun Monaten im Wesentlichen durch den Umsatzbeitrag von rd. 18 Mio. EUR des Standortes POLYTEC Plastics Ebensee (ehemals PPI). Dieser Standort wurde erstmals mit 1. September in den Konzernabschluss der POLYTEC GROUP mit einbezogen. Das EBIT der ersten neun Monate reduzierte sich gegnüber dem bereinigten Wert aus dem Vorjahr um 28,1 % auf 21,3 Mio. EUR. Die deutliche Verbesserung des Finanzergebnisses beruht im Wesentlichen auf der geänderten Bilanz- und Finanzstruktur des Konzerns nach der Veräußerung des Bereichs Interior Systems zum Ende des ersten Halbjahres. Seit diesem Zeitpunkt weist der Konzern statt Nettofinanzverbindlichkeiten ein Nettofinanzvermögen aus und ist dementsprechend in der Lage, liquide Mittel zu veranlagen. Zum 30. September beläuft sich das Nettofinanzvermögen auf 10,5 Mio. EUR. In Summe erzielte der Konzern in der Berichtsperiode 1 9 ein Ergebnis nach Steuern von 17,2 Mio. EUR. 18 On August 8, POLYTEC Holding AG announced its intention to exercise its authorization to buy back company shares. At the end of the period under review, a total of EUR 0.75 million were spent for the buy back of 137,812 own shares. This corresponds to a weighted average buy back share price of EUR Net financial assets decreased by EUR 7.4 million to EUR 10.5 million in the period under review compared to the balance sheet date as of December 31,. Cash and cash equivalents declined mainly as a result of capital expenditures of EUR 11.0 million, dividend payments and share buy backs. The increase in net working capital was due to higher inventory levels during the year under review compared to year-end as well as to the increase in tooling projects currently underway for a total volume of EUR 11.0 million compared to the balance sheet date as of December 31,. In the first nine months of, interest-bearing accounts receivable, which are shown in the longterm assets, increased by EUR 0.5 million to EUR 11.5 million due to the interests due thereon compared to year-end. Am 8. August gab die POLYTEC Holding AG bekannt, von der Ermächtigung zum Rückkauf eigener Aktien Gebrauch zu machen. Bis zum Ende der Berichtsperiode 1 9 wurden insgesamt 0,75 Mio. EUR für den Rückkauf von Aktien aufgewendet. Dies entspricht einem gewichteten durchschnittlichen Rückkaufkurs von 5,28 EUR. Das Nettofinanzvermögen reduzierte sich gegenüber dem Bilanzstichtag 31. Dezember um 7,4 Mio. EUR auf 10,5 Mio. EUR. Neben den getätigten Investitionen von 11,0 Mio. EUR verringerten auch die Dividendenauszahlung sowie der Aktienrückkauf den Bestand liquider Finanzmittel. Der Anstieg des Nettoumlaufvermögens ist neben einem im Vergleich zum Jahresabschluss unterjährig generell höheren Vorratsbestand auch auf den Anstieg laufender Werkzeugprojekte für erhaltene Projekte von rd. 11 Mio. EUR gegenüber dem Bilanzstichtag 31. Dezember zurückzuführen. Die im langfristigen Vermögen ausgewiesenen verzinslichen For - derungen erhöhten sich auf Grund der darauf entfallenden und aufzuschlagenden Zinsen im Vergleich zum Jahresabschluss um 0,5 Mio. EUR auf 11,5 Mio. EUR. Outlook Ausblick Provided that general framework conditions do not deteriorate further, the Management of POLYTEC Holding expects group sales and earnings for the second half of to match the level of the first half-year. However, against the backdrop of an increasingly volatile market envi- ronment, the achievement of such targets is considered to be quite ambitious. Following the global recession of , the 2010 restructuring program and the redefinition of the POLYTEC GROUP s strategy in the middle of, the business year has been marked by a very volatile market environment in the automotive industry, resulting in highly fluctuating call-off figures with business and country-specific declines that required a very flexible approach. Thanks to the successful implementation of the restructuring program and of a comprehensive reorganization of the POLYTEC GROUP over the past few years, I m looking forward to the new business year and the challenges lying ahead with great optimism as well as to taking on new tasks jointly with you!
